After his disciple left, Master Weiyun’s expression darkened. In just one night, this world’s miraculous mory Capturing Skill had already disseminated fragnted footage of the great battle.

In the footage, Cangwu Zi’s colossal Dharma Body was as large as a small mountain ridge.

Demonic Qi raged around him, and he was in a state of madness.

Below, grass and trees were torn asunder, boulders shattered, and the earth shook as mountains trembled. Birds and beasts shrieked in terror.

He bore no resemblance whatsoever to an enlightened master of the Daoist School.

Never mind a great practitioner of the Dao, even a common person wouldn’t act so demonic and deranged.

Clearly, Cangwu Zi had fallen to the Demon Dao.

’Could the Qingcheng Sword Sect really have forced Cangwu Zi into the Demon Dao? Or did soone else make a move from the shadows? Was it the Demon Sect, or Mount Ei?’

’Or perhaps an aberration from Gui Xu?’

Master Weiyun’s expression was grim. He feared the rise of the Qingcheng Sect would not be as easy as he had imagined.

Just as he was deep in thought, deliberating on how to handle the aftermath, words conjured by a Magic Technique suddenly materialized in the air before him.

"Remain still and observe."

Upon seeing this, Master Weiyun hurriedly bowed and called out, "I shall respectfully obey the Sect Leader’s decree!"

As his voice faded, the four large words slowly dissipated in the air, transforming into Spiritual Qi and returning to the void.

「Sichuan Province, Daoist Governnt Office.」

A man in practical attire strode into the Lord Daoist’s office.

"My Lord! The Martial Arts Association has launched an integrity investigation into Wang Ping and has already rescinded the administrative order against the Qingcheng Sword Sect."

The man stood ramrod straight before the massive desk, his tone respectful.

"Yes, this matter is of no small importance. The Court and the Martial Arts World currently exist in a delicate balance. Neither side wishes for any disruptions."

"Yes! I understand. Since Iron Anvil Mountain has been destroyed, there is still vacant land on the adjacent Crane Mountain."

"Have the local governnt allocate funds to construct a temporary Daoist Temple to house the mbers of the Qingcheng Sword Sect."

"Yes, Lord Daoist."

Having received his superior’s instructions, the young man in practical attire turned and left the Lord Daoist’s office.

At the sa ti, in a secret location sowhere in East Woguo, Luo Min, her face covered by a black filigree veil, glided gracefully into a great hall.

The great hall was brilliantly lit, as if a grand gala were underway.

The dazzling light illuminated every nook and cranny of the hall, leaving no corner untouched by shadow.

There were twenty-five seats in the hall. Apart from the giant wooden chair in the center—comparable to an ancient emperor’s dragon throne—there were twelve solid wood chairs on either side.

Each chair was occupied by a single, upright figure.

These individuals wore strange attire, their faces all concealed behind uniquely styled masks.

Luo Min stepped forward, knelt in the center of the hall before the figure on the high seat, and called out, "This disciple pays her respects to the Sect Leader!"

"Luo Min, I presu you have heard about the internal conflict within the Qingcheng Sect."

The Sect Leader’s voice was faint and fragnted, as if not originating from this space at all.

Yet every word was seared into Luo Min’s consciousness like a brand upon her Divine Soul.

She was powerless to prevent their intrusion.

"I have heard, Sect Leader. I have already arranged for personnel to investigate."

Luo Min replied respectfully.

"Good. Find Cangwu Zi as quickly as possible. If he has truly entered the Demon Dao, I myself will personally subdue him. Report any information imdiately!"

"Yes, Sect Leader."

"Both you and the Qingfeng Envoy, Zhang Kui, are from the Huaxia New Dynasty. The Qingfeng Envoy was promoted to Chief Envoy for his ritorious service in expanding our territory. In the days to co, the sa could be possible for you..."

"Thank you, Lord Sect Leader."

A look of delight crossed Luo Min’s face. She quickly bowed her head and backed out of the great hall.

"Qingfeng Envoy!"

Once Luo Min had departed, the Demon Venerable’s voice echoed faintly once more.

"The Qingfeng Envoy is present!"

As his voice fell, one of the figures seated in the twelve chairs to the right rose, bowed, and answered.

"Luo Min’s Power is shallow, after all. I am tasking you with secretly establishing a separate operation. You must put down roots in the Central Plains Dynasty as quickly as possible."

"Yes, Lord Demon Venerable."

The Qingfeng Envoy, whose mask bore the image of a floating cloud, bowed in acknowledgnt.

...

The repercussions of the great battle between Zhao Rui and Cangsongzi were far more extensive than just this.

At the sa ti, nurous major sects of the Righteous Dao in the Martial Arts world, including Mount Ei, Shaolin, Kongtong, and Huashan, convened etings to discuss the Qingcheng Sect’s "internal war."

After all, every sect had similar hidden troubles, whether large or small.

Previously, the arrivals from Gui Xu had forcibly integrated themselves, relying on their formidable power which far exceeded that of the local sects, and it hadn’t caused much of a stir.

But once the incident with the Qingcheng Sect occurred, all the other sects were put on high alert.

’What if every sect has a troublemaker like the Qingcheng Sword Sect?’

’Wouldn’t the Martial Arts world be thrown into utter chaos?’

The various sects imdiately moved to strengthen the loyalty and integration of their mbers.

This result was sothing Zhao Rui had not expected.

The Martial Arts Realm was so concerned for two reasons. First, the power Cangwu Zi had displayed was simply terrifying.

Second, the tenacity and strength of the Qingcheng Sword Sect had also surpassed everyone’s expectations.

This incident had a huge impact on the Martial Arts Realm; it was impossible for anyone to ignore it.

What was unexpected, however, was that the incident’s impact on the bustling, modern secular world was just as massive.

Countless bloggers and online influencers analyzed the videos to determine their authenticity, while hordes of reporters rushed to the scene to investigate the full story.

Many Martial Arts Grandmasters began to appear in the dia, offering their own expert opinions on the Martial Arts shown in the footage.

The entire society was in an uproar.

So this was how powerful Martial Artists had beco.

’Is that even human?’

Before, even when Grandmaster Realm Martial Artists began appearing frequently not long ago, people simply thought of them as individuals with great strength, but still within the bounds of humanity.

But with this incident, everything had changed.

Transforming into a giant dozens of ters tall, pulverizing a mountain ridge in his hands as easily as crushing dead wood.

A casual lift of his hand could unleash a vast hurricane of True Qi that blotted out the sky.
