"Look, he succeeded."
At the Moon Core, sensing the movents of the entire Divine Heart, Frog shrugged and spoke.
"Your two Tier Nine companions have been banished to the Endless Void. Although this can’t truly kill them, causing them so trouble and delaying their return to Blue Star is more than enough."
Upon hearing this, Shang Jianyue furrowed his brows even deeper.
"Striking at two Tier Nine Ultimates simultaneously, I don’t believe Yi Fan would be unscathed."
"He must have suffered unimaginable backlash, significantly weakening his strength."
"You’re absolutely right." Frog nodded slightly, not denying Shang Jianyue’s speculation, "That’s why he said, it’s up to now."
Up to now, Yi Fan has crafted two lies in total.
The first lie was about him and the Crimson Queen appearing on the lunar surface, while in truth, he had long since tead up with the Longevity Company, catching others off guard.
The second lie involved the misuse of Lin Jingxuan’s ability to divine the future, leading him to misinterpret the illusion of the Crimson Moon illuminating Blue Star, causing a delay in ti for finding the formation core, instead of going all out against him imdiately.
Both lies were part of Yi Fan’s plan, executed perfectly as intended.
"Why don’t you guess if there’s a third lie?"
As Frog spoke, he suddenly burst into unrestrained laughter.
His laughter grew louder and louder.
Until the entire chamber echoed with his nearly insane laughter.
Suddenly, the laughter abruptly stopped.
Frog locked eyes with Shang Jianyue and stated, word by word, "The third lie is that the Crimson Moon illuminating Blue Star is true!"
"Lin Jingxuan thought Yi Fan deceived him with a lie, aiming to revive the Primordial True Insect [Silence], so he imdiately withdrew the Original Daoist River Map and Luo Book, lifting the blockade on the Moon, intending to fight Yi Fan to the end."
"But ah, Yi Fan didn’t deceive him, or rather, indeed deceived him!"
Frog spread his arms toward Shang Jianyue, laughing wildly.
"Because the one who ultimately made the Crimson Moon shine upon Blue Star, corrupting everything, is !"
...
Half a month ago, at the main city of the Longevity Company.
A figure gradually took shape, as if sketched by chalk in the void.
"You’re not welco here, uninvited guest." A street cleaner, responsible for the sanitation, suddenly looked up towards the alley at the corner of the street, speaking chanically.
"I’m here to discuss a deal with you." A man’s voice ca from the vague outline.
"I don’t deal with those whose backgrounds are unclear." The cleaner’s tone was indifferent.
"Tsk tsk, you really are a man lacking in security, no wonder the entire Longevity Company is enveloped within your Dream Realm."
The vague outline continued, "But I’d advise you not to waste your efforts, for you cannot drag into your Dream Realm."
Seeing his attempt exposed, Frog was unfazed.
"State your purpose." A woman kissing on a bench turned her face towards the vague outline, speaking.
"Cooperation."
"What kind of cooperation?"
"A truly powerful vessel that can withstand your ntal soul."
When the vague outline ntioned this reward, it seed as if the entire street held its breath at that mont.
After a long pause, Frog’s voice continued: "And the price?"
"Help unleash a great disaster upon Blue Star. I want you to blanket the entire Blue Star with your ’Dream Realm’!"
Hearing this, a young boy waiting at the traffic lights to cross the street suddenly took the lollipop out of his mouth.
"You’re truly a madman." He gazed at the vague outline with deep-set eyes, a cryptic smile on his face.
After speaking, he stabbed the lollipop into a nearby pedestrian’s eye, causing blood to splatter. As he laughed, he said, "Just as well, so am I!"
The vague outline quietly watched the scene and nodded gently at the boy.
"Then, in advance, I wish us a pleasant cooperation."
"Pleasant, cooperation!"
...
The scene shifts back to the present.
Frog’s white light-shadowed body is gradually rging into the wall of this heart chamber.
To be precise, it’s rging with this utterly lifeless Divine Heart.
The Divine Heart Yi Fan took earlier was the one he successfully resurrected.
And the one Frog is now rging with is the utterly lifeless, abandoned Divine Heart.
Both are Divine Hearts, and if one must differentiate, then one represents "spirit," while the other is the "body" that houses the spirit.
The Divine Heart representing "spirit" was taken by Yi Fan, used to rge with the Origin Insect Race and the Sea of Blood, aiming to revive a deity.
The remaining "body," though utterly devoid of life, was initially deed useless, yet in Frog’s eyes, it was the most marvelous thing.
Because—this utterly lifeless Divine Heart is the powerful vessel that Yi Fan promised him, capable of truly withstanding his ntal soul!
A genuine corpse of a deity!
"Are you ready?"
Frog’s white light-shadowed body vanished from sight, but his voice continued echoing in Shang Jianyue’s ears.
"It doesn’t matter if you’re not ready."
"After all, you will all beco fertilizer in my Dream Realm."
At this mont, Frog’s original realm started to skyrocket once again.
An utterly lifeless deity’s corpse presents no risk of spiritual rejection, providing a vessel where Frog’s ntal soul could fully unleash.
After rging, Frog’s realm ultimately reached Tier Nine Peak.
Even the Realm of Transcendence, he’d nearly stepped halfway into.
At the sa ti, a massive Moon’s Pupil reappeared in the Moon’s only great rift valley.
It was Frog’s eye!
It radiated an indescribably crimson glow, rapidly spreading throughout the entire Moon.
"Dream Realm, unfold!"
As soon as Frog’s words fell, Shang Jianyue suddenly felt an intense dizziness overco him.
His eyelids grew heavy, almost as if they couldn’t stay open, as drowsiness overtook him.
Humans, unlike Intelligent chanisms, experience the seven emotions and six desires, along with fatigue and spiritual weaknesses.
And all of these would beco the Dream Demon’s "food," nourishing its Dream Realm as "delicacies"!
Humans are truly fragile. If only I’d chosen the path of pure Intelligent chanism from the start.
This was Shang Jianyue’s last thought before slipping into slumber.
The Moon was stained crimson.
If Han Zhan could witness this mont, he would undoubtedly be shocked to realize that everything happening now was exactly the sa as what he saw in the dream of lies.
In Han Zhan’s previous dream of lies,
The Crimson Moon descended, corrupting the entire Blue Star, plunging the world into chaotic silence and annihilating everything.
Now, it has arrived.
