Chen Sheng couldn’t help but to run the Spell for Qi Cultivation Third Layer, circulating Qi through his ridians over and over again...

When he opened his eyes once more, dawn had already arrived outside the window.

Unknowingly, he had cultivated the entire night.

Chen Sheng’s Heart Spirit moved, and he imdiately introspected his Dantian; the invisible barrier shattered with a roar, and the Mana within him flowed like spring water, more abundant than before by at least twenty percent.

He slowly ran the Spell for Qi Cultivation Fourth Layer, without the slightest hindrance.

"Qi Cultivation Fourth Layer, Mid-stage Qi Cultivation, it’s done. The power of these Elixir Pills is truly effective!"

With the realm breakthrough, Chen Sheng’s heart was filled with joy.

...

Ti flew by.

It was already May 7th, the wedding day.

The wedding wasn’t grand, but it was very lively.

The parents from both sides sat at the main seat, and relatives and friends from both sides, along with a few Masters and Stewards from the Market, all ca in succession bearing gifts.

It’s worth ntioning Qin Shuang, who had returned a month prior. At this mont, Qin Shuang stood beside Chen Sheng, a smile on his face, welcoming the guests together.

His dense Spiritual Pressure was not contained, and anyone with discerning eyes could see his Cultivation — Qi Cultivation Perfection!

In his early thirties, he had achieved Qi Cultivation Perfection!

The guests, upon discovering that he was from the Qinghua Sect, wore smiles mingled with reverence.

Qin Shuang cupped his fists and gave a salute, his voice clear and resonant:

"Thank you all for coming to attend my brother’s and sister-in-law’s wedding. I’ve just rushed back from the Sect, weary from the journey."

"If there’s any lack in hospitality, please bear with us."

The guests, upon hearing this, imdiately looked upon Chen Sheng and his wife with even more esteem.

Chen Sheng felt grateful, and Qin Shuang patted him on the shoulder: "Brother Yun, we’re all family, no need for formalities."

The lively celebration soon passed.

By dusk, the noise gradually ceased, and the guests gradually left.

Chen Sheng walked briskly towards the bridal chamber, where the red candles burned high, casting a festive glow over the room.

Huang Wangyou sat at the bedside, her lively silhouette vaguely visible under the red veil.

At the mont Chen Sheng lifted the veil, his breath slightly caught; he saw the girl in a red long dress, her cheeks tinged like peach blossoms, breathtakingly beautiful.

Those lively eyes brimd with a misty sheen, yet still shone brilliantly.

She shyly called out softly:

"Husband."

Chen Sheng gently reached out to brush a stray lock of hair from her forehead.

"My lady, we should rest now."

"No, we can’t!"

Huang Wangyou suddenly looked up, a touch of mischief flashing in her eyes.

"We haven’t drunk the nuptial wine yet, or are you planning to cheat?"

Chen Sheng was amused by her.

Turning around, he brought out two Jade Cups and poured the wine.

As their arms crossed, she lightly traced his palm with her fingertip, causing a tickling sensation to spread through his palm.

The wine went down his throat with a hint of sweetness.

Huang Wangyou suddenly blinked, her voice pitched very low:

"I added Osmanthus Honey in the wine, is it sweet?"

Before Chen Sheng had a chance to respond, her alluring gaze ensnared his Heart Spirit, his eyes heated up, and his breathing beca rapid as he bent down to scoop her up by the waist.

The girl let out a surprised gasp, instinctively wrapping her arms around his neck, her red dress fluttering out like petals.

"Brother Yun, blow out the candle first..."

Huang Wangyou’s voice was soft as a mosquito’s hum, her cheeks so hot they could roast pancakes. Chen Sheng leaned in to chuckle softly by her ear, his breath warming her earlobe:

"I won’t blow it out; such a beautiful sight, how could I bear to miss it?"

"You rascal, bullying ."

The red candlelight flickered, casting two intertwined shadows onto the curtain in a tender silhouette.

The moon outside crept quietly up to the windowsill, listening in on the occasional laughter from inside, before shyly retreating behind the clouds.
