This man was originally the Vice City Lord of Cyan Dragon City. When Lin Yi first t with Babylon, he was there.
When Lin Yi took charge of the Floating City, due to a lack of defensive forces, he even conducted a Demon Hunting Trial to select guards for the Floating City.
