The city tournant ended in such an anticlimactic result. The results were the sa as usual. With Yun Hun and his new partner winning the duo division, and the singles division resulting in Yun Luan being champion and followed by An Zhe as first runner-up. They all gain the quota for the world tournant. Yun Hun failed to cling to An Zhe after the tournant, after hearing what his coach, Sirius Frost, the ice king, did and what happened to him. Though he had guessed, he could not bla those children for beating him up for what happened.
Nothing much important had happened except for the fact that Hunluan's soul had temporarily woken up before the end of the tournant, and that the situation had left An Zhe bewildered all day. Because of this, the God of Destruction, Hei Anjing, and the God of Void and Darkness, Ye Xiajie, were watching An Zhe quietly on their way ho. Even the current Yun Luan noticed the changes in An Zhe after waking up and asking all those questions before.
On their way ho, An Zhe had fallen into his deep thoughts, almost ignoring Yun Luan the whole way. Even after they had returned to the mansion.
Yun Luan grabbed An Zhe and asked, "Zhe, what is wrong with you? You've just been acting weird since we got back, and I woke up."
"I'm alright, just a bit tired," An Zhe responded as he walked past Yun Luan.
The mont he walked past Yun Luan, An Zhe didn't notice the shocked expression of Yun Luan.
This situation had actually left An Zhe a bit distant from Yun Luan. For the reason that it made him uncomfortable that the Yun Luan who had smiled at him in that room was just a fignt of his imagination. The sudden distance made Yun Luan feel empty. This is what he had always felt when Yun Hun started stealing anything from his side. So, Yun Luan started thinking that maybe even An Zhe, whom he thought would never leave his side, could change like this one day.
Yun Luan also started to change, especially on the day when the last conversation between him and An Zhe took place. He becos even quieter and no longer easily approaches everyone except his coach, Hei Anjing, who would check on him as he is worried. Even when training, Yun Luan asked if he could train alone in that forr ice rink, which he used to train in, and not in the private one where he would see An Zhe.
The God of Destruction, Hei Anjing, thought that the tension between An Zhe and Yun Luan might beco a catalyst to wake the real Hunluan. He agreed to Yun Luan's request. There is also the case of An Zhe; he also wanted to try forcing the world eater to wake up. For that, stimulation or a burst in feelings is needed.
Like today, An Zhe still hasn't noticed the changes in Yun Luan and even asked for a leave of absence.
An Zhe said, "I will be back for dinner." He didn't even notice that Yun Luan no longer looked at him or cared for him like before. He is now treated no differently than air.
He left without noticing the awkwardness of the area and how people in the dining area were sneaking a peek between him and Yun Luan.
Yun Luan also finished his breakfast and said, "Coach, I will go train for the whole day and return for dinner."
"Alright. Don't overdo it," said Hei Anjing.
After Yun Luan took his leave, those who felt awkward in the dining hall couldn't help but react.
Ye Jingxia whispered to his elder brother, "What the hell is wrong with the two of them?"
"Um… This is just a lover's spat. Don't get involved, Xiao Jing," said Ye Qinjing to his younger brother.
Ye Jingxia looked confused and tilted his head as if he couldn't understand why his elder brother thinks he will care about what is happening with the two lovers. He couldn't even understand the emotion between the two.

Hei Anjing said, "Alright. Just eat."
The White King, Hei Anjing, and the Black King, Ye Xiajie, noticed the awkwardness between An Zhe and Yun Luan. They knew that An Zhe started eting Yun Hun after the city tournant. This is not because he is attracted to Yun Hun, but because he wanted to investigate if sothing was wrong with Yun Luan. Whether he had a split personality or not.
Yun Hun knew that the world eater's vessel in this world wasn't truly attracted to him like he was. After all, he is only a soul fragnt, and if there is soone whom this person is going to recognize, it can only be the original Yun Luan. However, as a part of the original Hunluan, he couldn't ignore his attraction to An Zhe, the mortal vessel of the world-eater of this world.

Yun Hun and An Zhe t as An Zhe requested. He wanted to observe the Yun Luan he thought he dread of that day, the one in front of him. He noticed that the presence and personality of Yun Hun are closer to the one he t that day. However, eting Yun Hun right now, he felt that this man was rely a copy and not the sa as the one whom he had t. They were having a conversation at the cafe, and An Zhe imdiately got bored after a few exchanges of lines.
Yun Hun wasn't offended, as he knew the real personality of the world eater, An Shizhe. This is the man who only acknowledges the original and never its soul fragnt. For him, soul fragnts are disposable things. I can be used, ignored, or even destroyed at will. However, affected by the feeling of the original, Yun Hun can hardly hate the man. Thus, leading to the current situation.
"Alright, let's end the small talk. I know there is sothing you wanted to ask. Say it. What is it that you want to know?" Yun Hun asked with a smile.
When Yun Hun smiled, An Zhe was stunned but only for a split second before finally frowning. He said out of nowhere, "Can you please not smile? I feel uncomfortable."
"Is there sothing wrong with smiling?" Yun Hun asked.
An Zhe averted his eyes and said, "...Nothing. I just… don't like it."
"Alright! I will not smile," said Yun Hun.
An Zhe took his ti to think as he hesitated before finally asking what he wanted to ask.
He said, "Do you know a man called An Shizhe?"
The mont the na An Shizhe was ntioned, Yun Hun's face turned serious. He thought that the man was fooling him. However, after observing An Zhe, he looked so innocent and clear. He knew that this question wasn't to test him. But simply a question he wanted to ask.
Yun Hun asked, "Where have you heard this na? Did my brother call it out?"
"No, I just heard it sowhere," said An Zhe, trying to hide the fact that Yun Luan was involved in this situation.
Yun Hun knew that An Zhe was trying to lie. He pretended to fall for it and gave him an answer that was half-truth and half-lie. Hiding a smile behind his cup, he took a sip and enjoyed his espresso before speaking. As for An Zhe, he looked at him as if he were drinking mud instead of coffee.
He said, "An Shizhe, I know this man very well. Isn't that my elder brother's lover?"
When Yun Hun ntioned the word 'lover,' it made An Zhe's heart beat in excitent rather than anger. He couldn't understand why his heart was reacting like this and held the clothes above his chest with an expression of incredulity on his face. Yun Hun, who was observing him, thought that he was affected by jealousy, causing him to be happy. As long as he makes An Zhe distance himself from Yun Luan, it will be his win.
However, he thought wrong. The obsession An Shizhe had towards Yun Luan was too strong, especially as he prepared for it so he wouldn't mistake soone else as his beloved. Thus, when his real na was ntioned and words like lovers, husband, and beloved were ntioned, his heart would race, and the real reason for it was yearning. He was yearning for the person he fell for and chose with his whole life. This is the trump card or the key the World Eater had prepared so he could wake up in this world despite the restrictions on them.
Yun Hun tried to look worried and was about to reach out a hand to touch An Zhe. "Are you alright, A'Zhe?" he asked. Unfortunately, that is the wrong move at this mont.
An Zhe had slapped his hand away and said, "Don't worry. I'm fine. I want to use the bathroom first."
"Go ahead," said Yun Hun.
He didn't think much and felt that he had succeeded in creating a gap between his original self and this man. After all, as long as those who aren't supposed to get involved don't enter the fray, he should be able to win. Unfortunately, he had guessed wrong.
