Within the Domain of Darkness
Mo Shizhe struggled to move, as did the corrupted piece of the World Eater. All other elents and powers are restrained by the aura of darkness. In a place full of negativity like this, one can only go unfettered if they have light elents, a pure heart, or a brave soul.
The corrupted fragnt was panicking, "What the hell is this place?! I can't even fly, and... for so reason, my hunger has sated?"
"Impossible!? How can this be?" Mo Shizhe imdiately looked up and saw soone approaching them.
The God of Void was revealed to them in the flesh, but his true form had always been concealed by the shadows. He temporarily went back to his true body in order to obtain complete authority over this area. His long hair was dragged by him in this gloomy world while he wore the robes his wife had picked for him.
Only his eyes, which were once only a deep crimson, now have a darker purple hue, as though this change in color was evidence of his insanity.
Seeing this kind of eye was like an uncontrollable force that none of the people associated with the World Eater could resist. The God of Void's stare causes their bodies to tense up.
Ye Xiajie approached them and said, "I won't have cared what you have been doing in this world. Even if you destroyed it, I wouldn't bat an eye. If you wanted to kill , I wouldn't have cared. But..."
"One tried to eat him and the other hurt him. Is my treasure sothing you damn shit can touch? Huh!"
The entire domain quivers, and innurable shadowy hands grasp at the two as though they were alive. The other was pulled and strangled with many pairs of hands around his neck, while the first was nearly squeezed to death. The man they tried to beg stared at them coldly, watching them suffer slowly even though their groans, choking noises, and cries were signs of anguish.
Argh! Urk!
The God of Void would neither let them go, nor kill them outright. Instead, he would cause them the most agony possible, but before they actually passed away, the shadows would release them, preventing any death at all. Furthermore, they were rendered weaker by the domain's impact on depleting their qi.
"Ah! I'm just hungry! What's wrong with eating!? Aah!!!" The eyeball retorted in pain.
Ye Xiajie's eyes narrowed for this reason. "Is that so? Then die!"
He employed his elents of darkness, under the direction of his realm, to stifle the corrupted portion and use gluttony to consu it. He can consu World Eater pieces to grow stronger, just like Mo Shizhe can, although in this instance, he is stronger than the sentient World Eater fragnt because he can even eat a sentient one like Mo Shizhe.
Mo Shizhe shouted, "What the hell are you?! How can your aura of gluttony get this stronger when you don't openly seek World Eater pieces to increase your strength!?"
The God of Void looked at him like a brainless fool. "I've rembered sothing recently. Sothing about the distant past life. Sothing I don't care about much."
"Past life? Impossible! Most of the World Eater's mories are with ! You are lying!" Mo Shizhe said.
Ye Xiajie looked down on him as if staring at sothing unlikable. "Didn't you know that the world eater fragnts had three types: corrupted ones synonymous with madness, sensitive ones synonymous with obsession, and lastly, independent ones born with reason?"
"Hunluan and the World Eater is a past I no longer have an attachnt to. In my forr life as Xia Jieye, there are only regrets and guilt, but as Ye Xiajie, he is only the husband of Jing'er. Nothing more, nothing less."
"If my beloved's soul fragnts are sothing you can't see as Hunluan, but to they are a part of the only treasure I have in this world. He is my world and my everything, and you... tried to destroy that! You shall not be forgiven!"
Mo Shizhe is soul was being actively grabbed and tarnished by the shadows. He can also feel the suction draining away at his might, snatching up even the life of his current vessel without hesitation. Unlike the previous world. where he had eaten Ye Jieye's existence and might, there was no hesitancy this ti.
"A re clone that only moves according to that bastard's control. The mont you made a move to harm my wife's incarnation, your existence was denied," the God of Void said.
Mo Shizhe fixed his gaze on the icy, rciless figure in front of him. Despite appearing insane due to the turmoil in his red eyes, this man handled his actions with composure and was able to speak without any trouble. He is in shock, wondering how soone with the World Eater's level of power could not go insane.
The World Eater even managed to control himself and was slain by the one he loved the most.

Mo Shizhe gave the original body all of his mories in the final monts of his life. All he is is a copy of Tun Shizhe. In a sense, Tun Shizhe was still recovering from his wounds from the ti he broke into the Nether System and attempted to remove Hunluan's corpse.
Ye Xiajie's realm consud two pieces of the world eater, strengthening his capacity to devour.
With a cold gaze, he watched the man get eaten by him. He even ignored his screams. The God of Void mumbles, "Even though the World Eater himself has gone crazy for his love, how can you question my love for my Jing'er?"
"In the end, I am the one who could understand the pain and regrets of that man, who could only watch his beloved sacrifice himself just to drag back his sanity."
"It's just that it's too painful to live knowing that you would be alone for the rest of your life. That's why he allowed himself to get fragnted because he knew that his beloved would never return and he couldn't bear that kind of loneliness."
Once more, the God of Void took on the form of King Augustus and hid his true body in the abyss to join his sleeping spouse. It no longer feels like a global eater has the ravenous hunger that they are ant to have. Because of this, Ye Xiajie was sure that, in contrast to the ti he had traveled back in ti and experienced life as a World Eater, he would never lose control of himself.
That contented yet miserable life.
"His aning of living had been cut off when Hunluan died. I don't want to beco like him. I will never lose Jing'er again in this life."
When his wings spread and he erges, the realm of darkness disappears. In order to find his queen and his loves, he flew back to the hive. Nearly everyone on the planet was waiting for him when he got back to the Hive Star.
The evidence of his might is the monarch butterfly wings on his back. As in the tale, Augustus Kaiser can be crowned as the Zerg Emperor based alone on this special bloodline. Regretfully, he has no interest in it. When King Augustus had arrived, everyone in the hive had bowed.
"Welco back, Your Majesty, the Emperor!"
Apathetically, King Augustus floated before the assembly. He does not appear to be really open to this kind of thing. All he could do was hum in return for their salutations. He saw Marquess Conrad, his subordinate, waiting for him among the crowd. The others, on the other hand, are not present and almost never frown.
Marquess Conrad stepped forward with his head down. "Your Majesty, the King's Palace is in ruins. We had moved the Empress to the Main Palace. Cyril had been looking after His Highness, but he still hasn't woken up, and his temperature has dropped once again."
With a worried look on his face, King Augustus thought for a mont and found Cid Warlock not far away. With a curl of his finger, the young man floated towards him.
Augustus Kaiser said, "Cid Warlock, child of the Morpho Butterfly Tribe, accepts my royal decree."
Cid Warlock imdiately fell on his knee and waited for the current Zerg King and now the Zerg Emperor to give him his royal decree.
"Cid Warlock is a royal blood proven by the patterns and color of his wings. His achievents in the last war were astonishing. He had not only helped protect the hive but also proven his strength by defeating a few human generals and killing countless human sentries and guides.
He also protected our Female Zerg Soldiers, allowing them to fight without losing control of their ntal abilities, as well as executed the orders of the commanders at the front."
"He had proven his worth, his loyalty for the hive, and his strength. With my authority as the King of the Zerg Race, I will give him the title of Crown Prince. He will study directly under to learn the ways of the king and be trained by Marquess Conrad to further increase his strength. He is my heir and the future king of the hive."
"Do you accept this royal decree, Crown Prince Cid Warlock?" King Augustus asked.
Cid Warlock saluted and said, "I accept the royal decree!"
Seeing that no one disagrees with him, King Augustus nods. With satisfaction, he nods. He was unaware that as soon as he revealed his wings, no Zerg would be prepared to refute anything he said. In the hive, he gains total command.
King Augustus continued. "Until he gains enough achievent, I will remain seated on the throne as the King. But I will soon pass Cid Warlock the title of the king and reign as the Zerg Emperor, who would only co out of the race on the brink of extinction and no longer care about the mortal world."
"The change in my title will be followed by the position of the Queen. Once I beco the Zerg Emperor, Titania Ambrosia shall beco the Zerg Empress. His achievents all his life were enough proof of his strength as the future Empress."
The ntion of Titania, the Zerg Queen, caused everyone to fall silent. They had seen as a person with unquestionable strength strangled their queen. He is so strong that with a single move, he could restrain Colonel Cyril, Marquess Conrad, and two of King Augustus's secret guards. This man was helpless even for the Zerg Queen, who said their Zerg King had to save him.
King Augustus noticed the aning of their silence. "I know you might doubt the power of my queen, but he is strong. Far stronger than I am. It's just that he hasn't fully awakened his full abilities."
"Full abilities. Your Majesty, you an our race is still capable of getting stronger? I also can?" Solan raised a hand and spoke when King Augustus looked at him, giving him permission to speak.
King Augustus said, "Didn't the humans check your potential? But that thing on their side can only predict the bloodline of humans. As Halflings, your Zerg bloodline is stronger compared to theirs. Humans can't evolve on their own. They needed to mix their blood with sothing else to be promoted, but our insect race can evolve.
Like how Conrad had promoted himself from a Wasp King to a galara Garuda."
Their king's comnts astonished everyone, and they turned their attention from him to Marquess Conrad. Acknowledging these individuals' interests, Conrad Silver fully assud the form of his Zerg. a huge wasp whose carapace is all black. He appears terrifying and dangerous. It is not at all like your typical yellow-striped black wasp.
"I've evolved into a Garuda. My size increased greatly together with my speed, poison, and stronger defense thanks to this black armor around my body. I've only reached this stage after burning all my blood and refining it until all the bad genes in had been replaced and enhanced. The process is extrely painful but worth it," Marquess Conrad said as he once again returned to his humanoid form.
Cid Warlock asked, "Is it possible for us to do it too as halflings?"
"Yes, it will be easier for you halflings as the human bloodline is more adaptable. But the pain will still be there. I suggest you guys don't do it as you are still so young," Marquess Conrad said.
Cid Warlock shook his head and said, "No, I want to do it!?"
"You might die," Marquess Conrad said without mincing his words.
Lucas stepped forward and said, "I would like to do it too! Please let try, teacher!"
" too!" Solan, Kian, and Roan said.
King Augustus said, "I will leave the rest to you, Conrad. I need to see my wife. Don't worry, I will have Cyril assist you with this."
"As you command, Your Majesty!" Marquess Conrad saluted.
