The Sovereign God of Void and Darkness uses blood manipulation to make the legs of Pei Jin explode into a blood mist and corrupted his blood preventing it from healing in any way possible. When Pei jin heard about such information his face turned pale white and even the Evil Beast God was dumbfounded. It tried to heal his little master’s legs but like the young man had said sothing was preventing his power to cure it.
Ye Xiajie spoke, "One wanted to harm our dad and the other crippled my master. That should be enough punishnt for you."
Pei Jin’s reaction to his words was insanity. He scread like a madman while glaring at the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness. Because of his uncontrollable emotions, he poured almost all of his qi to Ouroboros who was forced to enter a berserk state due to his master’s ntal state.
"Kill. I’m going to kill you! Ouroboros, kill him. Kill him!!" Pei Jin commanded.
Controlled by the contract and sudden surge in qi, the Evil Beast God had no other choice but to follow the orders of his little master. His current strength had drastically increased making even Ye Xiajie who was expressionless lightly raised his eyebrows. The World Eater who had just gotten himself healed leans his head on Ye Xiajie’s head. The height difference between an adult and a young man is just enough for this scene.
Ancient God An Shizhe said, "Get off! It’s heavy, old man!"
"What should we do now? That one doesn’t look like it would be easy to repel~" said the World Eater.
The two looked at the Evil Beast God’s berserk state but unlike the anxiety in the eyes of Huzi and Mo Minkong, the reaction of the two gods are too calm and composed. Obviously, these two would remain like this even if the world itself was destroyed before their eyes.
Ye Xiajie wanted to say that he can throw them forcefully using the darkness but that will force the night to descend and cause chaos in this world. However, before he could open his mouth, he felt soone’s presence coming over. The presence of soone who is supposed to be asleep at this ti.
The World Eater noticed the dazed look of his disciple and said, "Brat, are you listening?"
"Master, have you absorbed the stone yet?" The Sovereign God of Void and Darkness asked.
Ancient God An Shizhe responds, "No. Not yet. Why?"
"Master, you reap what you sow," Ye Xiajie said.
The World Eater was so confused that he couldn’t understand the word of this annoying disciple of his until he saw the figure of his son appearing in front of the Evil Beast God and Pei Jin, with a grumpy expression on his beautiful face.
"How many tis are you going to scream? I can’t even sleep even if I wanted to." Hei Anjing said as he appeared after being unable to bear the noise beyond the wooden walls.
He had also witnessed this Evil Beast God torturing the World Eater and almost harming his dad in this world. This made his already bad mood even worse.
At first the Evil Beast God thought that this beautiful young boy is just an aborigine which he can nonchalantly kill and was about to wave his hand to attack the God of Destruction. Only when his claws were caught by those small hands that he realized that sothing had gone wrong. This bad feeling becos reality when he ets those familiar looking silver irises which are looking down on him.
Ouroboros fell into a state of reminiscence. A scene he could never forget in his life, he didn’t even notice that his claw was currently in the small hand of the beautiful young man in front of him slowly getting covered in frost.
Those pair of silver eyes perfectly landed on his figure making him feel so small. He trembles slightly under this gaze. This is his instinctive fear which was engraved in his soul.
Hei Anjing mumbles, "Your soul slls different?"
These words made the Evil Beast God feel extre danger targeting him and finally noticed his claws covered in ice. He didn’t hesitate to cut it off and grabbed his little master to run away. His leaving figure was done with urgency as if escaping from death itself.
The God of Destruction, bored and uninterested in such beings, only glance its fleeing figure a glance and descends to where Ye Xiajie and the others are. He ran to hug Ye Xiajie with a sleepy look.
"Who is that just now? He slls weird~" said Hei Anjing.
Huzi sighs in relief. He was scared when he saw his youngest confronting the Evil Beast God which even his mate is unable to defeat. He is not surprised that his children had appeared as he knew that they were in the ancient forest and any chaos beyond the wooden walls will be felt by them. Ancient God An Shizhe’s presence confused him though. Moreover, he just saw him being tortured by the Evil Beast God which he didn’t expect.
The Ninetailed fox beastman asked, "Xiao Jing, are you alright? Did that beast hurt you?"
"No. I am fine!" Hei Anjing said as he was taken from his lover and was carried by his dad in this world.
His other father, Mo Minkong, the Beast God was also checking on him. Only when we saw that he had no injuries did he pat Hei Anjing’s head gently.
Mo Minkong said, "Next ti stay away from strange beasts like the one before. That one is dangerous."
The God of Destruction nodded his head like a good boy and finally looked at the Ancient God An Shizhe who wanted to sneak away.
"Old man, I will tell Senior Hunluan about what you did! You let yourself get torture! I will tell on you!!" Hei Anjing said.
The World Eater pleads, "Little one, don’t! If Hunluan heard this I won’t be able to sleep in the bedroom! Also, I was just testing the extent of his ability and..."
"Too late..." The God of Destruction said as he looked at sothing behind him.
When everyone turned around to look they saw the Ancient God of Chaos, Lord Hunluan with a smile on his usually expressionless face. Upon seeing this smile, the World Eater, An Shizhe, trembles and wants to escape.
"L-Luan’er? I can explain..." Ancient God An Shizhe said.
Before he could run, his ears were grabbed and look at the other couple greeting them. He also thanks the two youngsters who saved the ass of this reckless bull and was teleported back to the Barren Land by System Yue and System Yang who had escorted Hunluan to this place.
After the two seniors left, Huzi’s shoulders finally relaxed. He couldn’t completely calm down around those two seniors.
He said, "When we saw Lord An being tortured, I thought he was truly unable to fight against the Evil Beast God. Thinking of this, then your father will truly be helpless against that one. Who would have thought that Lord An would even play with his life. This is simply..."
"Master is just being stupid. He will get scolded because of what he did. He will not do it again in the future," said the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness.
The God of Destruction yawned and said, "Are you done with work? Can we go ho? I’m sleepy~"
"Alright. Let’s go ho," said Huzi.
The family of four returned to the Ancient Forest. They had also temporarily arranged a place for the children to stay with Long Kian. As for Long Tian’s corpse, it was properly handled and placed in an ice coffin to properly preserve the body until they can prepare for the funeral. Though with how the situation of the human race is, it would be hard to know when the city can be rebuilt.

anwhile, the sudden escape of the Evil Beast God had caught even Pei Jin who was supposed to be crying in pain dumbfounded. They flew towards the Barren Land but they had to cross the borders first.
Pei Jin noticed the paleness and hidden fear in Ouroboros’ eyes. He has also seen the appearance of the young beastman that suddenly appeared beside them and how those small hands easily caught the huge claws of his beast and handled him so easily. That frost which was still spreading, to save himself Ouroboros cut that hand which was frosted with ice. The bleeding was instantly stopped by him as well.
Ouroboros is thankful that this arm wasn’t destroyed like how Pei Jin’s legs are. His arm was still able to grow back unlike Pei Jin’s legs.
Pei Jin, whose pain and bleeding had eased thanks to his beast help, asked, "Is that him? The Guardian you are talking about? Isn’t he too young?"
"That isn’t his real body but sothing he borrowed to descend in this world. The one who took your legs is the sa as him. They are from what you call the Upper Realm World." Ouroboros said. "That is truly the guardian. If he wanted to interfere, whatever we wanted to do would be impossible to achieve."
Thinking that he might not be able to kill Long Juedi as he desires made him wear a hideous look on his face.
Pei Jin said, "He might not be interested in this world," He can still recall the bored and languid expression of the God of Destruction when he appeared.
