"Have you made up your minds? Still want to call? Gentlen robots."

Loren asked with a smile, his tone sounding exactly like a devil teasing the desires lurking in one's heart.

He had just pushed all the pile of Spirit Stones he had won behind him all-in, roughly 150,000 stones.

It must be said, these two robots were truly wealthy...

Urged on by Loren's tone, the two robots decided to trust the mathematical knowledge in their programs!

"The program tells ! Mathematics and probability won't lie!!! I choose to call!"

"I call too!!"

Both robots, one after the other, made the decision to call!

The pot for this hand involved a wager of roughly 450,000 Spirit Stones.

The dealer, Hans, after seeing his two mathematical robots choose to call, no longer hid his expression, revealing a look of pity in his eyes!

"Show your cards!"

And the two robots, upon seeing Hans's pitying gaze, felt as if the programs running within them stopped for an instant!!

"With a 90% win rate, I could still lose?! Sorry! I have four Jacks!!"

"With a 96% win rate, I could still lose?! Hahahaha!! I win! I have four Queens!!"

Three sets of hole cards were simultaneously revealed. Loren smiled as he looked at the two robots across from him.

"Unfortunately, it seems mathematics and probability have deceived you once more..."

Loren's hole card was revealed to be a "Seven of Hearts".

This utterly ordinary "Seven of Hearts", combined with Loren's other four cards, ford a straight flush!!

"Sorry, gentlen robots! A hearts straight flush, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9!!"

After the cards were shown, the two robots clutched their heads in pain, their tones tinged with despair.

"Repairman, is Mr. Loren really not cheating??!?!"

"The probability of a Seven of Hearts appearing is so low??!!!"

Hans looked at these two robots he had personally repaired with pity and gave a mocking smile.

"No. I dealt the cards myself. He had the Seven of Hearts from the start."

Loren silently walked behind the two robots, happily collected his 300,000 Spirit Stones, returned to his seat, sat down, and asked with a smile again:

"Still playing? Gentlen robots."

That devilish, enticing tone appeared once more...

"N-no... not playing anymore. I need to keep so Spirit Stones for operational energy..."

"I'm not playing either. I suspect the Repairman missed a part when he fixed us..."

Both robots resolutely refused Loren's invitation.

Hans, upon hearing the robot that had lost badly slander his repair skills, didn't argue back either, silently rolling his eyes.

He understood...

He used to be like that too when he lost badly.

Gamblers, they always like excuses for themselves, robots are no exception...

After the card ga was declared over, Loren silently gathered the pile of Spirit Stones behind him.

"Won 450,000 Spirit Stones. Seems like a pretty good way to pass the ti..." Loren's tone was filled with pleasure.

The two robots left utterly defeated. However, before leaving, they jointly issued a challenge to Loren.

"We'll be back! Mr. Loren! Get your Spirit Stones ready!"

To this, Loren smiled, lightly tipped his hat, and replied with great elegance:

"Of course, I look forward to it."

Robots with intelligence really are more fun to play with... Loren thought silently.

After the two robots left, only Loren and Hans remained in the spacious cockpit.

Hans put away the cards on the table and silently sat down next to Loren.

"Hans, where did you pick up these robots?"

Loren gazed in the direction the two robots had left and asked quietly.

"Found them right in that junkyard. It's a very large junkyard," Hans replied.

"Their level of intelligence is quite high. Higher than the robots from that Intelligent Machinery Crisis in Federation history..." Loren kindly reminded him.

"Uh, don't worry. My relationship with those robots is... sowhat special," Hans answered vaguely.

Hearing Hans's vague explanation, Loren silently nodded and said no more.

He has secrets... good... the bigger the better...

The kind that makes everyone tremble would be best...

Next, the two changed the subject and talked about so other things.

For example, how Hans could develop secretly within the Radiant Flow Star Domain in the future...

Loren's suggestion was to attach himself under the Ferros Family, use the cover and resources of that Smuggling Organization, and quietly manufacture more robots until Hans could create Legendary-tier robots...

After this incident, the Ferros Family should realize that Hans is a special talent...

The Ferros Family, which controls the entire transportation sector of the Federation, would naturally value this "loyal and devoted" Repairman Hans highly...

After all, Starships are the core of the transportation sector.

And Hans's performance in both "repairing starships" and "bypassing Federation air traffic control" has been quite outstanding.

Coincidentally, the Ferros Family, which engages in smuggling behind the scenes, needs precisely this kind of professionally-suited talent the most.

And Hans is the "loyal and devoted" type, with the rit of rescuing a core family mber on his shoulders...

Even without his strange robots, Hans has a visibly bright future ahead, at least he won't be returning to that junkyard...

In fact, in Loren's analysis, the very fact that Hans was sent to receive him ant he was one of the Ferros Family's many Trump Cards.

In the eyes of the Ferros Family, he has always been trustworthy.

It's just that because the Ferros Family has too many Trump Cards, Hans seed as if he had been forgotten in a junkyard.

...

After the two talked in the cockpit for a long ti, people from the Smuggling Organization finally arrived.

Seventeen mid-rank Superhumans and one high-rank Superhuman, following the location Hans sent, quietly arrived deep within this vast, boundless nature reserve.

The starship's hatch opened, and the group entered the interior.

The leading high-rank Superhuman, followed by the others, bowed deeply to Loren.

"The Ferros Family is deeply grateful for your assistance. You will be a friend of our family forever, Mr. Loren."

Loren gave a light chuckle and said quietly,

"Then in the future, when I ride on smuggling ships, can you prepare a room for ? After all, the cargo hold isn't very comfortable..."

"Of course! Mr. Loren! This is my contact information. If you have any travel needs, please contact anyti!"

The leading high-rank Superhuman handed over a business card printed with contact details.

Loren took the card and nodded.

"That's great. I have a feeling we'll be dealing with each other frequently from now on."

"You are most welco, Mr. Loren," the high-rank Superhuman said with utmost politeness after straightening up.

Then, he scanned the cockpit and asked Hans with so confusion,

"Where is that core family mber? Resting in one of the ship's rooms?"

Hans looked sowhat awkward and glanced at Loren.

So things were inconvenient for him to say, but Loren could say them.

Loren, standing to the side, answered calmly,

"He's in the hibernation pod. He had so psychological issues, so I knocked him out."

Then, Loren demonstrated considerable professional integrity by reminding the high-rank Superhuman.

"After you take him back, you'd better keep a close eye on him at all tis. The possibility of him going to the Security Bureau to turn himself in cannot be ruled out."

"If the Ferros Family wants to rescue him again, my fee will be much more expensive..."
