Even the rich and wealthy, who lacked for nothing, had to follow.

With everyone improving, if they were the only ones not progressing, they’d sooner or later be swallowed by others.

Like running a marathon, those left behind would fall into a never-ending abyss.

In such a competitive environnt, if they didn’t want to be swept by the waves pushing from behind, they could only leave for another planet, yet surprisingly, none did.

So ti ago, when Nash gave them the choice to leave or stay, no one backed down.

Whether it was rich families, conglorates, or void warriors who had risen to power, no one decided to leave Earth.

Even if they had to live under the Earth Federation’s rule, bending to its will and woes, they didn’t leave.

The reason? Because of a heavenly picture painted before their eyes.

Julius, with his silver tongue, spun a future no one could resist.

Even if they knew it was fake, even if it seed impossible, even if it might never happen, the future he presented was a dream they didn’t want to wake from.

Initially, if Julius had done nothing and let things be, most would have left, clearing Earth for a new start.

Without influence, power, or obstacles to hold them back, the Earth could start anew, like a blank canvas.

However, deeming them essential pieces to a perfect Earth, Julius did his best to keep them in place.

The rich might be greedy, but they were talents who could drive the world with the desires that keep it alive.

As long as they were guided in the right direction, they could fuel the people’s primal desires for wealth, status, and power.

Otherwise, everything would grow monotonous, moving just for the sake of moving, like stagnant water with no desire for progress or change.

Instead of a vigorous and creative force, they could only produce puppets who only followed orders and never thought for themselves.

As for the void warriors, they were pioneers, the talents who rose amid chaotic tis.

They might be weak now, but with proper training and cultivation, they would beco invincible fighters, forging paths for Earthlings.

To keep them from leaving, Julius didn’t just paint an imaginary picture; he also promised sothing crucial: their freedom would remain intact.

No seizing of property by force, no orders against their will, no rules that would cause them harm.

If they ever disliked the future, nothing would stop them from leaving Earth.

In exchange, they would follow all the rules, face punishnt like everyone else, and contribute alongside others.

The only difference was that they had to cover all their expenses, receiving no investnt from the governnt.

Though these conditions were tough, everyone stayed, eager to see if Earth could truly have a magnificent future.

---

As the day was about to end, just when everyone on Earth was preparing for another training session, a massive fleet of ships appeared in space.

Alarms blared across the world, as the people’s faces turned to despair as they imagined Earth falling into oblivion once more.

Fortunately, the alarms quickly silenced, replaced by a calming voice broadcast through various speakers.

"Don’t panic. These are resources bought by our beloved President. Seeing our precarious situation, he showed us rcy, securing expensive supplies from other planets and civilizations."

"To help distribute these supplies, tonight’s training is canceled. Please lend a hand to speed up this process."

"Once again, this is not a disaster but a blessing sent to us! That’s all, from your Vice President, Julius."

Hearing his words, the people shouted in celebration!

It wasn’t just about the supplies, but the relief that they would be skipping the evening training.

Like students hearing their classes were cancelled, they couldn’t help but feel excited, rejuvenated from their day of work.

Eager to see what supplies they would be given, they looked to the sky where the massive fleet slowly ca to a halt.

---

In the Atral State, Earth’s new capital, where the Earth Federation resided, Julius boarded a flying vehicle and sped toward the space docking station.

Having coordinated to guide the delivery, Julius waited for the person in charge.

Soon, a sleek transport ship docked at the station, as Julius promptly greeted the guest.

"Welco to Earth, Your Excellency. I’m Julius, Vice President of the Earth Federation,"

"I’m Fernando, a courier from Spirit Bee Express. Please sign the code here to confirm the delivery."

Although the Star Tower had its own delivery system, it was for small personal packages.

For faster and more convenient delivery, most turned to Spirit Bee Express.

Not only was it quicker and cheaper, but it was also more secure for the buyer.

With no need for Nash to personally accept the delivery, only a long string of identification code was required.

Having provided the code earlier, Julius quickly confird the package was in the right place.

"Thank you. Here’s the list of the packages. As a service, we’ll place them at any designated locations you required," Fernando offered, seeing most of the package was basic supplies.

"That’s kind of you!" Julius said joyfully.

Delivering the packages to their designated locations would save them massive manpower and logistics.

Scanning the long list, Julius couldn’t help but be shocked to the core.

From food and basic necessities to transportation vehicles, industrial machines, various technologies, virtual access devices, healing chambers—everything they could ever need was included.

No wonder the total ca to 1.2 trillion. Only now did Julius grasp the sheer scale of that amount.

"Are you in a hurry?" Julius asked.

Arranging all the items and selecting delivery locations was no easy task.

Having been Earth’s acting leader for just over a week, he still wasn’t familiar with everything.

"Don’t worry, take your ti. My team is also preparing for the delivery."

With such a large cargo, Fernando didn’t mind a slight delay.

Carrying over a trillion in supplies, they were given a week to complete the handover.

"Good. Just give a few hours, and I’ll send you the list of where each item should be delivered..."
