I Just Wanted to Be a Galactic Hunter—Why Am I on the Wanted List? Chapter 318: A Heavenly Sound!
"Mr. Destiny, are you satisfied with the appearance I envisioned for you?"
Jasmine sat on the shoulder of the male, golden-haired elf, asking with an expectant look.
"Of course, a rather perfect appearance, Miss Jasmine."
Loren smiled and nodded, then extended his slender fingers to gently tap the other's little head.
"I'm glad you like it. I thought of this appearance concept after learning about the extinct Elven Race..."
"What a perfect race, it's a sha they were wiped out like that..."
"I never got to see them. The Star Realm is truly cruel..."
Jasmine's tone carried a hint of lancholy.
However, being naive and pure-hearted, she quickly adjusted her mood.
Sitting on Loren's shoulder, she vigorously shook her head and directly changed the subject:
"Let's not talk about those unhappy things!"
As her words fell, Jasmine waved her little hand, and a blank golden light screen appeared before Loren's Spiritual Phantom.
"Mr. Destiny, let's decide on your service!"
Hearing this, Loren gave a light chuckle.
"Miss Jasmine, the Elven Race hasn't completely perished. Within the vast Star Realm, there actually still hide so pure-blooded elves."
"As repaynt for helping set up this appearance, when I encounter Legendary powerhouses of the Elven Race in the future, I will recomnd them to the tavern."
"By then, you should be able to et them..."
Jasmine's eyes lit up! She turned her head to look at Loren.
"Really?"
"Really." Loren calmly nodded.
"Mr. Destiny, you are truly a good person!"
After her words full of anticipation, Jasmine's little face initiatively pressed against Loren's cheek for a mont.
A light touch, then they separated.
Loren shook his head with a light laugh, feeling this was the true aning of having a pet...
After sighing with emotion, Loren looked at the golden light screen before him and asked:
"What do I need to do..."
His words were only halfway spoken!
Loren felt a summons from Raven reaching his main body!
"Master, it's already dark. You should withdraw your mind from the ring..."
Loren's Spiritual Phantom was montarily stunned.
So fast, had an entire afternoon already passed?
I feel like only two hours have gone by...
Did Miss Jasmine take too much ti adjusting the Spiritual Phantom's appearance...
Or, has my perception of ti beco a bit off...
Thinking of this, Loren turned his head to look at Jasmine on his shoulder and softly asked:
"Miss Jasmine, does the ti flow rate in this Spiritual Plane differ from the outside world?"
The peculiar little sprite sitting on Loren's shoulder nodded directly.
"Yes, Mr. Destiny."
"I think I heard my master ntion that the ti flow rate here compared to the outside is 1:2..."
After hearing Jasmine's answer, Loren silently sighed.
Spending two hours here ans four hours have passed outside...
It seems I need to pay attention to ti in the future...
"Miss Jasmine, I must leave."
"There are matters awaiting my attention outside. I'll decide on the service I'll offer next ti I visit..." Loren said softly.
Hearing this, Jasmine rose from Loren's shoulder, fluttered to hover before him, and spread her sowhat chubby little hands.
"You all always seem so busy..."
"Alright, we'll et again next ti, Mr. Destiny!"
"I'm happy to have t you!"
Although her tone remained optimistic, the ever-perceptive Loren still detected that she wasn't truly happy.
It was more like she had grown accustod to such farewells...
Thus, Loren extended his hand, patted her little head, and comforted her:
"Don't worry, I will return, Miss Jasmine."
Facing Loren's comfort, a happy smile appeared on Jasmine's face.
"Okay, I'll wait for you, Mr. Destiny."
Loren gave a slight nod, making a gesture of tipping a non-existent hat on his head.
"Goodbye, Miss Jasmine."
After bidding farewell, Loren manipulated that strand of his Spiritual Power, following his instinct to leave this white space.
Within the white space of unknown size, only the Spiritual Phantom whose eyes had lost their light and the peculiar little sprite flying in mid-air remained.
The Spiritual Phantom with eyes devoid of light still maintained the appearance of the male, golden-haired elf Mage.
Loren's Spiritual Power had already departed, and the Spiritual Phantom left here was rely a special product of this Spiritual Plane.
It essentially still belonged to the Spiritual Plane.
It was only created after Loren's Spiritual Power arrived in this Spiritual Plane, and it could only be used by Loren.
This Spiritual Phantom left here was more like an account-type puppet without consciousness.
And that unique strand of Loren's Spiritual Power was the password to log into this account-type puppet...
Loren's Spiritual Power departing also ant he took the "password" with him...
As long as Loren did not return, from now on, no other existence could ever log into this Spiritual Phantom again.
Jasmine, remaining in the white space, gazed at this Spiritual Phantom whose eyes had lost their light.
She said nothing, only silently stared at this Spiritual Phantom she had personally envisioned...
After an unknown length of ti had passed.
A sowhat dejected voice finally sounded once more within the white space:
"But, you all always leave and then return. Only I am trapped here alone..."
----------
Federal Calendar 7708, December 3rd, nightfall.
At the edge of Jadeite Main City, inside an abandoned factory.
Inside the abandoned factory building, six tents of varying shapes and sizes were conspicuously set up.
Inside one of the newly set-up black tents.
Loren, who had just withdrawn his mind and Spiritual Power from the "Illusion Dream Ring," sat up on the carpet and stretched comfortably.
"Ah, it feels like having a very comfortable sleep..."
"Master, what is the Spiritual Plane inside the Illusion Dream Ring like? Is it fun?"
Seeing Loren had withdrawn his mind, Raven's question sounded imdiately.
Hearing this, Loren's face stiffened slightly.
What is this sudden, inexplicable sense of guilt rising from the depths of my heart...
Loren shook his head again and answered sowhat guiltily:
"It's alright, not fun. It's just that the ti flow is slower. Only two hours passed inside the Illusion Dream Ring, while four hours passed outside..."
"Master, why do I feel your tone is a bit strange?" Raven's voice held so confusion.
"Is it? It's probably my first ti entering the Illusion Dream Ring, I'm not quite used to it yet. It'll be fine in a mont..." Loren's tone feigned calmness.
"Is that so? I feel sothing is off..." Raven's tone carried a certain thoughtful note.
Hearing this, Loren's breathing instantly beca a bit tense...
At that mont!
Cook P. Jones's greeting voice happened to sound from outside the tent.
"Mr. Loren, night has fallen. Have you rested well?"
"Our operation is about to begin."
For Loren at this mont, Cook P. Jones's voice was like a heavenly sound!
Loren quickly rose from the carpet! Opened the tent, and strode out!
"Of course! Mr. Cook!"
"I'm very much looking forward to your operation tonight!"
