"Phew..."
Leon let out a deep breath as he watched the dream world in front of him finally shatter, a complex expression flickering in his eyes.
This dream, centered on himself, was no less intense than Fredri's dream. Aside from so peculiar magic modifications and the occasional sudden ti skips due to the lack of "plot," it was almost indistinguishable from reality.
Moreover, since he actively subrged himself into the dream, he couldn't retain his mories at first, truly just like an ordinary British child, foolishly attending elentary school for years alongside a savior marked with a lightning scar on his forehead.
It wasn't until he turned eleven, graduating with excellent grades from Privet Road Experintal Primary School, ready to attend Old London No. 1 People's Middle School, that an owl suddenly dropped a letter at his door. It explained to his dentist dad working in proctology that his son was a wizard.
So... a dentist's son who doesn't want to be a proctologist isn't a good wizard? This dream just couldn't get more chaotic...
Recalling the absurd scene in the dream where he, adept at fixing dogs' teeth, tead up with Harry, who had goat horns on his head, and "Olivine Weasley," a redhead and childhood alcoholic, to bravely fight nose-less Voldemort, Leon couldn't help but feel his teeth ache.
The dream world was truly abstract; many things that seed natural while dreaming often turned out to be outrageously ridiculous upon waking, especially those bizarre unexpected intrusions which, upon reflection, make one cringe uncontrollably.
Perhaps I haven't watched enough "Harry Potter" series, which left many plot and character gaps in the dream, requiring it to forcibly draw elents from my mory to fill in.
The director, being red-haired, was directly assigned a "Weasley" identity, replacing Ron in the original trio. Taurus Chairman, with his white hair and elder status, donned snow-white curls, replacing Dumbledore as the headmaster of Hogwarts.
As for Fredri, possibly because her na also contained "Vold," she was straightforwardly turned into Voldemort's counterpart, only to have her nose flattened by the martial skills of the Harry Potter I played, alongside his Black Goat ensemble.
What a nonsensical dream... but it was quite fun, and I even feel a little reluctant to wake up.
Lightly stroking the threaded steel magic wand in his hand, the trusty old partner that aided him in casting physical magic and defeating nurous Black Wizards, Leon reluctantly returned it to the shattered dream world before taking one last look at the fragnted world and then turning to leave the realistic yet absurd dream.
"How was it?"
Shaking his sowhat heavy head, Leon who had actively detached from the dream looked around and then asked Fredri, who was guarding him:
"The dream we jumped into, is it not the destination?"
"No."
Instinctively stepping back a bit upon not being punched in the nose by Leon, Fredri imdiately breathed a sigh of relief, rubbed her nose which was still achy, and replied a bit muffled:
"Although Taurus Pavilion graced us with much luck, the dream worlds are too nurous and chaotic, trying to jump into the correct target amidst countless dreams is nearly impossible."
"I thought as much."
Nodding in agreent, Leon looked at Fredri whose eyes were glinting with tears and seed ready to cry at any mont with surprise in his eyes, asking:
"What's wrong? Why does it seem like... you're about to cry?"
I'm not about to cry, I've already cried! And it was you who punched crying!
Recalling the scene in the dream where Leon wielded a threaded steel magic wand, leading a group of wizards wielding swords and spears to chase her worldwide, Fredri's heart was full of bitterness as she pressed her lips together, barely resisting the urge to cry again and laughed bitterly:
"It's nothing, I was just thinking about soon returning to Old Soil, feeling a bit... forget it, let's not talk about it."
Opening her fair palm to Leon, Fredri gritted her teeth and smiled:
"Ti is pressing, we should continue on our journey... Leon, please give the Dream Butterfly."
"Uh... are you okay?"
Looking at Fredri, who seed emotionally intense and not very stable, Leon hesitated for a mont before suggesting:
"Actually, I'm in pretty good shape now, the dream impacted less than expected and hasn't inflicted much ntal trauma. So, if you're feeling uncomfortable, I can use Dream Butter..."
"No need!"
Yes, the dream indeed didn't traumatize you because it was entirely you traumatizing others! Especially !
Cutting off Leon's suggestion, recalling the dream where Black Demon Ang took over Hogwarts in three years, conquered the entire British Magic World before graduation, and was advancing into France before her escape, Fredri insisted while reaching out:
"We are now as if facing a dire threat; to cope with the potential sudden circumstances, you must stay in peak condition, so let handle it!"
Uh... as if facing a dire threat isn't quite what you an, maybe you ant imminent peril or... never mind, it doesn't matter...
Although still skeptical about Fredri's condition, recalling her almost unprecedentedly strong will, Leon did not persist, instead, he retrieved the flapping Dream Butterfly from his brow and handed it to Fredri.
"Don't push yourself."
Just as Fredri reached out for the Dream Butterfly, Leon gently lifted his wrist, avoiding her hand, and advised with slight worry:
"If you find the dream hard to bear, be sure to tell when you co out. I already possess part of the nightmare powers, so traversing dreams doesn't wear out much. I can help you bear so more."
"Thank you..."
Seeing Leon's slightly worried expression, Fredri's heart ward, she released her tightly clenched jaw, took the Dream Butterfly to her forehead, pulling Leon's palm as she fell into a deep sleep...
The dazzling butterfly reappeared, as Leon and Fredri erged from the recent dream phase into a new dream world, looking around at the dream, still unlike the destination, Leon couldn't help but sigh a bit disappointedly, then looked at Fredri still asleep in his embrace.
Pisces Director's ntal suggestion to her shouldn't have failed yet, so Fredri's current dream should still be related to her origin, so... should I delve into her dream once more?
