The various factions watching from the distant high ground felt their hearts pound in terror, their palms slick with sweat.
"Kid, you must not underestimate this Ghost Moon!"
The Paperman’s voice carried a rare solemnity. "He’s not like those other cultivators at the Third Heaven of Divine Power Realm you killed!"
"That Black Cauldron in his hand is a High-Grade Profound Weapon! Its power far surpasses that of your Spirit Soldier, the Demon-locking Chain!"
"This man is insidious and malicious. He has fused a High-Grade Profound Weapon into his palm to use the Extre Night Cold Prison Hand against his enemies."
"Anyone who doesn’t know the truth would think it’s just an ordinary Palm Technique and try to block it directly. That would be like taking a full-force blow from a High-Grade Profound Weapon wielded by an expert at the Third Heaven of Divine Power Realm!"
Chu Fan’s heart went cold.
He hadn’t seen through the trick, even with his Perception Power.
He grunted softly and used his Perfection-level Ghost Shadow Illusionary Body Step to once again evade a palm strike from Ghost Moon.
Then, with a sudden twist, he moved like a slippery fish, circling around to Ghost Moon’s left and striking at his ribs!
A muffled THUD rang out as the Palm Force landed squarely on Ghost Moon’s left side.
They were both using the Ghost Shadow Illusionary Body Step, but Chu Fan’s mastery of the Step Technique was far superior to Ghost Moon’s!
But Ghost Moon rely swayed, stumbling a few steps to the right. He was completely unhard!
"Pathetic!"
Ghost Moon sneered, his eyes dripping with contempt.
’The bastard is wearing Inner Armor, too!’
’And it’s an extrely high grade—probably at the level of a Profound Weapon!’
From that last palm strike, Chu Fan had clearly felt a tough, resilient Rebound Force.
This was entirely different from his previous fights against other experts of the Divine Power Realm!
More importantly, his opponent’s Inner Armor had actually blocked the Extre Cold Qi and Yellow Springs Death Qi infused in his palm!
’No wonder this man could escape from the pursuit of Ding Jian and two others. His resources run deep.’
But Chu Fan’s gaze was sharp, and he instantly pinpointed the key weakness—
Although Ghost Moon was fast, his aura was faint and unstable, and his footwork was slightly chaotic.
He had clearly suffered significant internal injuries from his fight with Ding Jian’s group. Coupled with the damage to his soul from the Soul-Splitting Arrow, he was now just barely holding on by relying on his multiple Profound Weapons!
"Then take another ’pathetic’ strike!"
Chu Fan’s figure blurred. He unleashed the Extre Night Cold Prison Hand, a series of Residual Images trailing behind his palm as it shot toward Ghost Moon’s chest!
A look of disdain and viciousness flashed in Ghost Moon’s eyes.
Trusting the incredible protection of his Inner Armor, he neither dodged nor blocked.
Instead, he gathered his Primordial Qi and launched a palm strike of his own, aid straight at Chu Fan’s chest!
In that split second, just as Chu Fan’s palm was about to make contact with Ghost Moon’s clothes, his wrist suddenly flipped.
His palm turned upward, abruptly changing the downward strike into an upward thrust. The direction of his Palm Force shifted, and it slamd squarely into Ghost Moon’s unprotected chin!
BANG!
A dull thud echoed.
anwhile, Ghost Moon’s own palm strike, empowered by the Black Cauldron, was dodged by Chu Fan at the very last second using the Ghost Shadow Illusionary Body Step!
"Aaargh!"
Ghost Moon’s jaw was instantly knocked sideways, and a shrill, bizarre cry escaped his lips!
He had Inner Armor on his body, but his face was only defended by his Protective Primordial Qi.
Chu Fan’s palm strike had seed deceptively light, but it concealed a subtle Force and a sinister, cold Death Qi that shattered his Protective Primordial Qi.
The bones in his jaw shattered. Teeth and blood sprayed from his mouth as his entire face twisted out of shape!
How could Ghost Moon possibly stand up to an Extre Night Cold Prison Hand that had gone through Breaking Limit twice?
"Die!"
Ghost Moon was utterly incensed, his reason nearly swallowed by rage and excruciating pain.
He violently swung his left arm!
SWISH!
A streak of black light shot out, too fast for the naked eye to follow, aid directly at Chu Fan!
Chu Fan knew this was a transford Profound Weapon and dared not et it directly.
Pushing his Ghost Shadow Illusionary Body Step to the absolute limit, he drifted sideways like a phantom, just barely evading the attack.
The instant the black light hit the ground, it transford into an enormous Black Cauldron, which then smashed through the massive tree behind him—a tree so thick it would take three people to wrap their arms around it!
Splinters flew and dust filled the air!
"Five Cauldrons Seal!"
The mont Chu Fan’s attention was drawn to the Black Cauldron, Ghost Moon let out a vicious laugh and waved his left hand again and again!
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
The space above Chu Fan’s head warped, and three more massive, pitch-black cauldrons materialized out of thin air.
Together with the first one, four cauldrons descended in unison, crashing down from different directions.
A sinister light flickered from the mouths of the cauldrons; they were trying to seal him within!
Chu Fan was inwardly horrified, his body twisting and turning to its absolute limit within the confined space.
He perford the Ghost Shadow Illusionary Body Step at a level he had never before reached, as if he were dancing on a razor’s edge.
Again and again, he made death-defying dodges to escape being trapped by the Black Cauldrons.
’One was used to hold back Ding Jian, and he has four more on him... for a total of five Profound Weapon cauldrons!’
Chu Fan understood instantly.
But he could also see that while Ghost Moon’s assault was ferocious, the man wasn’t very bright.
’He took a direct hit from my Extre Night Cold Prison Hand, but instead of trying to suppress the Extre Cold Qi and Yellow Springs Death Qi in his body, he’s frantically using his Profound Weapons to try for a quick kill. The man is courting death!’
With a plan set in his mind, Chu Fan stopped his aggressive attacks. He now relied solely on his superb Body Technique to weave and dodge, intentionally stalling for ti.
Sure enough, after only a few breaths...
Ghost Moon, who had been aggressively manipulating the four cauldrons in a wild bombardnt, suddenly froze mid-motion.
His ferocious expression instantly turned deathly pale, which was then overlaid with a bizarre, ashen-gray hue.
PTHOO!
He suddenly opened his mouth and spat out a mouthful of black blood laced with shards of ice.
His ridians felt as if they were being pierced by countless tiny needles while being gnawed away by Death Qi. The pain was excruciating.
He grunted, his legs gave out, and he nearly collapsed to the ground.
He could still temporarily suppress the Extre Cold Qi with his profound Cultivation.
But that pure strand of Yellow Springs Death Qi had finally erupted, beginning to destroy the very foundation of his ridians with devastating force!
A glint flashed in Chu Fan’s eyes. Instead of advancing, he retreated, instantly creating a distance of several dozen yards between them.
As he steadied himself, he had already drawn his bow and nocked an arrow.
The Eclipse Bow was drawn to its limit, the arrowhead locked dead on Ghost Moon, whose aura was now plumting.
Ghost Moon was scared out of his wits. Forcing out a breath of Primordial Energy, he frantically commanded the four Black Cauldrons.
The Black Cauldrons spun rapidly around him, weaving themselves into an impenetrable defensive barrier.
