The cool water soothed his parched throat. He set down the bowl and saw the longing in Tianxing’s eyes, a desire he was deliberately suppressing. A thought struck him, and he spoke up, "Tianxing, do you want to learn this Step Technique? I can teach you."
Zhao Tianxing was stunned for a mont, then overjoyed, so excited he nearly jumped to his feet.
Before he could even speak, a pleasant yet sowhat timid voice ca from inside the house. "I want to learn, too."
It was Cyan Snake Xiaobai, her face still a little pale, walking out slowly.
She had been inside healing all night and had only just now erged.
"This Step Technique is uncanny and unpredictable. If I could master it, my strength would increase severalfold..."
Xiaobai’s voice was tinged with nervousness.
Though she had fought alongside Chu Fan and knew many of his secrets, they still hadn’t known each other for long.
