[Titan Race] Guardian Task
Task Objective: Resurrection of Emilio Remon
Task Requirents: Source of Energy: 0/400 million; Awakening Stones: 0/400 million; Demon Cores: 0/400 million; Heart of the Demon Monarch: 0/400
...
"[Titan Race] Guardian Task, successfully established."
[Confirm]
Lin Yi looked at the interface in front of him with emotion, but wondered if the resurrected Remon would still rember that experience in the Ghostly Realm.
At this mont, Lin Yi suddenly recalled:
Back then, he asked Lin Yi to go to Galia City to convey so words to City Lord Harrison.
But now it seems those words can wait until after Remon's resurrection, and he can tell him personally.
After completing all this, Lin Yi appeared on Dragon Island within minutes.
Like the Titan Great Elder, Sigmund, the Dragon Race's Great Elder, had been waiting on the highest peak of Dragon Island for a long ti.
"Clan Leader, you've arrived."
When Lin Yi first saw Sigmund, he could feel the excitent within him.
It was apparent that Sigmund was thinking the sa thing as Lin Yi.
This scene intrigued Lin Yi.
Is this the system giving the Hundred Races a backdoor?
Otherwise, why would such a task to resurrect a once-dead strong warrior suddenly appear?
In the past, there was no such occurrence.
Lin Yi said:
"Let's start directly."
Sigmund clearly understood Lin Yi's intent and replied:
"Alright."
He then led Lin Yi to the cave where Dragon God resides, where Samson's notes were once discovered.
Back then, Lin Yi and his comrades uncovered the enormous conspiracy of Samson, the necromancer, eventually saving the Dragon Race from Purgatory Island.
However, when Lin Yi appeared here again.
The previously scattered bones had vanished, and even the air was fresher than before.
Clearly, after returning to Dragon Island, Sigmund had cleaned up the area.
Seemingly noticing the surprise in Lin Yi's eyes, Sigmund explained:
"The ancestors' remains have been buried in the Dragon Tomb, and this is our Dragon Race's altar."
"Clan Leader, you can summon the Dragon God here."
Looking at the mysterious altar emitting a blue light at the center of the cave, Lin Yi found it quite amusing:
"Originally, I wanted to use the additional skill 'Summon Dragon Soul' from the Dragon Seal to summon the Dragon God's Dragon Soul for a Dragon Contract."
Lin Yi used this skill almost daily, yet never succeeded once.
The summoned dragon souls were always ordinary giant dragons.
Who knew in the end, he'd have to use this thod to summon the Dragon God.
As Lin Yi entered the [Guardian] selection interface, he realized Nidhogg was the Dragon Race's sole Dragon God.
1. Nidhogg Lv90
The level was an impressive Lv90, Main Divine Level.
Facing the sole option, Lin Yi did not hesitate and made his selection.
However, upon seeing the resurrection materials needed, Lin Yi was dumbfounded:
[Dragon Race] Guardian Task
Task Objective: Resurrection of Nidhogg
Task Requirents: Dragon Crystals: 0/10 billion; Awakening Stones: 0/10 billion; Demon Cores: 0/10 billion; Heart of the Demon Lord: 0/1
10 billion!!!
Lin Yi was stunned imdiately.
He understood the Dragon God's level, and the materials required for resurrection would be extrely daunting.
Yet, when he truly saw the numbers, he was still shocked by their magnitude.
This is twenty tis what's needed to resurrect the Elf King!
Not to ntion, this Dragon Crystal isn't easy to get.
Lin Yi knew clearly that it was a rare material dropped by Lv75 Earth Dragons.
Lv75 is nearly Demigod Level.
With players typically at Fifth Transformation (Lv50) strength, they are no match against it.
The final needed Heart of the Demon Lord is even more exaggerated.
Lin Yi knew Abyss Demon Race's Demon Lords were beings above Divine Level.
Currently, players trying to beco Godslayers? It's a daydream.
Even if soone reaches Divine Level (Lv85), they still may not be a match for the Demon Lords.
To defeat the Demon Lord, you'd need numbers or overwhelming strength.
This indicates.
The resurrection of the Dragon God will be a lengthy endeavor.
Right!
Lin Yi suddenly rembered, the Dragon Race doesn't allow race change.
Then whom is this task assigned to?
This question left Lin Yi dumbfounded.
However, in the next mont, the prompt before him brought him relief:
"You've selected ★★★★★(very difficult), [Dragon Race] Racial Task will be sent to all non-changing race players, confirm?"
[Confirm][Cancel and Modify]
It's all Battle Zone's non-changing race players, this instantly made Lin Yi realize.
Every player who has changed races receives a [Guardian] task, then those like Lin Yi who haven't are non-changing race players.
When Lin Yi clicked [Confirm], a prompt appeared imdiately:
"You've received a [Guardian] task from Dragon Race, do you accept?"
[Accept][Decline] (Declining will make it impossible to accept again, each player can only have 1 racial task at a ti)
Lin Yi clicked directly: [Accept].
Soon, Lin Yi's task bar displayed this task:
[Dragon Race] Guardian Task
Special Task (repeatable)
Task Difficulty: ★★★★★
Task Requirents: Help the Race Guardian [Dragon God] successfully awaken 0/1
Task Content: Collect 'Dragon Crystals' 0/15, 'Awakening Stones' 0/15, 'Demon Cores' 0/15
Task Rewards: Sa level Legendary Equipnt of Profession ×1; Dragon Race Prestige ×1000; Gold Coins ×100,000; Experience ×100 million
…
Looking at the task list, surely with increased difficulty, the rewards have doubled.
The originally Epic Level Weapon has now beco a Legendary Level Weapon.
With the release of the Dragon Race's racial task, players across all battle zones in the world were in a frenzy.
At the sa ti, the official website issued rare clarifications on questions players had, regarding the sources of 'Awakening Stones' and 'Demon Cores.'
Unsurprisingly, both items must be obtained from Demon Race beings.
Demon Cores are manageable, as Demon Spirits Lv40 and above from the Demon Race have a chance of dropping them.
Awakening Stones, however, require Demon Monarchs Lv60 and above from the Demon Race to have a chance of dropping.
These items evidently can only be acquired after the Demon Race is opened.
However, even 'Great Rift Valley' isn't open yet, yet the market is already flooded with rchants buying these items.
For wealthy players, they are never short on money, but on ways to rapidly beco strong.
Now with this repeatable task, so are eager to use this to rapidly level up.
And besides experience, the rewards themselves are equally enticing.
While all the Winged Race players were anxious over not receiving tasks, Lin Yi had already arrived in the Winged Race's shrine.
