I Just Wanted to Teach Cultivation, But Goddesses Keep Coming! Chapter 58 Wine
Lin Feng arrived at the Dao Teaching Platform at exactly nine o’clock in the morning, not a minute early and not a second late.
The Dao Teaching Platform was massive, easily capable of accommodating two thousand people at once.
It was circular in shape, ford from rock-hard stone, and radiated an ancient, solemn presence.
Surrounding it was a vast open expanse that could comfortably hold tens of thousands of spectators.
It was clear at a glance that the Dao Teaching Platform was no ordinary structure as it occupied such a large area by design.
The vast stone plaza was usually deserted on Saturdays, as students were free to cultivate, rest, or just be with their families.
Only teachers, staff, workers, and cleaners were present and there were easily thousands of them, since labor here was cheap and plentiful.
Their presence, however, gave Spirit Spring Academy a rare sense of liveliness, as if the normally solemn grounds had been temporarily transford into a bustling market square.
Today was different.
The mont Lin Feng set foot on the platform, a ripple spread through the crowd like a stone dropped into still water.
Conversations halted, then resud in hushed whispers, fingers pointing openly, eyes filled with mockery, curiosity, or barely concealed excitent.
"Look, that’s the trash teacher, Lin Feng!"
"I really thought he wouldn’t co. Seems only fools are excited for their own deaths."
"What a tragic soul. Can I have his handso head after he dies? I want to put it on display in my ho. I collect exotic things."
Laughter followed those cruel words, so sharp and mocking, others awkward and nervous, as if people weren’t sure whether they were allowed to laugh but did so anyway, just in case.
Lin Feng’s na had beco infamous throughout the academy, and Li Tianhao’s reputation was equally well-known, though for entirely different reasons.
One was mocked as a useless third-stage body refining trash, while the other was feared and respected as a tenth-stage expert with a terrifying talent for cultivation.
Their impending clash had turned into a spectacle, sothing whispered about in the city, discussed over als, and exaggerated with every retelling.
Because of that, the crowd wasn’t limited to academy staff alone.
Hundreds of people from Clear Moon City had also gathered, drawn by rumors, gossip, and the irresistible promise of chaos.
rchants, cultivators, idle wanderers, and even nobles in disguised robes mixed together, all eager to witness what many believed would be a one-sided slaughter.
After all, everyone loved drama as long as it didn’t involve them and this was the kind of reality entertainnt no stage performance could ever match.
Many had co simply to mock Lin Feng, eager to witness his humiliation and supposed downfall.
But among the sea of jeering faces, there were a few who had co here specifically for him.
Only three people, yet the mont they arrived and took their places near Lin Feng, the atmosphere subtly shifted.
Heads turned. Conversations paused. Eyes widened.
For a brief mont, it felt as if the noise of the entire platform had dropped by half.
"Wow! Have I already died? Did soone assassinate while I wasn’t looking?!"
"Why do I see so many fairies gathered in one place?! Is this the afterlife?"
"Fool! Those are Teacher Lin Feng’s students. I don’t even know how he managed to get them in the first place. Isn’t this academy only supposed to accept children between the ages of five and ten?"
"Then how did he end up teaching beauties like that? This world is truly unfair."
"I guess when you’re ridiculously handso like Lin Feng, it’s easy to attract pretty won left and right, even as a so-called ’trash teacher.’"
"Hmph! Looks won’t save him. It doesn’t matter how handso he is since he’s still going to be dead at soon enough. Death isn’t biased just because soone has a pretty face."
So spoke with envy, others with disbelief, and a few with outright bitterness.
A handful of n stared at the three won with barely concealed longing, then turned their resentnt toward Lin Feng, as if his re existence was an offense to the natural order.
Yet despite the mocking voices and cruel predictions, the three stood calmly beside Lin Feng, unbothered by the stares, whispers, and venomous comnts surrounding them as if the chaos of the crowd ant nothing at all.
"You shouldn’t have co," Lin Feng said to his students, his tone calm.
"I was just thinking of admiring your fighting skills, Teacher Lin Feng," Wang Yuyan replied with a bright smile.
After witnessing so many of his mysterious teaching thods and almost unbelievable teaching abilities, she had not the slightest doubt that her teacher could easily squash Li Tianhao like a bug.
In her eyes, this fight wasn’t dangerous at all... it was simply another chance to witness his greatness.
"I wouldn’t miss it for the world, Teacher," Chu Jiangyue said without hesitation, her gaze firm and unwavering.
"I’m just following my niece around, Teacher Lin Feng," Qiao i said with a perfectly straight face, her expression composed and innocent.
"I’m hoping she won’t run off this ti."
Despite her words, her eyes lingered on Lin Feng for a fraction of a second longer than necessary.
Lin Feng was about to continue teaching his students when soone caught his attention and the attention of everyone around.
She walked slowly, each step asured, her hips swaying subtly with her movent, a natural rhythm that made the n nearby shift uncomfortably and stirred more than a little excitent.
Even the most composed spectators felt their pulse quicken.
Within a few breaths, she reached the platform and stopped beside Lin Feng.
"Good morning, Teacher Ning Xi. I’m a little confused as to why you’re here today," Lin Feng said bluntly, his tone carrying a rare edge of irritation. It was all an act of course.
"I’m here to make sure no unnecessary blood is spilled," Ning Xi replied calmly, though her eyes glimred with sharp determination.
"I’m still convinced that you only started this duel to get my attention. You succeeded... now you need to stop it before you get hurt."
