The patient was a local from Tonglin County, familiar with both Du Yueyao and Lu Zheng. He made no attempt to go to other pharmacies, just got his dicine from Renxin Hall, and then left, coughing lightly as he walked away.

The noblewoman nodded, "Of course."

"Our household's shopkeeper does have this intention, but spiritual dicines are hard to co by, so we can only go with the flow."
Liu Qingyan nodded, then took the prescription Lu Zheng handed over and gave it to the noblewoman.

The noblewoman stood up, and along with her maid, went to the pharmacy counter to get the dicine. Lu Zheng and Liu Qingyan exchanged a glance, and Du Yueyao chid in from the side, "I've never seen this lady before. Is she just passing through, or has she recently moved to Tonglin County?"
Renxin Hall has been in Tonglin County for several years, and everyone often goes to Yu Ling Garden or nearby county attractions for outings. Even if they haven't t all the ladies from affluent families, they know of them to so extent. Clearly, this noblewoman doesn't match any familiar profiles.
"I heard that the old residence of the Huang family in the north of the city was sold recently." A patient following behind said, "That residence has five courtyards in total, with a garden on the west side. Anyone able to buy it must be wealthy or noble; could this be the family?"
"Tsk tsk, a powerful dragon crossing the river!" Lu Zheng exclaid, recalling Zhao Wenrong from before.
Speaking of Zhao Wenrong, he's a legitimate descendent of the Zhao family in Yizhou Prefecture. He's currently in Tonglin County helping his family manage businesses, doing exceptionally well, and has even married a local Lin family's daughter. Although he can't inherit the position of patriarch, he's considered an important figure in the Zhao family.
