Now reading: Chapter 106: Release Announcement from I Have a Sailing Game, a Fantasy novel by Useless Beggar Scholar.

Didn’t expect this, did you? It’s not a new Chapter, but a launch announcent!

Back to the point, the book will officially be launched at one o’clock tomorrow morning, and upon reflection, I’ve decided to write a launch announcent and chat with everyone about it.

Honestly, I didn’t expect this book to go through four rounds of recomndation and still get onto the Three Rivers list, I thought at most it’d just get a strong push, so it’s a real surprise.

It seems like there are many readers who enjoy the elents of great sailing ga-like elents. We stinky... great minds think alike, hahaha!

And also, believe it or not, a big part of why I write novels is because of a book drought...

Another reason is that I wanted to depict a colorful and interesting world and share it with everyone.

As it turns out, I’ve taken the first step.

I hope everyone can offer more feedback and encouragent in future readings.

Furthermore, I sincerely hope that if any readers feel there’s sothing wrong with this book, they can offer advice.

Like suggestions such as "Such and such event would be better handled this way," rather than "**** I’m poisoned, I’m out"...

For the latter, it’s really tough for as an author to keep it.

After all, other readers will be reading this too, and I need to consider their reading experience.

I, as the author, want to improve!

Currently, the overall feedback from most readers is "decent read."

I’m not satisfied, I want to do better.

Only through improvent can I write better stories and live up to everyone’s expectations.

Alright, enough chit-chat.

On the launch day, there should be 4k per Chapter, four to five Chapters, totaling around 16k to 20k words, released between midnight and one o’clock on the first, due to the delay in opening VIP Chapters, and the need to transport drafts—such a hassle...

After the launch, I’ll try to maintain a daily output of 6k, and if I need to take a break I’ll let you know in advance (this truly is the human limit!).

For those who’ve gotten this far, you’re probably ready to support the cause, so I’m shalessly asking everyone to subscribe and support the official version!

A thousand thanks!

Below is a self-summary of previous content, if uninterested, feel free to skip.

——————

Overall, the execution is stable, without any major poison points, considered smooth unfolding.

So irrational plot points, I’ve decisively cut and rewrote, although doing so often makes feel frustrated.

In previous content, I’ve buried so subtle threads, but not too many, I have a sense of proportion, too many would be hard to handle, and I’d end up in an unfillable pit.

As for shortcomings, here cos the self-examination.

Dungeons!

In my original setting, this novice dungeon had five layers, with only hidden threads and no surface storyline.

But I later found the effect wasn’t good.

Because I modeled the dungeon on soul-based ga styles, with the idea that the protagonist could experience relaxing and enjoyable ocean voyages alongside tense and exciting cave explorations.

However, I overlooked one issue.

Gas are gas, novels are novels.

Gas can convey pressure and fragntation through music and visuals even without a surface storyline.

But novels can’t.

Although when reading, people usually imagine scenes, without storyline embellishnt, even the darkest world would seem sowhat hollow and dull.

So, I decided to fix the issue by cutting two layers from the cave.

Of course, this won’t affect what’s to co, after all, it’s just a novice dungeon...

...Unknowingly, I’ve written so much for the launch announcent already, let’s not continue rambling.

Next, is the content of the Five Major Seas. I’ll do my best to write better stories for everyone!

Let’s encourage each other!
