①: Within the Floating City, increase all attributes by 300%.
②: Enjoy the sa treatnt and privileges as a ’Vice City Lord’ in all main cities (Managent rights require the city lord’s permission).

④: Not Activated: When attacked by the Demon Race, the City Lord (Floating City) has the right to mobilize the nearby main cities’ (Hundred Races) power to assist in resistance.
⑤: Not Activated: The City Lord (Floating City) cannot hold the position of Alliance Leader of the Hundred Races Alliance, but will obtain 2 votes when running for the position (Clan Leaders, City Lords can obtain 1 vote).
