Due to long-term assault by gales and blizzards, the environnt here is extrely harsh.
When players find themselves in this environnt, their ice attributes will determine their resistance, with a maximum possible reduction of 10% in all attributes;
at minimum, a reduction of 5% in all attributes will occur.
If a Fire Attribute Mage is here, their strength will be greatly diminished, with their damage directly reduced by 5%-15%.
