Clearly, Pei Jin avoided the vitals to let Long Tian have a slow death and fall in front of Long Juedi’s eyes. The three from the Long Family couldn’t help but focus on catching the fallen figure of Long Tian. Seeing this, the elf king Vega had no other choice but to support them as they caught the marshal in their arms and carried him to safety. Pei Jin didn’t stop them from taking the wounded Long Tian nor did he ask the undead to stop attacking them. He just watched the scene with mirth in his eyes.
Long Juedi cradles his father with tears in his eyes. Long Tian, covered in multiple wounds, stopped himself from puking blood and slowly stretched his hand to wipe his son’s tears with a smile.
"Jue’er, you must... stay strong. My... death is not... your fault. Do not... bla yourself."
"Dad... Dad, I don’t like this! I don’t! Grandpa is gone. You can’t be gone too!" Long Juedi said as he held the big hand of his father which is now slowly turning cold.
Long Tian said, "Be...strong. Don’t... be defeated... by sothing... evil." Long Tian said to his son and finally looked at his elder brother.
"B-brother..."
"Hm?"
"My position... Do not... take it. Jue’er and... Teng’er... Only have you... now," said Long Tian.
Long Kian understood the aning of his younger brother’s words. In the first place, he doesn’t fit that kind of job in which he is willing to give up everything for the human race. He can only make sacrifices for his family alone. His tears lingered at the corner of his mouth as he tried his hardest to control it.
He said with a hoarse voice while holding the other hand of his brother, "I know. I will protect them. I will definitely protect them with my life! I promise you!"
"Thank you... Big brother," Long Tian finally took his last breath as the life in his eyes faded and the pain in the heart of his remaining family could not be held back.

He shouted in anger. The pain of losing not only his grandfather but also seeing his only uncle die in front of him is too much to bear and the culprit was soone so powerful that he couldn’t even take revenge for their deaths. Just how unfair the world is, to give power to such an evil man!
Pei Jin said, "Indeed, I have nothing to do with you? But... Who cares~ I targeted you because I feel like it. There is no other reasons~"
"You Lunatic!" Long Teng shouted as his father was stopping him from fighting Pei Jin.

Pei Jin distanced himself from this man who looked like in his late twenties. Arrogance and aggressiveness, this is what this man with an attractive face emits naturally.
The one who arrives is none other than Ancient God An Shizhe, the World Eater.
He said, "Brat, bring out that beast hiding in your body. There is sothing I wanted to check~."
"Who the hell are you old man?!" Pei Jin shouted.

Ancient Lord An Shizhe answered honestly, "He is gone. Not even a body was left for him to be buried."
