As soon as the original residents of this world saw the gates were wide open. Those who were warriors decided to run out as if they were in a race. Most of their female beastn stayed in the city as they saw their partners out. Everyone from Asher Light's group left together and decided to do the first trial together. Accompanying their lovers as they go hunting in pairs which startled everyone, after all, it is quite rare for a female beastman to be strong. The last lineage of strong female beastn is the family of Snow Leopards. This is the bloodline of the first founder, Xuebao.
In the current era, it is rare to find female beastn fighters. Most of them helped in household-based occupations and so were even healers. So it was quite a surprising sight for them to see a group of couples hunt together. What they didn't know is that each mber of that group can be considered a fighter.
There is nothing that can be said about the heirs as they had the most powerful bloodline in their race. Amber Dawn used to be an assassin herself so fighting was never her weakness. Asher Light and Conri Lycaon were trained to be stable and strong at all tis. They were destined as future kings or leaders of their own race. Carnelian Dawn used to be an heir as well so his abilities are quite similar to the other two.
As for Esther Dawn and Mayonaka Yoru, this couple used to be extrely famous for their strength. They beco Archbishops of the forr Templar Temple after all. No one can deny they are powerful hunters and slayers.
Though the couples or warriors had gone to the forest field outside the city, each person had a dedicated perspective. A surveillance spell cast by Great Elder Tuya to keep the participants of the trials to be watched by them and the audiences. Each audience focuses on the couple they supported. Like Baishi and Leafy who choose to watch the three couples whom they had just beco friends with.
Leafy remarked, "I expected them to do this! Obviously, all of them are experienced in fighting, especially the eldest couple (Esther and Yoru)."
"They shouldn't have any problems for the first and second stages. The verdict would be based on the last stage." Baishi, the white lion beastman said. "The last stage is making them experience the life their partners had in the past. From childhood to the current tiline."
The green-haired youth nad Leafy said, "Indeed. It was like showing your life history to the other person. Only at the end when you choose to interact and find each other does the illusion end. Even for us, it was quite hard."
"Don't worry. They should be alright. If they even hide a secret from one another what's the point of having their soul connected for a lifeti and beyond." The white lion, partner beastman of Leafy, Baishi said.

Outside the Main City...
Mayonaka Yoru shared the map he had created himself and also the one he received from the patrol team after requesting it. After learning his strength and friendly attitude towards the original residents of this world, the Aborigines didn't hesitate to give him a copy of the map of the world beyond the City Gates.
The Map of this world is different from Earth which had a greater size for water instead of the land. This world is connected by a few bodies of water scattered on it. There is even a sea and countless rivers and lakes. There are so terrains marked with a certain Insignia which signifies which tribes own that territory. The danger zones were also indicated on the map with red shade and also the routes they can take to reach the location
Mayonaka Yoru warned, "I've prepared the sa map I got from the Patrol Team. This map is legit as it was similar to the part of this forest I had gone to yesterday."
"I've also added so territorial areas in which dinosaurs live. I've differentiated the route that is dangerous to take. This is because of the existence of the Savage Beasts. These beasts are extrely dangerous. Not only do they love to eat at, but they are also territorial as well. Especially avoid the T-Rex. This kind of savage beast is not only strong but also cunning. They only eat at and would target anything it entered their line of sight. This can't be defeated alone. Run away as soon as you et one." Esther Dawn said.
Mayonaka Yoru looked at his younger brother and said, "Its strength is three tis our race in our beast form. Unless necessary don't confront it head on."
"I will keep that in mind." Conri Lycaon said.
Esther Dawn suggested, "If you want to target a sizable one. Pick the ones from the herbivore class. The only disadvantage against them is those who herd. Pick one who is alone or separated from their group. Return as soon as possible as blood attracts carnivore beasts. You may go now."
The other two pairs separated from Esther Dawn and Mayonaka Yoru as they venture into the territory of their target. They wanted to catch Triceratops. It's a herbivore dinosaur and quite big in size. This one moves in herds but as long as they steal one and run away they should be able to do it. As for Asher Light and Amber Dawn, there isn't much of a problem as the girl can recognize what kind of dinosaur it was at a glance but they had forgotten the opportunist physique of their protagonist self that gives both a blessing and tribulation.
Asher Light asked, "Amy, what do you want to catch? A big one or a small one?"
"Better to catch a mid-sized one. How about a Stegosaurus? I will stop its movent with wood and you kill it." Amber Dawn suggested
Asher Light nods, "Sure. That thing usually moves on its own. Even if it had a company we can just pull it away from its group."
Unknown to them a huge bird-like figure was encircling above their heads at a certain distance. It's a Pterodactyl hiding in the clouds waiting and looking for prey.
The other couple is not good either. Though it is nice that Conri Lycaon who is always calm is with Carnelian Dawn, this brat had always been fearless at almost everything except towards elder siblings. Or else why would he yell at Leafy and quarrel with him at their first eting?
Carnelian Dawn said, "Conri~ how about that bird-looking dinosaur? Let's go catch it. What was its na? Bui… Buitreraptor!"
"That's a Carnivorous one. Didn't our brother say to stay away from it?" Conri Lycaon said.
The youngest of the Dawn siblings stated, "But I don't rember the other Dino except for that, Carnotaurus, Confuciusornis, and Tyrannosaurus."
"How co you only rembered all Carnivorous dinosaurs? And the last one is the most dangerous of all of them combined. Sigh~ what kind of dinosaur you want to catch I'll try to match it with one of the herbivore types." Conri Lycaon asked.
"Can't we get one that tastes like a premium rare kind of chicken?"
"Sweetheart, how can I know they would taste like chicken?"
"Leafy said that Dinosaurs called Pterodactyl taste like one!"
"That is also a Carnivorous one. Well, let's try catching one. Find one that is a bit smaller and not an adult one. Let's climb up the mountain. Tell if you are tired I can carry you on my back." Conri Lycaon said.
Carnelian Dawn grins at him and swings their hands holding each other like an excited child. He had always wanted to be like this with soone. But after he lost his original mories and only had Athan Vladimir's mories of suffering for years. He longed to stop yearning for family and love. He had gotten used to betrayal and being used as a tool. Only his mories as Carnelian returned that he realized that he had his own family and a man whose fate is connected to him. He never felt more blessed than right now.
The interaction between the siblings in their group before and after they separated was stread live and watched by everyone in the city. Leafy who felt guilty about his loose mouth felt a headache when he heard the conversation between Conri Lycaon and Carnelian Dawn.
Leafy mumbled, "I..."
"That's your fault. Who told you to babble about a Pterodactyl tasting like the most delicious chicken in existence? Now Conri is being dragged away to catch such a thing." Baishi said. "Don't you know how hard it is to catch a flying beast?"
"I'm sorry. I didn't expect he would rember it!!" Leafy said. "But are they going to catch one?"
"If that little one asked, of course, his mate can only find one to catch for him. Don't worry. If he is the little brother of Mayonaka Yoru then he should be a Snow Wolf as well. Those types of wolves are strong in particular. They should be fine. Plus they were told to look for their brothers if they got in danger." The White Lion Baishi said.
"I'm not too worried about this pair. I think Asher and Amber are in danger instead. Haven't you noticed the shadows from above? It would be great if those are just clouds as it looks like."
"Stop saying those things. Those are just clouds. Stop being paranoid." Leafy said.
Baishi said, "But everyone knows that Pterodactyls love to hide in the clouds before diving down to their prey. I should have warned them about it."
While these two were worrying about their new friends, Esther Dawn and Mayonaka Yoru finally found their prey. They were lucky to find a lone Triceratops eating alone in the bushes of wild cherry. Based on its size alone it's almost an adult as not all its horns were fully grown.
Mayonaka Yoru asked his lover, "How should we kill it?"
"Kill it in an instant. Just target its brain and it would die on its own. Stop its movents, I'll do the killing." Esther Dawn said as he pulled out a dagger.
"I will do as you wish, Este-chan!~"
Mayonaka Yoru once again used his tal strings to retrain the Triceratops. When the movent of the dinosaur was halted it didn't end up like those Agilisaurus. It struggled with all its might and even broke the tal string. The forr Archbishop had to turn into his werewolf form and personally pushed it down.
GRRRR~
Esther Dawn took the opportunity and stabbed the dinosaur on its head and it instantly died with a hole in its brain. This couple finished their hunt faster than the other contestants. Yoru froze the dead Triceratops and pulled it with them. With the body of the dinosaur frozen the scent of blood was concealed and so the problem with the scent that attracts the other beast was no longer a problem.
Mayonaka Yoru said, "Should we go back now?"
"I want to find the others first." Esther Dawn said.
