At the Barren Lands...
Pei Jin was enraged not only by the death of his experintal subjects but also the fact that he had lost once again against Long Juedi and his group. He couldn’t accept the fact that even though he had been reborn with his previous mories ahead this ti, he still failed to kill Long Juedi. In the first place, directly killing him is not possible. If it was, he would have killed Long Juedi when they were still children. The heavens prevents direct confrontation between the protagonist and villain at the initial stages of their lives but a bit of scheming is not impossible.
He was actually the one who sent the idea of using beastn cubs and beastn eggs as experintal subjects for contract summoning. He had also instigated that the best location for the hidden lab is to be located at the outskirts of the ancient forest. Before that incident that involves the beastn had happened, the borders and the ancient forest itself wasn’t forbidden for one not to enter. At that ti, there were still no walls around the forest and everyone could go in and hunt inside the forest. As long as they don’t destroy the forest the beastn will not care much.
Because Pei Jin wanted to accelerate the fall of the Long Clan, this hidden laboratory was made ahead of ti. As he expected, the relationship between the beastn race and the human race turned sour at so point. His next sche was to send the whole family of the heroine to death. That’s why at that ti, people whose family mbers died under the hand of the beastn were inford where the heroine, Haerin and her family were living while in the city. It was because of this that so humans had gathered in front of the cafe that day. If not for the Beast God Mo Minkong bringing his sons, the God of Destruction and the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness, to the human market, the heroine’s family would have died that day.
Unfortunately, this plan had failed as well. Not only had the family reunited, the whole family of the heroine had survived and then moved to the ancient forest where the brother of the prophet led the tribe. It was because of this that the relationship between Long Juedi and Haerin didn’t get worse from the start and gradually beca even more close as they got older. There is also the fact that the old marshal, Long Huang’s crippled legs were cured and his plan to get the main auxiliary beast egg of Long Juedi didn’t get smashed as he wanted made things worse. His other plans after this had all failed as well and in the end, he was exposed.
If not for the fact that the Evil Beast God had successfully been reborn, things would have gotten worse for Pei Jin. Moreover, there are a few good things. He had successfully killed Long Juedi’s father and grandfather. Their deaths were so grueso that there are barely any bodies to be buried, especially the body of Long Huang, the old marshal. His body was eaten by the beasts and not even anything was left behind.
Now Pei Jin is once again losing against Long Juedi and almost made him lose his mind. He thrashed the room and everything in it. At so corner, Evil Beast God Ouroboros had been watching. He was waiting for Pei Jin to calm down before speaking. The sound of panting can be heard after Pei Jin slowly calms down.
Evil Beast God Lord Ouroboros said, "Have you cald down?"
"A bit... I couldn’t understand. Aren’t they supposed to have a hard ti against those gigantic beasts?! How co they seem to be prepared?! Moreover, Long Juedi had truly arrived at the borders. Does this an it is impossible for us to return to the city?" Pei Jin said.
Lord Ouroboros said, "Isn’t that fine? After all, the city is now in ruins and it’s no different from being recognized as a ghost city. Do you really want to go back there?"
"Yes, there is sothing I have left behind in that place. It’s just that I failed to take it away before fleeing to the barren lands," said Pei Jin.
Seeing the rare serious expression on Pei Jin made the Evil Beast God Ouroboros feel the sa emotions Pei Jin had expressed to him.
The Evil Beast God said, "Alright! I promise you. I will bring you back to the village as you wish in the future."
"Alright! I will rember this promise," said Pei Jin. "I need to arrange the beasts for the next round of beast waves."
Pei Jin runs to his laboratory to do so things that involve his experints again. Lord Ouroboros didn’t stop him as if he was already used to the actions of Pei Jin. The Evil Beast God who was left behind suddenly felt sothing and walked towards the window staring at the gloomy sky within a hint of golden light at the gaps of these dark clouds. At first, it seems to be a light coming from the sun. But if one noticed the increase of divine energy, they would now realize that this golden light doesn’t seem to be simple.
As a god himself Lord Ouroboros the Evil Beast God mumbles, "Sigh~ even the Divine realm is getting involved in this war. I guess that the world plot of this world had been on the verge of breaking. I need to hurry and find a way to take away Pei Jin with him when I leave this world."

At the Core region of the Barren lands...
The God of Destruction and the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness were playing ancient chess while watching the events unfold. With the first class of the protagonist and the villain, the original plot had been completely destroyed. They were still so relaxed even after watching the danger the original people of this world were experiencing. Of course, they had also noticed that soone from the upper realm had gotten involved in this world. "We should be able to fight again soon~. I just wonder if you are capable of killing that person that happens to be a part of your original world than this one," said Hei Anjing.
Ye Xiajie looked at the smiling face of his beloved yet he could see the coldness in the eyes within these gorgeous silver eyes. He ignored the coldness of his beloved eyes and caressed his cheeks with a smile.
"Jing’er, even if I rember my original identity I will not leave you. If possible, let’s just find a way for the two cosmos to get along. When everything in this cosmos is over, I will go with you to the boundaries and defend the two cosmos together," said the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness.
The God of Destruction turned his gaze away and looked at the orb showing the events of this world. He doesn’t seem happy with the words his beloved had just said at this mont.
"It is still unsure whether your people will be willing to rge with my cosmos. Also, I do not think you are the only one who is capable of moving through the cosmos to find a new source of resources. After all, it was unknown how many cosmos ever existed," said Hei Anjing.
Ye Xiajie upon seeing the expression of his beloved turning emotionless at this mont, he also knew that his people might not accept the rging. All this ti they have been devouring weaker cosmos and yet they are unable to completely repair their world. Seeing the cosmos of his beloved full of chaos energy which their cosmos lacks the most, too many greedy beings from his side might think that since war between the two had begun, it can only end with one of them losing.
