"By the decree of the Supre Yellow Heaven and the command of the Great Virtuous Master, today we consecrate the position of Water God of the Miluo River. Where is Ma Zhou from the Yellow Heaven Dao?" Liu Feng’s eyes scanned the crowd, feeling as steady as an old dog inside, but showing a hint of urgency on his face as he inquired again:
