None from Class A and Class B expect that Ju Mong will lose too easily against Nan Jiang. At the sa ti, they had no words to speak upon witnessing what had unfolded before their eyes. Unable to deny the reality they had seen for themselves, the students on this side stare at the stage with a dumbfounded look.
Ju Mong can be said to possess the strongest body and highest strength among the six. Even the students from Class A couldn’t easily overwhelm this hulk like person. There is also a huge difference in size. If they hadn’t witnessed this fight itself they would have thought that Ju Mong is collaborating in a fake fight with Nan Jiang.
Ju Mong, covered in bruises and bumps with his head lowered, returned to his group.
"I’m sorry. I lost," said Ju Mong, looking completely remorseful
His apology was answered with silence. He thought that he had disappointed his friends and was about to cry silently but his two classmates pats him while avoiding his wounds.
"Don’t cry. You’ve done your best."
"That’s right. How are your wounds? Let’s get it checked!"
Ju Mong upon hearing his friend’s comforting words felt that the pressure on him slowly fades. The students of Class A also didn’t look down on him. Though there might be so silent resentnt, this no longer has anything to do with Ju Mong. He had done his best, his part and fought with everything he could. Though he lost, he felt even more relieved and acknowledged that Nan Jiang from F Class is indeed stronger than himself.
After all, when it cos to strength alone none of the other five students in this group can beat him. This simply shows that Nan Jiang possessed strength greater than his despite his smaller build.
What left them even bewildered is that the wounds of Nan Jiang didn’t look as serious as Ju Mong. Adding the fact that he has a fast healing tabolism, the bruises started to lighten after he stopped fighting.
Nan Jiang looked around and found Ju Mong, "Bro, you are good at fighting. I had to cover my fist with a bit of gold just so I could block your fist and kick. You are quite amazing. Feel free to find in my class. We can spar anyti I have so ti!"
He reached out his right fist waiting for a fist bump with Ju Mong.
"Haha~ okay! When I co to visit with friends, don’t send us away!" Ju Mong said as he bumped his fist with Nan Jiang.
Nan Jiang chuckles, "Welco any ti!"
The first battle between them, the two students end in such a good way. It can be said that Ju Mong had acknowledged Nan Jiang’s strength and abilities. He didn’t even notice that the person possessed a unique tal ability which is gold. No wonder, each fist he ate made his bones tremble. He is also an earth type warrior. The Principal, Bing Yilou, returned to the stage and announced the first battle’s result.
"First Match, Nan Jiang of F-Class wins!"
The cheering in the audience resonated with the announcent making the whole thing festive and all.
Principal Bing asked the students to once again go down and called on from the side of Class A and Class B. This ti the first one to pick among their group is this team. This ti the one who had climbed on the stage is a young lady who looked like an athletic one with her hair cut short wearing a boyish outfit.
"My na is Du Kirika of A-class. I am a Spirit Tar. I would like to challenge Xue Laira of F-Class!"
This sudden announcent of the challenge made the audience in awe. There is no one who doesn’t know who Du Kirika is. She is an elf from the Elven race and can be said to be a distant cousin of Princess Hevana and Prince Heva. It was well known that her talent is said to be second to the royal blood. What she didn’t know was that the scholar and orphan she looked down upon is soone with connection to the one and only Elental God.
Xue Laira quietly went on the stage while her classmates cheered on her from the side especially Haerin, who is her only girl friend.
Haerin cheered, "Lai-Shijie! Good luck!!"
Xue Laira turned around and smiled at Haerin and her classmates before once again turning back her head to look at her opponent.
She said, "Xue Laira of F-Class. Spirit Tar."
"Sister Xue, is it true that half of your blood is that of a spirit? One of your parents is an elental?" Du Kirika asked. She was smiling but this expression feels more like a sneer than a genuine smile.
Ever since joining Class F and eting her current friends, Xue Laira had gained more than enough confidence for herself. She had almost no traces of what an old her, who was once timid, remains. Even when she heard people mocking her bloodline as a spirit.
Du Kirika is from the noble faction and hates half breeds, especially the kind that rged bloodline with the unusual. That’s why even though she is smiling, in reality she is looking down on Xue Laira. She had everyone from F-Class investigate. Within that information, it was written that among the students of Class F, Xue Laira had lost self esteem and was the type that can be easily bullied.
Unknown to her, this type of Xue Laira was her before she t the God of Destruction. Within the past few months, Xue Laira had learned to love herself more and being asked about her unusual bloodline will no longer leave fear in her heart. That’s why at first she couldn’t understand what Du Kirika was trying to accomplish with her words.
It was until Xue Laira heard Du Kirika say these following words which greatly angered her for the first ti.
Du Kirika suddenly asked, "Since you are half elental, does that an~ Kirika can ta you as well~. Haha, ah... Maybe not... Or maybe it’s possible. After all, only half of you is human and the other half is that of a spirit!"
Those who looked down on halflings like Du Kirika laughed with her words and their eyes then wandered on Xue Laira as if they did not see her as an equal human. But a mixed, which is lower than them human and soone they can look down upon as they wish.
When Haerin and the others from F Class heard Du Kirika’s words, their faces collectively turned gloomy. Haerin is especially angry and shouted from below the stage.
"What the hell is this crazy bitch saying!? Senior Sister Lai! Ignore her bullshit! Don’t listen to her nonsense!" Haerin speaks up.
Du Kirika also looked down on Haerin, she in her eyes is nothing but a half breed. In the eyes of these noble children from a pro-noble faction, those who weren’t born with a purer bloodline will be forever lower than they are.
"Heh~ but this young lady didn’t say anything wrong? Aren’t spirits ant to be ordered around. Once you’ve signed a contract they will be yours for life." Du Kirika said while sneering.
On the other hand, Xue Laira is unexpectedly calm which made Du Kirika feel she punched the air. No reaction. Not even a peep. But when she raises her head to et the eyes of Xue Laira, at so point her dark brown eyes glow with a bit of erald shade. Colored irises are sothing the other races possess but humans in this world only have black and all shades of brown. If your eyes had color then you are not human.
At this mont, Xue Laira’s eyes had a beautiful shade of erald. Staring at Du Kirika’s light brown ones made her feel like she had fallen into so kind of illusion. Then she heard a playful voice near her eyes saying,
"Indeed. All being with souls can be contracted. Which ans humans can be contracted by others too. Do you want to beco my little doll, Miss Du~?"
No one noticed when she had summoned it. It is just that when Xue Laira had made a light gesture with her hand, a huge tree shot up from the spirit realm door she had hidden in her shadows. Its grandpa tree, the Elental Emperor who had signed a contract with Xue Laira when she was young. This elental emperor had always been her guardian, her family.
She had always treated the elentals who had signed with her no different than real family. So hearing Du Kirika treat the spirits especially elental as so kind of beings to be controlled her heart was full of anger.\
Xue Laira says, "If you lose, you shall beco my little toy, human girl!"
