The Earth Elent Star is one of the billions of stars upon which the Demon Lord’s True Spirit consciousness is entrusted. Their arena was destroyed because of this Demon Lord. Upon learning the truth, they chose to co here to purify the Demon Lord’s Demonic Thought.
And the most useful thod of purification is to sow Dao Law.
Although the situation at the Central Dojo of the Purple Cloud Star River is unknown, seeing how Xiann has been able to purify the Demonic Thought with Dao Law for thousands of years without hindrance, it shows that the Demon Lord surely cannot divert any effort elsewhere.

And Qian Xing and Bai Guang didn’t enter seclusion again but directly issued a decree, summoning all the Nascent Souls to the Lingxiao Palace.
Not just those from the Dragon God Star, even those guarding the Earth Elent Star received the decree.
