Capítulo 3477: Chapter 3469: Successful Employnt

“Sir, how can I help you?”

Lin Yi glanced at her na tag.

The na was Wang Yudi.

She was wearing a black uniform, about thirty years old, with a touch of charm in her deanor.

Seeing Lin Yi co in, Wang Yudi enthusiastically said.

“Are you recruiting security guards here? I’d like to apply.”

“Hmm? Applying for a security position?”

Wang Yudi was stunned for a mont.

In her subconscious, soone as good-looking as Lin Yi shouldn’t be applying for a security job.

Other female owners also glanced at Lin Yi, seemingly having the sa thought as Wang Yudi.

“Yes, I’m here to apply.”

“Then, please fill out this form first.”

Wang Yudi handed Lin Yi a form along with a pen.

Looking at the form, it required filling out personal information.

The most important seed to be work experience, which Lin Yi casually wrote as none.

After filling it out, Lin Yi handed the form back.

Wang Yudi glanced at it and then said to the applicants:

“Please wait a mont while I submit these forms, and we’ll have the results soon.”

She took a stack of forms to the second floor.

Leaving everyone to continue waiting.

Everyone waited idly.

About ten minutes later, Wang Yudi ca down from upstairs.

“Now, those whose nas I call, please stay.”

“Wang Jiaqiang, Li Xiuming, Guo Wanpeng, Ma Guofei, Zhao Xiangyang, Lin Yi, please stay; everyone else can leave.”

“Why leave these people? We’re not bad either.”

A middle-aged man stood out, disgruntled.

“For the security selection, we adopt a more youthful recruitnt criterion, and those whose nas were called have a relative advantage in age.”

Upon hearing Wang Yudi’s explanation, the middle-aged man eyed Lin Yi and the others.

“Young and doing security work, no ambition at all.”

He walked off in a huff, and the remaining people couldn’t confront him before he disappeared.

The others left one after another, but their eyes carried a hint of disdain.

“These scoundrels, if they dared to stay, I’d definitely deal with them.”

The speaker was a short-haired man, sowhat dark-skinned, with shallow wrinkles at the corners of his eyes.

“People like them are the most disgusting, acting as if everything belongs to them.” Wang Yudi mocked:

“If we really kept them, the job would be impossible to do.”

“My previous job had a few people like that, making things a ss, so I quit.” Said the man with a dark complexion.

“But let tell you, only two people will be hired from this recruitnt. I don’t know who specifically will be selected; it depends on your performance shortly.” Wang Yudi said.

“Is there still an interview?”

“There will be a written test and interview, whether you can stay will depend on your abilities.”

Lin Yi secretly pursed his lips, not expecting applying for a security job to be so troubleso.

“Please follow to the second floor.”

Under Wang Yudi’s guidance, Lin Yi and five others went to the second floor.

The second floor had a layout similar to the first but included an additional office.

The group went to the conference room and took their seats.

Shortly, a man in a suit entered, holding a stack of A4 papers.

Despite the formal attire, his style seed casual, making it hard to connect him with a professional workplace elite.

“Let introduce myself, I’m Liu Jingfeng, the property manager.”

“There will be a simple written test, just answer based on your past experience.”

After speaking, Liu Jingfeng handed the A4 papers to Wang Yudi and distributed them to the six people.

“The test is half an hour, no talking, but early submission is allowed.”

As the test papers were handed out, Lin Yi glanced over and found most questions were about fire safety.

This was sothing he was very familiar with.

Aiming for a perfect score in this area shouldn’t be a problem.

For other parts, casually answering should yield a decent score.

With a pen in hand, Lin Yi quickly wrote down his answers, finishing in less than ten minutes.

The test didn’t have many questions, so ten minutes could easily suffice.

The thirty-minute allotnt was due to most applicants for security jobs having limited education; so could only write their nas.

Therefore, more ti was provided.

Seeing Lin Yi as the first to submit, Liu Jingfeng and Wang Yudi glanced at each other, showing a bit of surprise.

His answers on fire safety were really well-structured.

They could even be described as professional quality.

In fact, when submitting the forms upstairs, Wang Yudi already ntioned Lin Yi’s situation to Liu Jingfeng.

Silently giving him extra points, as a good look is always an advantage.

Seeing his test performance further solidified this thought.

After a while, the thirty-minute mark arrived.

Wang Yudi collected the other tests and found three people did okay, not as well as Lin Yi, but still fairly decent.

The remaining two basically only wrote their nas and could be excluded.

Looking at the papers, Liu Jingfeng said:

“Lin Yi, Li Xiuming, Guo Wanpeng, Zhao Xiangyang, please stay; everyone else can leave.”

The two who were removed didn’t argue.

Unable to write properly, it was natural that they weren’t selected.

Watching the two leave dejectedly.

Lin Yi suddenly felt a little sentintal.

Security work is all the sa, whether there’s education or not; although those who remained did well on the test, they might not outperform those removed in actual work.

That’s the disadvantage of lacking education.

Twenty people competing for two positions, so competitive.

“Next is the interview, Lin Yi, please stay, others can step outside for now.”

One after another, Li Xiuming, Guo Wanpeng, Zhao Xiangyang left, relaxing the atmosphere in the conference room.

“Among these people, your test score was the best, especially your answers on fire safety, truly professional.”

Liu Jingfeng looked at Lin Yi, “What was your previous role? Did you work in a related field?”

Lin Yi nodded, “I was a firefighter, got too tired, and stepped down, looking for a lighter job.”

“But you’re so young, it’s a pity to work here.”

Liu Jingfeng was also testing Lin Yi.

Afraid he wouldn’t stay long.

“Just wanted an easy job, but you don’t have to worry, if I don’t fulfill my duties, feel free to dismiss without needing to pay.”

They exchanged a look, sensing Lin Yi is indeed different.

“Let discuss the salary, monthly wage is 4000, five insurances, and there’s night duty, is that okay?”

“No problem.”

“Congratulations, you’re now one of us.”
