"Cyclops Race? Another new race!"

At the exact mont the ga’s world announced the update on the forum, this curious and uncertain voice was heard in every corner of the ga.

When soone first used the Teleportation Array to enter the Cyclops Race area, they were instantly stunned by the scene before them.

Looking at the simple houses and environnt all around, and the level 28 monsters not far from the entrance.

It’s hard to imagine this is a gathering place for a new race.

Soone exclaid:

"Are we sure we’re in the right place?"

Others noticed the busy figures of around thirty Cyclops, including Kamoda, and couldn’t help but question:

"Why are there so few of them?"

"And they don’t seem to be in great condition!"

So far, the most impoverished racial tribe players have seen is undoubtedly this Cyclops tribe.

Even the Werewolf Race’s tribe looked rundown, but at least they had complete and nurous buildings.

Moreover, after so much developnt, the Werewolf Race’s territory has beco one of the gathering spots for players, comparable to a small town in scale.

However, looking at the current state of the Cyclops Race’s territory, even so interested players felt a chill in their hearts.

The Cyclops Race currently only offers two profession choices: Warrior and Shield Warrior.

But due to the Cyclops’ natural advantage in defense capabilities, it still attracted many players who liked Shield Warriors.

Yet, these players hesitated due to the desolate scene at the Cyclops tribe.

As these people were finding it difficult to make a decision, a bombshell announcent suddenly appeared in the world channel:

Aiborn (City Lord of Black Tortoise City): "Given the Cyclops Race’s state of disrepair, Black Tortoise City hereby rewards players who switch to the Cyclops Race with a random epic-level equipnt piece for their current profession at level 20. Countdown: 24:00:00."

As soon as this ssage appeared, the ga was in an uproar.

Almost everyone stared at that ssage in amazent, with only one thought in their minds:

Changing races cos with a reward? This might be the first ti!

The ordinary players who were hesitating about changing to the Cyclops Race imdiately rushed to Black Tortoise City’s Race Change Center.

Epic-level equipnt at level 20—currently worth thousands or even tens of thousands in the market, with top-tier ones going for 100k .

This reward alone was enough to make most ordinary players who enjoyed Shield Warriors make a decision.

But do you think this was the end?

While many were envious of the City Lord of Black Tortoise City’s generous rewards yet unable to obtain them, another announcent was made:

Aiborn (City Lord of Black Tortoise City): "To support the construction of the Cyclops Race, players can register at the City Lord’s Mansion in Black Tortoise City and freely designate areas to build houses. The usage rights of houses completed within the stipulated ti belong to the player and cannot be transferred or sold. Limited quantity, countdown: 24:00:00."

If the previous ssage only excited those preparing to change races, this ssage was like a bomb exploding in players’ minds.

You must know that currently in the ga, there are three ways to sell equipnt or other potion materials.

The first thod is consignnt at the auction house. If sold, a considerable commission is charged.

Only those not in a hurry or affluent will choose this thod.

The second thod is personally hawking or setting up a stall. Although it doesn’t require an extra commission, it is very ti-consuming and energy-consuming.

This thod is most disliked by players with limited ga ti.

The third thod is renting specific shops for managent and selling, available in major cities or territories like the Werewolf, Elf, and Goblin Races.

This thod is typically only affordable by large guilds or consortiums due to the high rental costs, beyond the reach of ordinary players.

They can, however, earn gold coins through large quantities of goods sales, making it cost-effective compared to auction listings.

Now, the City Lord of Black Tortoise City’s announcent ans players can finally own their own ’real estate’ in the ga.

For astute players, it’s like they’ve slled the scent of blood as a hungry wolf would.

More and more people erged from the Teleportation Array in Black Tortoise City, rushing to the City Lord’s Mansion.

Those who were looking down upon the Cyclops Race’s backwardness now could imagine the unprecedented prosperity soon to arrive.

Lin Yi looked at the world information in surprise and couldn’t help saying:

"Does this ga even offer professional support?"

Thinking of Aiborn’s image, Lin Yi couldn’t help but sigh:

"As expected of a City Lord, making such a grand gesture!"

These rewards might just be a set of data for players, but Lin Yi knew that this data was exchanged for resources from within Black Tortoise City.

This ans that the equipnt Aiborn is giving away is actually made up of the real wealth accumulated by Black Tortoise City!

If not, wouldn’t the City Lord Aiborn be able to do whatever they wanted?

Reflecting on the Cyclops Race’s history over the centuries, perhaps what Aiborn is doing now is also a form of compensation for their race.

Lin Yi held the One-Eyed Badge and couldn’t help but smile wryly.

He didn’t expect Kamoda would hand him the position of Clan Leader so easily.

Counting the Elf Race’s Clan Leader identity, now there’s also the Cyclops Race’s Clan Leader role, making Lin Yi possibly the only one in the ga with such a distinction.

When Lin Yi opened the [Clan Leader Authority], he originally intended to see if there were any upgrades in the [Cyclops Race Construction], or at least get the Cyclops Race’s reputation exchange system running.

To check what could be exchanged with Cyclops Race’s reputation.

But upon opening it, he found that the Cyclops Race territory hadn’t been fully developed yet, and the functions were still unusable.

Lin Yi could only give up for now.

Finally, Lin Yi took out the mysterious scroll from his backpack.

Looking at the aged and unpretentious scroll in his hand, Lin Yi smiled wryly:

"For you, I even gave up the Sacred Artifact epic-level Pet Egg, so don’t let down!"

To be honest, Lin Yi rarely does such uncertain things in his lifeti.

He didn’t know why he chose the scroll over the Pet Egg at the ti.

But it felt like there was a voice in the back of his mind urging him to choose it:

"Is this what’s called fate?"

Since a choice had already been made, thinking about it now is of no use.

"Will you bind to the [Unknown] scroll?"

[Confirm][Cancel]

Without hesitation, Lin Yi clicked: [Confirm].

As the full view of the scroll revealed itself before Lin Yi’s eyes, he was thoroughly taken aback by its content:

"Wow, this is..."

At that mont, several ancient characters were inscribed at the top of the scroll: Dragon Island Entrance.
