Duan Shuyu originally wanted to kill them all, but Chen Mobai thought Mountain Armor Beasts were adept at burrowing through mountains and finding mineral veins, so he preserved them, allowing the Spirit Beast Departnt disciples accompanying the army to ta them.
After all, this patch of ruins was an undeveloped treasure land, compared to dicinal herbs and rare fruits, underground mineral veins and crystals are mostly unusable and unexploitable by demonic beasts. Instead of competing with the Dao Morale Sect and others in the herbal dicine business, the Five Elents Sect could open this track.
After occupying Venus Valley, Chen Mobai imdiately planned a blueprint for an Immortal City on-site.
The second batch of cultivators from the Five Elents Sect was led by Mo Douguang, and besides the subsidiary forces from East Wu, East Barbarians, and Eastern Wilderness, there were many skilled workers in large-scale infrastructure.

So people began to take risks, returning to practicing the act of robbing cultivators.
To resolve this issue, E Yun was dispatching the Penalty Evil Hall to maintain order, while arranging jobs for these people.
But most of the job positions inside the Eastern Wilderness were already saturated, and these large numbers of displaced people had skills anchored in the infrastructure sector, thus suitable jobs were limited; they could only be relocated to territories outside the Eastern Wilderness belonging to the Five Elents Sect.
East Wu rapidly recovered within just a few decades post-war partly because of this.
E Yun and Zhou Wangshen jointly relocated cultivators who could not endure in the Eastern Wilderness or change professions to East Wu.

Under the generous conditions and substantial relocation fund offered by the Five Elents Sect, most people followed without any hesitation.

Moreover, among the many Nascent Souls in the Five Elents Sect, not counting him and Qing Nu, Yin Qingi and Chen Lingming have the greatest hope for Divinity Transformation. Chen Lingming, being from Yi Yuan Dao Palace, isn’t as trusted as Yin Qingi, whom he personally nurtured.
This expedition let her co, and Chen Mobai aid to give guidance to the best of his ability.
After another two to three years, when his innate Pure Yang Qi accumulates to perfection, and he has settled Beast Commanding Sect and other trivial matters, most of his ti will be spent in seclusion, leaving little ti for such leisure.
