"Do not worry," Master Xie Yan replied with calm assurance. "The heavens have eyes, and I will ensure you et your soulmate very, very soon."

He took the man’s hands in his own, closing his eyes for three steady breaths. When he opened them, the answer was already clear.

"The one ant for you is not far, yet so near. In fact..." Master Xie Yan’s gaze swept across the twenty or so beautiful won who had just beco his followers. "...they are right here. One of them at least."

The man’s eyes widened as realization dawned. He was not foolish or slow and so he understood the implication and knew exactly what to do next.

"Master Xie Yan! I am willing to follow you to the ends of the earth. Please accept !" he exclaid, brimming with excitent and relief.

His voice carried both gratitude and determination, and in that mont, he beca yet another loyal follower in Xie Yan’s growing, carefully curated circle.

"Welco. I assure you that happiness and joy will be yours," Master Xie Yan said, smiling gently as he patted the man on the back, his touch warm and reassuring.

Turning back to the crowd, he prepared himself for the flood of interested people that always followed.

The people’s hopes and worries poured out in waves, each one seeking guidance, comfort, or a solution to their problems.

"Master Xie Yan," a trembling woman began, clutching her hands together, "my grandmother was always saving in secret. She had a bag full of gold coins, but when she passed away, we couldn’t find where she hid or buried it. Can you help us? We desperately need the money right now." Her voice wavered with a mix of anxiety and hope, and her eyes glistened with unshed tears.

"Please help , Master Xie Yan," another woman called, her tone heavy with fear and confusion. "I’ve been seeing and hearing strange things at night. I wonder if it’s my late husband trying to communicate with . I can’t sleep thinking about it. Every night, I lie awake, wondering what it all ans."

A man raised his voice next, trying to sound confident but betraying a hint of uncertainty. "Master Xie Yan, my business partner and I are trying to decide between starting a restaurant or a money-lending business. Which path should we choose?"

One by one, the questions kept coming, so simple, others more complex.

There were disputes over inheritance, concerns about health, questions of love, and even matters of family honor.

Each ti, Master Xie Yan listened carefully, his gaze calm and attentive.

He responded thoughtfully, offering guidance, reassurance, or sotis simply a gentle word that eased the burden of worry on their hearts.

Two full hours passed like a fleeting mont, with the crowd hanging on every word, every gesture, every subtle nuance in his tone.

By the ti he finally called it a day, dozens of people had left with relief in their hearts, their minds cleared, and hope renewed.

Even as the crowd began to disperse, many whispered among themselves about the extraordinary patience and wisdom of Master Xie Yan.

So vowed to follow him more closely, while others simply bowed deeply in gratitude.

The day had been long, but for Master Xie Yan, it was simply another opportunity to weave calm and order into the chaotic lives of those who sought him out.

"People really are foolish and easy to manipulate," Master Xie Yan thought as he glanced at his newly gathered followers. "Give them a handso face and a small display of power, and they will kneel willingly and bow at your feet."

His gaze swept across the group, a hint of satisfaction flashing in his eyes.

In just a few days of performing on the streets, he had already gathered more than a hundred won.

The efficiency of it all pleased him greatly.

"This should be more than enough for now. Tomorrow will be my last day here, and then I will deal with them all in secret."

A faint smile tugged at his lips, revealing just how pleased he was with himself.

To him, they were nothing more than gullible fools, easily swayed and even easier to control.

Still, his trip here was not entirely perfect.

His eyes drifted toward a nearby restaurant, bustling with custors coming and going.

He knew the owner well, or rather, he had taken notice of her.

She was exceptionally beautiful, far surpassing the others he had gathered, and he had originally intended to include her among his targets.

Unfortunately, she had only taken a brief glance at his street performance before returning inside, never showing herself again.

"A pity..." he muttered inwardly. "Such a rare one slipping through my fingers."

His eyes narrowed slightly as a new thought ford.

"Perhaps I should pay her a visit tomorrow night."

Though he generally disdained using force, preferring cleaner and more effortless thods, there were always exceptions especially when it ca to soone truly worth the trouble.

He turned around, intending to lead his group back to the inn where he was staying.

However, at that very mont, soone stepped forward and disrupted his plans.

"I can’t believe I was just walking down the road, yet fate has been so kind as to let stumble upon a great swindler," Lin Feng said, letting out a deep sigh as though burdened by the heavens’ duty of punishing evil and eradicating villains.

"I suppose fate also has a great sense of humor," he continued, a faint smile tugging at his lips. "Wouldn’t you agree, Master Xie Yan?"

Master Xie Yan turned toward the voice, his expression completely calm, like the surface of a still lake.

Not a single ripple of emotion could be seen on his face.

But beneath that calm exterior, his mind was racing.

Of course, he knew who Lin Feng was.

The na had spread like thunder throughout the city over the past few days.

His most notable feat, defeating Guo Han, a man with strength comparable to those in the Foundation Establishnt Realm, had shaken countless people.

This was precisely why Master Xie Yan had no intention of responding recklessly.

Lin Feng was not soone to be provoked lightly.

A thorny, unpredictable figure like him was best handled with extre caution.
