Nakada’s phone rang at that mont. Glancing at the caller’s ID, he casually answered.
“Mr. Mitsui.”
“Where are you? My sister has been taken!”
“Miss Mitsui has been taken?”
Upon hearing this, Lin Yi sat bolt upright, all traces of fatigue gone.
“The bodyguards at ho just called . People from the comrce office ca and took my sister. Where are you? Hurry to ; there’s sothing I need to tell you.”
“I’m outside, it might take several hours to return…”
“Give the phone,” Lin Yi said calmly.
Nakada handed the phone to Lin Yi without further words.
“When did this happen?”
Hearing an unfamiliar voice, Sanjing Pingzhi demanded:
“Who are you?”
“I’m Lin Yi, a friend of your sister’s.”

Sanjing Pingzhi’s tone noticeably softened upon realizing who he was speaking to.
“My sister was taken about ten minutes ago. But a few hours ago, she called asking to collect all of the company’s core docunts. I’m not sure why, but I suspect it’s related to this.”

She was preparing a contingency plan in case sothing went wrong.
“Where are you now?”
“At the office.”
“Leave the office imdiately, find a hotel to hide in, don’t expose your location. Then send the address of your hideout to this phone. I’ll co to you,” Lin Yi said seriously:
“Rember, follow my instructions to the letter. Afterward, shut off your phone and make sure no one can track you!”
