Finally, the arrival of the reinforcent led by Beastn’s Leader, Huzi and his mate, the Beast God, Mo Minkong at the borders had prevented the fall of the border’s walls. They arrived in ti to save General Gu Ying as well. Sadly, most of the soldiers in the borders had died and the rest who are alive are all badly injured. The beast wave halted after that huge explosion took place after Lord Huzi parried the fireball released by the Black Lion Commander of the Beast race.
Lord Huzi had taken over the authority with General Gu Ying fainting after his battle at the walls. After fainting from over fatigue, the doctors and healers brought by Huzi and Mo Minkong look after the general. They were surprised to diagnose that his body and every of his internal organs had started to fail. He is in a critical state.
A doctor invited the two leaders and reported the current situation of General Gu Ying.
"What do you an you cannot heal him? Are you hearing what you say!?" Lord Huzi said.
The doctors and healers were frightened and cower for a mont as they didn’t dare to look up and et the eyes of Lord Huzi.
Mo Minkong said, "Wife, calm down. Let them explain properly."
He then looked at the doctors and healers, "Continue." He said.
Gulps~
"We have checked on the General."
"His injuries are simple wounds and burns. It can be treated."
"There is a problem from his inside."
"All of his organs are failing and his body is deteriorating fast for so unknown reason."
"We’ve tried everything and found nothing that may cause them."
"It might have sothing to do with his soul."
The more Huzi hears, the more confused he gets. Only Mo Minkong seems to have so guesses about what is happening on General Gu Ying’s body. Even though he is unsure, he had no other choice but to check.
Lord Huzi said, "Sothing about his soul. There are only a few things that may affect his soul. Do not tell his contracted beast caused it? That is absurd, beasts wouldn’t harm their master’s soul."
"If it’s not a beast or an elental," said Beast God Mo Minkong.
Lord Huzi frowned as if he couldn’t understand what his mate was talking about.
"If it’s not a beast or an elental, is it a divine beast? But those beings don’t seem to like humans much as they feel they are too greedy."
"Aside from the beast, elentals, divine beasts there is the last one that is not under this category. They are very rare and the extent of their abilities are not weaker than a divine beast. The only problem is that by contracting with them, a backlash that can affect your life will happen. Don’t you think Gu Ying’s state is similar?" Beast God Mo Minkong said.
Lord Huzi said, "So his state is a backlash and the one causing it is... his contracted one? How to save him? Take out his contracted one? But Jing’er is not around."
"No need. These kinds of beings are extrely arrogant. Just call out for them and they will show themselves. The problem was that I had no ans to fight against them much except for using my divine energy." Beast God Mo Mingkong said.
He looked at the doctors and healers, then said, "Hide behind us."
The doctors and healers all ran to the side of the two lords while Beast God Mo Minkong approached Gu Ying. He plans to heal the general with divine energy and call out his contracted entity. Who would have thought that the mont Mo Minkong reached out to touch Gu Ying wind blade in the form of a barrier appeared around the general. Mo Minkong’s hand was cut by it and his hands were bleeding.
Lord Huzi was shocked, "A’Min, your hand!"
"It’s alright. It will heal soon," Beast God Mo Minkong’s cut palm healed instantly under his divine energy.
Then they looked at the General who was now surrounded by wind. They imdiately realized that what the Beast God had said was right. It was the contracted entity of the General who was causing him all this.
Mo Minkong spoke to it as it knew it was listening, "Your master is dying. Do you not wish to save him?"
{These injuries will not kill him, but it won’t allow him to fight any longer. Humans used him too much. If he doesn’t rest well, he will die. Can’t he just let the others fight this ti. It is always him. Always him standing in front protecting those parasites behind him.}
{Even if they are useless, it should be enough for them to act as a at shield. Why does my master have to bear everything for the human race? Are all other humans useless?}
A childish voice cos from General Gu Ying but it wasn’t the general who was talking but his contracted Kamaitachi instead. Lord Huzi and Mo Minkong didn’t expect to hear such a child’s voice. It seems that the contracted entity of the General was still a cub.
Lord Mo Minkong said, "We know what your master had sacrificed for this fight. My mate and I plan to take over his position for now and he can rest properly this ti. But if you don’t allow us to treat him he will not wake up. Are you alright not to speak with your master?"
{You promise? You won’t send my master to fight for a while. Can he rest for a month or so?}
"A month? I will take over his duties for that long. Let him rest. This I promise you as a descendant of the Ninetailed Fox!" Lord Huzi said.
{A descendant of a divine beast? Alright. I believe you. You must stop the master if he wants to fight again. He must rest for a month!}
Lord Huzi or you can say that all beastn were kind to children despite their race. This is because they can only have two cubs in their whole life. They knew the importance and how precious children are.
"I will stop him, I promise. Can you show yourself to your uncle? Don’t worry we just want to see you. We will not be afraid. Don’t worry. We will not hurt you." Lord Huzi said.

Then a glow of green light ca out from the General’s body. This Kamaitachi looks like a rat with two scythe in his hand, but a cuter version that looks like a chubby Guinea pig. The mont everyone saw it, they were all amazed. They’ve never seen sothing this adorable.
"Wow~ what a cutie."
"So round and look so cute."
"He looks like a beast but has scythe as his hand."
"Even so he is a cutie~"
The doctors and healers whispered which the little one had heard, making him blush in embarrassnt and happiness. Lord Huzi kneels on one knee to lower his line of sight and et the little one’s eyes. He took out so spirit food his youngest son had made and let the little one sll it. There is a plate of at and sweets children love.
"Little one, can you eat these? Don’t worry there isn’t poison," said Huzi as he ate a small piece to show that there isn’t any poison.
When he saw the little one wanting to eat with his eyes lingering on the plate of food, Lord Huzi placed the place on the seat and let the little one eat it.
"Eat a lot while the doctors treat your master. You can watch as you eat." Lord Huzi said. As he gestured to the doctors and healers to treat the general.
The little kamaitachi enjoyed his food but his eyes were on his master. To prevent his fur from getting dirtied, Mo Minkong wrapped a cloth around his neck acting like a bib for him.

It took hours before the doctors and healers finally saved him. But he is still asleep and would take ti to wake up. His little kamaitachi sleeps beside his master. He leaned over his neck which didn’t have any injuries and curled beside him like a furball. Lord Huzi wanted to make a small bed for the little one but it didn’t want to disturb his current sleep and let him be.
After bidding a farewell to the little one, most of the adults had taken their leave. Outside the clinic, the two leaders had headed to the barracks to start the preparations for the battle at night and in the morning the next day. With Lord Huzi in the mix, he chooses the beastn who are the best at moving at night and so elves who can control dark elents. This is to allow them to blend better for the evening. They planned to assassinate the beast commander from the other side.
It’s just that the black lion commander had been replaced due to him failing his task to break down the walls. Now the new commander of the Beast Race is a python that looks like an anaconda in the movie.
