"Bang!"

"Bang!"

"Bang!"

Lu Zheng first defended, then made small advances, but always stopped short, pulling back just in ti to test Lin Wan’s reactions and responses.

So the two on the field were shouting and clashing, seemingly evenly matched, but without any sign of determining a winner.

"You have to admit, this guy is really nimble. I don’t think Lin Wan can beat him."

Lv Tieling nodded, "But Lin Wan’s reactions are quick too, she hasn’t really been taken advantage of."

"Director, can you tell what he’s practicing?"

"Hmm, it looks a bit like Tongbei Fist, and also has so Splitting Palm moves."

"Director, you’re amazing, so knowledgeable, you can see through his skills at a glance!"

"Hahaha!"

...

Twenty minutes later, Lin Wan stopped panting, waving her hand, "I can’t fight anymore!"

"Sister Wanwan, you’re amazing!"

"So cool!"

"Co down and rest a bit!"

Lu Zheng turned sideways to open the ropes, letting Lin Wan co down first, and then followed her down.

Seeing the two of them stepping down, Lv Tieling eagerly brought over two bottles of water, handing one to Lin Wan first.

Lin Wan thanked him, took it, and then handed it to Lu Zheng, "Drink so water."

"Thanks." Lu Zheng nodded, took it, and twisted open the cap to drink.

Lv Tieling, "..."

Could only hand the water he intended for Lu Zheng to Lin Wan again.

"How did I do?" Lin Wan drank a sip of water and looked at Lu Zheng intently.

"Pretty impressive!" Lu Zheng nodded.

Lin Wan rolled her beautiful eyes; if she hadn’t seen Lu Zheng’s moves when acting subconsciously, she might have believed his nonsense.

The young and strong Liu Leng was knocked flying, and the international assassin was directly knocked out...

"Of course Lin Wan is impressive, she’s the most skilled amateur I’ve ever seen," Lv Tieling cheerfully continued the conversation.

Amateur?

Even though Lin Wan’s main job is as a detective, she probably wouldn’t be willing to accept being labeled as an amateur expert either.

"Don’t be dismissive." Lin Wan didn’t even look at Lv Tieling, but spoke to Lu Zheng, "Where should I improve?"

Lu Zheng was stared at by Lin Wan’s bright eyes and subconsciously licked his lips.

"How should I put it?" Lu Zheng paused, "You need to improve everywhere."

Lin Wan: (ノ°ο°)ノ

Am I that bad? I always thought I was quite good!

"So boastful!"

Lv Tieling realized and imdiately widened his eyes, interrupting, "You didn’t even overpower Lin Wan on stage, yet you say she needs to improve everywhere? Are you kidding?"

"Dude, that’s too much, right?"

"Exactly, Sister Wanwan was so close to knocking you down several tis!"

"Little brother, that’s not how you chase a girl, this is PUA, you know?"

Lu Zheng instantly beca the target of everyone’s criticism, leaving him puzzled, what did he say wrong?

Wasn’t it just saying Lin Wan needed to improve everywhere? He wasn’t making it up, Lin Wan’s skill was certainly strong among ordinary people, but if the goal was to avoid accidents against experts, of course, there were areas to improve.

Not to ntion, if the wanted criminal he knocked out with one punch swung back with a knife, Lin Wan definitely couldn’t block it.

"What are you all talking about?" Lin Wan imdiately ca to Lu Zheng’s defense, "We were just on stage to test my weaknesses!"

Lv Tieling waved his big hand, "Lin Wan, I’ve sparred with you too, actually, your technical moves are basically all set, it’s just a lack of experience, insufficient strength, at most your footwork doesn’t keep up.

Where did you find this guy, talking without basis, so boastfully, and you actually believed him?"

Lin Wan felt helpless.

Lv Tieling is actually just an amateur fight enthusiast, but because of his love for it, he trained with professionals.

And because of his height and strength, his experience and reactions aren’t weak, so among amateur fight enthusiasts, he’s a top-notch expert, having a certain advantage against soone like Lin Wan, who’s a lightweight fighter.

But his own insight and theory are at an amateur level, not even as good as himself, how could he see through Lu Zheng’s capabilities?

Before, Lin Wan hadn’t exposed her profession, nor wanted to be a teacher, or have others clinging to her, so she never argued with others.

This ti, she just brought Lu Zheng to a familiar and combat-capable place, not expecting sothing like this to happen.

"Buddy, why don’t you try getting on stage so I can see what an expert looks like!"

"I’m lining up."

"Oh, will it be my turn?"

"That’s enough from you all!"

Lin Wan got angry, "I asked Lu Zheng to teach , what’s it got to do with any of you?"

She’s trying to build a closer relationship with Lu Zheng through the training, but things might’ve backfired. If this incident caused a rift and they fell out, what excuse would she have to see him again?

"Sister Lin——"

Jiang Lingling stepped forward and pulled Lin Wan, it was the first ti Lin Wan showed anger.

Everyone paused slightly.

Lu Zheng waved his hand from the side, "It’s not worth it..."

How did it escalate to anger?

But Lv Tieling wasn’t letting it go, he frowned at Lu Zheng, "Kid, you’re sothing, if you’re really that good, co up and fight . If you win, I’ll say no more, but if you lose, stop bluffing!"

Lv Tieling was getting a bit heated.

He had been turned down several tis when asking Lin Wanwan out for a al, and even when trying to offer her advice to get closer, she refused. Now she found a pretty boy to teach her.

Isn’t that plainly looking down on Lv Tieling?

"Lu Zheng doesn’t need to..."

Lu Zheng waved his hand, interrupting Lin Wan.

He saw through it, Lv Tieling’s envy blinded him, he was obsessed.

He could certainly ignore it and find another place with Lin Wan to train. But in doing so, not ntioning being labeled as cowardly and boastful, Lin Wan likely couldn’t stay here any longer.

He didn’t care, and probably neither did Lin Wan, but there was no need.

Everyone was drunk, and he was the only one sober, seeing others as clowns, why bother?

These people weren’t bad, and since it could be solved with one punch, Lu Zheng wouldn’t hesitate to throw it.

How big of a deal could it be?

"Alright, get on stage!" Lu Zheng nodded.

"Lu Zheng!"

In Lin Wan’s view, it was Lu Zheng decisively standing up for her.

She picked the wrong place and caused the trouble, yet Lu Zheng was covering for her.

Giving Lv Tieling a sidelong glance, Lin Wan regained her calm, with a cold expression, said lightly, "Don’t hit too hard, teach him a good lesson!"

Well, this was a request for Lu Zheng to tornt Lv Tieling a bit more, not to take him down in one move like he did with Liu Leng and that wanted man.

Back to being the familiar cold-faced policewoman.

Ruthless, I like it!

"Got it!"

"Hmph!"

Lv Tieling snorted, casually took the gloves and helt Old Du handed over, opened the ropes with one hand, and stepped onto the ring.

He beckoned to Lu Zheng, "Co on up!"
