As the attention of major battle zones across the World focused on the instance of the [Giant Dragon's Nest], far outside Sapporo City of the He Clan, atop a desolate island.
In the center of this rarely visited island stands a towering mountain, and deep within the mountain lies an enormous pit.
It appears just like a dormant 'dead volcano' that hasn't erupted for who knows how many years. It's quite a spectacular sight.
If one were to claim this was naturally ford, it's doubtful anyone would believe it.
At this mont, the massive pit is already covered densely with green vegetation, filled with the sounds of birds, beasts, and insects.
Sunlight pours into this lush jungle, adding an air of tranquility and harmony.
"Crunch~"
A shadow suddenly appears in the jungle within the pit, and a voice of complaint is heard:
"Baka! Where on earth is it."
The person approaching is a player from the He Clan, Hojo Takeshi.
At this mont, Hojo Takeshi has been wandering in this pit for a long ti, and besides so harmless birds and beasts, there aren't any wild monsters to kill.
This place seems as if it was forgotten by the 'system', miraculously maintaining its original appearance, not at all like a place in a ga World.
In this ga, it's quite rare for there to be places in the wild without roaming monsters.
At least among all the surrounding islands Hojo Takeshi has visited, this island is the only desolate one without any sight of wild monsters.
The entire small island maintains its original appearance, all in peaceful harmony.
If it weren't for the task-provided map, Hojo Takeshi probably couldn't have found this place amidst the vast ocean.
Hojo Takeshi, circling around this primitively atmospheric jungle, searched many tis but found nothing.
When Hojo Takeshi once again saw the large lake in the center of the pit, he finally stopped.
At this ti, Hojo Takeshi can still see so animals playing and drinking water by the lakeside.
None of these animals have any information appearing above their heads, including Level.
This ans these animals aren't recognized as wild monsters by the system; killing them grants no experience, nor will they drop any Equipnt or materials.
Of course, at this mont, Hojo Takeshi's attention is not on those beasts, but on that large lake glistening in the sunlight.
So far, this is the only place not yet searched.
If that thing truly exists here, Hojo Takeshi has a premonition it must be at the bottom of this lake.
Think it, do it!
After ensuring the place is safe, Hojo Takeshi, after hesitating for a mont,
decisively jumps into the lake:
"Splash~"
The trendous splash startles the surrounding birds and beasts, causing them to scatter and flee into the neighboring forest.
The lake water, clear to the bottom, allows Hojo Takeshi to see so fish and shrimp swimming leisurely within.
Through the sunlight overhead, the underwater scenery is entirely visible.
Among them, a statue overgrown with green moss imdiately captures Hojo Takeshi's attention.
His eyes widen; his face instantly lights up with imnse excitent, his mouth breaking into a delighted grin:
"It's indeed here!"
Although most of the statue's area is now covered with long water plants, Hojo Takeshi still recognizes this is the object he's looking for.
Because the statue's eight snake heads are incredibly distinctive, those eight heads covered in moss reveal its special identity, the guardian 'god' beast of the He Clan: Eight-headed Giant Serpent!
"Our Yamato Race is finally going to rise!"
Just as Hojo Takeshi is about to approach the Orochi statue, he suddenly notices the ga's breath-holding tir is about to run out, already flashing red.
According to the ga's settings, once the breath-holding progress bar empties, Hojo Takeshi will only be judged as drowning here, directly resurrecting back in Sapporo City.
Hojo Takeshi doesn't want to spend another half a day flying here, so he can only reluctantly take a glance at the close-at-hand Orochi statue, then swim towards the lake's surface with all his might.
"Whoosh~"
"Puff puff puff~~"
As soon as Hojo Takeshi surfaces, he breathes in the fresh air greedily:

After taking a break, as soon as his breath-holding progress bar is fully replenished, Hojo Takeshi dives headfirst back into the bottom again.
This ti, Hojo Takeshi heads straight towards the Orochi statue with clear intent.
Although it's unknown how long this statue has been subrged here;
although the statue is already covered with thick moss;
when Hojo Takeshi looks at it, he can still feel the overbearing aura and invincibility exuding from the statue.
All players of the He Clan know that the Orochi god is a terrifying existence at the pinnacle of the Rafam Continent's pyramid!
In the current Rafam Continent, if the Orochi could be resurrected, Hojo Takeshi cannot imagine who else could be its match.
And with Orochi's protection, does the He Clan still need to live under the thumb of others?
"Humph!"
Hojo Takeshi snickers coldly, then reaches out his hand to touch the nearest Orochi head.
Just as Hojo Takeshi is about to touch the nacing snake head which bares its fangs, an eerie occurrence transpires.
The moss covering the sinister snake head peels off instantly as soon as Hojo Takeshi's hand touches the slick moss, falling toward the lakebed.
Then, the snake head restored to its original statue-like state, seemingly cos to life, swiftly biting Hojo Takeshi's finger at a speed beyond his reaction.
In an instant, Hojo Takeshi feels his heart nearly stopping, a tightness in his chest.
Reacting, Hojo Takeshi retracts his hand in pain.
Surprisingly, the stone-carved snake head behaves just like a living entity, raising its head to glance at Hojo Takeshi, flicking its blood-red tongue.
With no ti to process the bizarre changes that have occurred to the statue, seeing the breath-holding progress bar turn red again, Hojo Takeshi can only grit his teeth and swim back to the lake's surface.
Behind Hojo Takeshi, droplets of bright red blood continuously fall.
When a drop of blood lands on another snake head, the moss around this head instantly sheds and starts writhing slowly like a real snake.
anwhile, Dongfang Jing, busy fighting gargoyles in the instance, suddenly feels a wave of panic in her heart, causing her to place her hand over her chest in surprise.
Zhang Xinying beside her notices her anomaly and asks with concern:
"Jing, what's wrong?"
Dongfang Jing, frowning slightly, looks towards the direction of the He Clan but responds,:
"It's nothing."
However, Dongfang Jing vaguely senses sothing is awakening in that direction, leaving her puzzled: What's in that direction…
