"Is King Caesar out of his mind?"
"A task worth risking our lives for, Fack?"
In the middle of a hollow on Frost Mountain, Arthur gazed at the distant blaze with exhaustion and spoke to a squad in front:
"How much longer will it take?"
A white player turned around and said:
"Almost there, just give us a little more ti."
Looking at the frozen mountain inside the hollow, Arthur's face was full of helplessness as he said:
"Speed it up a bit."
The players inside replied:
"Alright!"
"Everyone, let's give it an extra push and get the hell out of here."
With that, a group of people continued bombarding the mountain with skills.
In fact, it wasn't just Arthur.
It was clear that the players responsible for attacking the mountain also looked fatigued.
Anyone would be worn out after using skills on a wall all night.
At the only entrance of the hollow, Satan J stood like a one-man barricade, confronting a group of players not far away.
Wilson looked at the ferocious Bone Dragon at the hollow, already feeling fearful as he said:
"Should we still proceed, Caesar?"
"This guy is terrifying, we're no match for him."
"Maybe we should think of another way?"
They've already lost dozens tonight, yet they couldn't even get past Satan J.
The disparity in power between the two sides was just too great.
Even though they had continuous support, evidently, this would surely anger Satan J eventually.
He didn't understand what task King Caesar was trying to accomplish.
Why risk offending Satan J to complete this task?
At this mont, King Caesar surprisingly began to explain:
"Wilson, do you know what's sealed behind them?"
Wilson was stunned for a mont, but his interest was piqued instantly:
"What is it?"
King Caesar's eyes slightly narrowed as he said:
"It's the ancient Tree-man Race."
"Tree-man Race?"
It was the first ti Wilson had heard of this race.
He looked at King Caesar with confusion and asked:
"To offend Satan J for a new race."
"Are you serious, Caesar?"
However, what King Caesar said next made Wilson truly understand the significance of his actions.
King Caesar, with a somber face, said:
"The Heart of the Holy Tree of the Tree-man Race is with ."
"As long as I help them break the seal, I will beco the clan leader of this race."
"If they are rescued, the Tree-man Race will be relocated to the United States War Zone."
After King Caesar finished, he looked at the shocked Wilson and said coldly:
"Tell , Wilson."
"If it were you, what would you do?"
After hearing King Caesar's words, Wilson imdiately understood the reason behind King Caesar's relentless effort.
A clan leader!!!
In this ga, it was no longer a secret that players could beco a clan leader.
However, as far as players knew:
Only Feng Hua from Hua Country was the clan leader of the Cyclops Race and Elf Race, along with the Titan Race;
Satan J was the clan leader of the Corpse Demon Race and Witch Race;
Even Emperor Pu from the Russian War Zone was the clan leader of the Lok Race.
Besides that, no one else could beco a clan leader.
For players.
Becoming a clan leader would be such a trendous honor.
Upon understanding the reason, Wilson imdiately grasped King Caesar's determination.
He, who had been ready to give up, suddenly reignited his fighting spirit and said:
"I know what to do, Caesar."
Looking at the colossal figure faintly visible in the morning light not far away, Wilson said solemnly:
"No one can take our stuff in our Great Corrosion Empire."
Wilson then imdiately commanded the players behind him:
"Is everyone here?"
Standing behind them were the top players from Fuguo, first summoned by King Caesar.
Since last night, they had launched no less than five total assaults against Satan J.
Unfortunately, they failed all those tis.
So they started recruiting a second batch of players early this morning.
But just then, King Caesar suddenly stopped Wilson:
"Oh no!"
"Wait a mont."
King Caesar was shocked when he saw the private ssage just sent by Williams:
'How could he be here.'
Wilson was stunned upon hearing this:
"What?"
King Caesar ignored Wilson's confusion.
Because at the mont he saw Williams' ssage, a bold idea suddenly popped into his mind.
Thinking of this, his eyes suddenly glowed with excitent.
In an instant, the shadow that had hung over his head all night disappeared without a trace.
Excitedly, he muttered to himself:
"I think I know how to deal with him."
Then he imdiately opened his friends list:
[Find Friend]
↓
[Feng Hua]
↓
[Cross-Battle Zone Search]
↓
[Send Friend Request]
In the anxious wait of King Caesar, Lin Yi, who was flying in mid-air, suddenly received a prompt:
"Player 'King Caesar' from Fuguo War Zone requests to be your friend, please choose:"
[Accept Request][Reject Request][Block Permanently]
Lin Yi, puzzled, looked at the prompt, wondering why this person wanted to add him as a friend?
Could it be because he had just killed their people in Milton City, and they're planning to settle the score with him?
Thinking of this possibility, Lin Yi felt a bit amused:
'I'm just here to do a task; there's no need for such a big commotion.'
Last ti he went to the United States War Zone, even Satan J didn't co personally to bother him.
After much contemplation, Lin Yi chose: [Accept Request].
Upon accepting, Lin Yi imdiately received a voice call request from King Caesar.
Lin Yi suddenly said to the others:
"Hold on!"
Upon hearing Lin Yi, everyone stopped in mid-air, looking at him in confusion.
Lin Yi smiled and said:
"I'm just going to listen to a voice ssage."
Then Lin Yi connected to the voice call with King Caesar, and imdiately, King Caesar's voice ca through:
"Mr. Feng Hua, how about we discuss a cooperation?"
...
"Weird! Why is there no movent over there?"
Behind Satan J, a player noticed that the Fuguo players who were rapidly gathering had suddenly gone silent.
They originally thought they were preparing to attack again, but now it seed like they canceled it instead?
Arthur ca over to Satan J, looking gravely at the distance and said:
"I just got news."
"They've gathered another batch of people, heading this way."
"Should we prepare on our side to teach them a lesson?"
Arthur's underlying ssage was to initiate a City Seizing War against the Border City in Fuguo War Zone, to intimidate them.
But Satan J shook his head and said:
"No need."
The selection for the Hundred Races' leader was imminent, and he would need their help at that ti.
Therefore, Satan J didn't want to completely offend the other side.
As for the current task, King Caesar had his reasons to accomplish it, and so did Satan J.
So this task, he was determined to win.
