Now reading: Chapter 1858 - 1852: He’s Already My Ace Enforcer from I Inherited 5,000 Years of Family Property, a Adventure novel by The Voice of the Cat.

Upon hearing that voice, everyone’s gaze instantly focused on the front of the city wall.

Gu Xiao appeared in his usual white attire, floating proudly in midair. Although his hair looked sowhat ssy, it couldn’t hide the heroic aura exuding from him.

"Father, how could you forget about ? I’m also a mber of the Gu Family Army, right?" Zhang nglong said with a smile to Gu Cong.

Since Zhang nglong’s life levels broke through to the first grade of the Divine Cultivation Realm, Gu Xiao’s soul gradually began to recover. Although it still needed so ti, there was already so faint consciousness. Seeing his father in such a sorry state, Zhang nglong felt a deep empathy due to Gu Xiao’s soul within him.

"Young Master Gu Xiao?!"

"Young Master Gu Xiao has returned!"

"Hahaha, we are saved!"

The remaining Gu Family Army mbers cheered enthusiastically, as if celebrating a victorious return.

In the Gu Family Army now, Gu Xiao’s image was almost mythical.

Who could subdue the many arrogant powerhouses of the Skyless Realm? Gu Xiao did it.

Who managed to stand out and win the crown in a superpower selection? Gu Xiao did it.

Who dared to scold a superpower elder and still leave unscathed? Gu Xiao did it again.

Gu Cong was also in tears, looking at his long-lost son. The last ti he saw Gu Xiao was when Zhang nglong crashed into the Gu Family courtyard, crushing Gu Xiao.

Unexpectedly, after three years, his strength had surpassed his father’s, reaching an unattainable height.

"Princess Lan Xin, long ti no see!" Zhang nglong also greeted Lan Xin not far away.

Lan Xin’s eyelashes trembled slightly. The Gu Xiao she once looked down upon had beco soone the entire continent now revered, and she even felt she couldn’t reach up to him.

"Gu Xiao, are all the riots in the surrounding empires your doing?" Lan Xin asked.

"I did it," Zhang nglong replied with a smile, "Now that they’re attacking our Yanlan Empire and the dostic military is empty, I naturally have to teach them a harsh lesson. Our Yanlan Empire isn’t the kind to be bullied without fighting back.

"I knew it! It had to be Young Master Gu Xiao’s work. Besides Young Master Gu Xiao, who else in our Yanlan Empire has such skills?"

"Tsk tsk tsk, how long has it been? Eight empires have already been bombed so badly that they lost their territories. Young Master Gu Xiao truly has skills."

"I also heard there are traces of Dao Realm powerhouses appearing!"

...

"Father, I didn’t co late, did I?

"Not late, not late, you’re just in ti." Gu Cong was overwheld with emotion, "Xiao’er, are you confident? These two empires have many troops and countless experts. If you can’t handle it, you must take Princess Lan Xin and leave. We’ll buy you so ti.

"Just these people? If it were an ordinary day, I wouldn’t even bother taking the job!" Zhang nglong cast a disdainful look at the massive army.

After the last battle, Yanlan Empire’s Gu Family Army had suffered great losses, their numbers barely one-tenth of the previous strength. The enemy’s numbers were twenty to thirty tis larger, and there were even so martial artists at the peak of the Divine Cultivation Realm, far beyond what a small Fourth Grade Empire could withstand.

"Young Master, did you bring reinforcents?"

"I think he must have! Young Master can gather so many experts; he might have already set up ambushes around, just waiting for his signal."

"Let guess, there must be billions, right? There might even be experts at the peak of the Divine Cultivation Realm or even Dao Realm!"

"Of course, I brought them," Zhang nglong said with a smile, "I brought tens of thousands!"

Zhang nglong pointed into the void, and a blue light fell before everyone, slowly condensing into a human shape.

This person had a hunched figure, a pale face devoid of any expression, and claws-like sharp nails on his hands, quietly standing on the ground.

"Ah? Just one person?"

"Tens of thousands? I thought there were really millions, or perhaps this person’s na is Tens of Thousands?"

"Young Master Gu Xiao, at this ti, please don’t joke with us. Quickly let the reinforcents out."

"Sorry, besides Tens of Thousands, I really don’t have any other reinforcents this ti.

Imdiately, the Gu Family Army showed disappointed expressions. How could one person be of any use? And this thing looked sickly, as if it would lt away as soon as it entered the battlefield.

"But against thousands of troops, Tens of Thousands alone is worth an entire army!"

"Go on, infect them all in front of !"

What stood before Zhang nglong was a Blood Demon of Divine Cultivation Realm. It didn’t have the weaknesses of the Night Demons, with controllable infectivity and extrely strong combat and obedience abilities.

Upon Zhang nglong’s command, the Blood Demon jumped from the city wall, stamping two deep pits into the ground.

"What are you?" a general looked at Tens of Thousands. The bizarre creature before him seed human, yet very eerie, like a soulless zombie, exuding a strong scent of blood that instinctively made him wary.

However, without saying a word, Tens of Thousands directly charged at the general.

The general sneered, charged forward in his armor. In his heart, he knew the strongest in Yanlan Empire were at most in the third or fourth grade of Divine Cultivation, and he had rely been toying with Gu Cong in previous battles. As a martial artist at the peak of the Divine Cultivation Realm, he could kill them effortlessly.

Only in the next instant did he panic.

The Blood Demon suddenly accelerated, its speed nearly that of the peak of the Divine Cultivation Realm!

But the general remained unfazed. He imdiately took out his weapon, a Saint Grade spear, quite outstanding even among Saint Grades.

Unexpectedly, the Blood Demon didn’t dodge at all, allowing the spear to pierce through its body completely.

With the distance closed instantly, the Blood Demon’s claw left a faint bloodstain on his shoulder, an insignificant injury for a martial artist at the peak of the Divine Cultivation Realm!

Intense energy burst from his body; as he raised his head, he saw a sly, victorious smile flash across the Blood Demon’s face.

The Blood Demon’s body shattered, falling to the ground in pieces, but without any pause, the flesh began to wriggle, reforming back into the Blood Demon’s original form. Its aura showed no sign of weakening.

He hadn’t had ti to ponder why the Blood Demon had such extraordinary regeneration, when dizziness suddenly clouded his mind, as if he might collapse at any mont.

Within a minute, he felt his consciousness fading, his control over his body seemingly stripped away by sothing else.

A transformation continued upon the general, his skin turning red, his mouth beginning to drool disgustingly, mingling with blood.

He slowly turned around, casually tossing the spear in his hand to the ground.

At this point, his fingers had grown claws-like nails.

"General?" a lieutenant on the battlefield called out, but the general didn’t respond.

"He’s no longer your general," Zhang nglong announced from the city wall, "Now, he’s my ace fighter!"
