Feng Houye asked in that darkness, "Who are you?"
A deep and magnetic voice answered him but the tone this man had used was nonchalant as if looking down on a godly being like himself.
"Heh~ You can be in the place I reside yet you speak as if you own this place," replied Ye Gui.
Feng Houye said, "You live in the Lou Clan? Impossible isn't the Lou's connection of power cos from Ghost King Xie Mo?"
"That is also true. Though I am not completely involved in this Clan of mortals, they are still connected to . Let's say that they treat as their Ancestor." said Ye Gui. "Let's get to the main topic. Why are here coming over to see the Lou Clan? Answer the question and maybe I can allow you to leave~ if not then you can only stay within this darkness I've made."
"Tsk! What the hell are you? You can even restrain my abilities as a Deity! How can you have such strength? This is impossible. Isn't the only divinity left in this mortal realm is Xie Mo, that Ghost King? Who the hell are you?"
"Haha~ If you like answering just shout for . By the way, don't compare with him. But you aren't totally wrong~ that Ghost King and I are the sa people yet at the sa ti not. So who do you think I am~" Once Ye Gui's voice faded all light sources in the area once again faded and no matter how many tis they would light up the area it would blow out as if sothing was preventing it from lighting.
Recalling the playful tone of Ye Gui's voice made them shiver, they were being threatened yet none of them could do a thing within this dark space as if they were within the abyss itself. There is only darkness in this place and nothing more. In the beginning, they still had the will to stay strong with Feng Houye as their backup but who would expect that the ancestor they revered to be powerless before this unknown being. They could even bring them out of this domain and their ntality started to break. It
"We can't get out of this place!?"
"It's so dark! This is so uncomfortable!"
"Let out! I had nothing to do with this!!!"
"Shut up! I paid you to protect but you couldn't prevent this from happening!? Useless!" yelled Feng Ku.
"That is a being that is close to a God. What can we mortals do against it!"
"That's right! Why don't you ask your so powerful Ancestor to break us out of here? Ah right~ he couldn't do it. His powers were sealed in this place hah~"
In the end, Feng Houye snapped and killed those who spoke as opposed to him. Unlike these mortals, he isn't completely blind in the darkness. He could still see their outline and their movents based on their breathing which is why he could pinpoint which of these humans had talked down on him.
What was sealed as his qi but his bloodline ability and his physical strength is still there. As a born mythical creature like him, this godly phoenix is not soone a weak entity could look down upon. He insta-killed those who had bad-mouthed him and the last thing they could hear was the painful screams they made before taking their last breath.

THen Feng Houye's cold voice echoes within that darkness, "Is this Deity sothing you useless mortal could talk to? Absurd! Hmph!" he threw away the last corpse he had killed with his hands.
Due to the darkness, no one else could see what was happening but there would be so wetness splashing on them as they were cuddling with each other. The warm liquid that fell on their faces and skin obviously this fresh blood from those people the ancestor had killed. Now, they were even more terrified with this darkness and most of them had shut their mouths in fear that they might anger the only being that could see in this darkness.
Once Feng Houye had snapped, Ye Gui who was watching the scene with an entertained gaze finally decided to take back his domain.
"Hahaha~ humans are indeed interesting beings and those bastards from the upper realms are still as short-tempered as before. Anyway, you can visit the Lous, they made kind preparations for your arrival," said Ye Gui as he removed the domain of darkness that had spread all over the place.
As soon as the darkness had disappeared the original scenery of luxury was now tainted with blood. Under the feet of Feng Houye were a few corpses and his robes and hands were bathed in scarlet blood. The stickiness left behind by the blood of the other made him disgusted and instantly cast a cleansing spell on himself which imdiately removed all stains on him including the blood. Feng Houye coldly glanced at the corpse under his feet and snapped his fingers. With a snap, red flas burn all those dead into ashes including the blood pooling under his feet.
In front of the gates, Lou Ming and so elders from the Lou Clan had co to welco them. They've also witnessed what that handso inhuman man had done. Seeing a fire ignited with just a snap of fingers made them a bit fearful towards this being. Moreover, the Ancestor said that this person is not a human being but instead a godly mythical creature who had ascended in the upper realm. What is the upper realm? Isn't it the land where only deities and Gods could leave, this man called Feng Houye seems to have co from such a place?
Feng Houye took the lead this ti and walked towards the mbers of the Lou Clan. He looked at Lou Ming who was smiling like a sly fox and clicked his tongue.

"Where is your ancestor? This deity wants to et him," said Feng Houye.
Lou Ming and the rest of the Lou Clan mbers were taken aback for a mont. Normally it was only their Clan Leader who could see the Ancestor. But this man in front of them is another God like the ancestor, they didn't know how they should be treating him.
Lou Ming, "T-This..." while thinking of the words he had to say to the Deity before him, Lou Ming suddenly heard his ancestor's voice in his head.
'Bring that stupid bird to . As for the rest, you can deal with them as you wish.' the voice of Ye Gui lingers near the ears of Lou Ming. The latter pretended not to hear it so the man before him would catch on. It seems that their ancestors took a liking to this inhuman being before them.
With a friendly smile on his face, Lou Ming treated Feng Houye with respect and said, "Then allow this little one to escort this lord to the Ancestor's side. The rest please co with the elders and they would entertain you for a bit while I am gone."
Feng Shi, Feng Ku, and Feng Hou followed the elders of the Lou Clan in another place. Feng Houye on the other hand was escorted to the underground basent where Ye Gui resides.
At the underground basent, Ye Gui was seen at the side table near the river having tea. He was watching soone's reflection show on the water. It was Xue Hua. Once Feng Houye saw the back figure of Ye Gui, especially his silky black long hair running along his back without care and his body which was covered in firm muscles made his heart beat fast. It only took a mont for this Phoenix God to be bewitched by the aura Ye Gui held. This is one of his characteristics as a Yaoguai. Even though he is a monster he used to be a God that was demoted from the upper realms.
Ye Gui isn't rely an ordinary God, like Feng Houye. He is a being that had a connection to Ye Xiajie and the Highest Realm which is Vearth. Like Hei Anjing his appearance is already beyond all races and they were top quality in all worlds. Adding up their own unique temperant to their attractiveness is abnormal.
Feng Houye's thoughts, 'Who is this man for him to possess such aura and deanor. The Majestic presence he possesses could even outclass the current ruler of the Upper Realm (Heaven) and most Gods and goddesses couldn't even hold a candle over him.'
Lou Ming lowered his stance and spoke to his ancestor without eting his gaze. Ever since this boss had started using his real appearance, even he wouldn't escape being bewitched once he t his gaze. This is why he would avoid eting those crimson eyes of this inhuman being.
"Oh~ you can go back and do what you are supposed to do," said Ye Gui as he shooed away Lou Ming as if he was in the way.
Lou Ming bowed for the last ti and walked back to the surface while Feng Houye approached Ye Gui with a dazed look. He didn't even realize that he had stretched his hands out to touch Ye Gui only when the smile on his handso face faded that Feng Houye realized what he just tried to do.
Ye Gui spoke, "For the God of all Phoenix in this world you have a weak will that can be influenced by soone. Ha!"
A crimson blush appeared on Feng Houye's cheeks as he was thoroughly embarrassed by the word Ye Gui had said about him. He murmured to himself, "I am not weak-willed. You are just too handso. Even more attractive than the Immortal King in the Upper Heavens."
Ye Gui who heard his murmuring just snorted and chose to ignore him.
"Now that you see , what do you wish to do?" asked Ye Gui.
Feng Houye thickened his face and said, "How about considering a partner. I am the youngest phoenix in our race and my bloodline is the purest. Though your main elent is darkness and was sohow in contrast with my elent which is fire, doesn't that makes us compatible with contradiction?"
Ye Gui stares at him from head to toe and his eyes linger on those crimson orbs then he averted his gaze showing his disinterest and said, "My ideal is soone who can be said to be the embodint of moon or snow. Argent irises that wouldn't allow to move away my gaze from and cold temperant that would make want to tease him. As for you... you would never fit . Go back to where you ca from..."
He then returned his eyes to the river showing the face of Xue Hua. When Feng Houye saw the figure of the young human on the surface of the water, he could see so gold aura radiating from this young man. The aura was so pure that even Feng Houye couldn't help but stare longer at Xue Hua's figure.
"T-This... This... isn't this the human who possesses the pure golden aura!? Are you interested in the Ghost King's Consort as well?" asked Feng Houye.
But what he received from Ye Gui is a cold and warning gaze, the possessiveness within those deep red orbs was so clear that made Feng Houye shut up imdiately. He suddenly reached out his right hand and grabbed Feng Houye's neck and clamped on it with force enough to suffocate the man and then his voice turned completely devoid of emotions and feelings. The sharp gaze that landed on him made Feng Houye trembles, he felt the looming aura of death hovering around him.
"Did you co over here because you covet him as well? If so then I... can only kill you~" said Ye Gui as his crimson eyes turned fierce as if he had gone mad.
Thoughts of Feng Houye, 'Impossible!? The human is already married to the Ghost King. Thought his possessiveness is beyond normal how co he isn't confronting Xie Mo instead of watching the human in secret.'
"Y-You... are you connected to the Ghost King, Xie Mo?" asked Feng Houye but the latter only gave him an evil smile and replied,
"Didn't I've already told you? He is and I am him. We are the sa yet at the sa ti different."
Feng Houye, this Phoenix God finally knew what fear of death is, under this man's hand his death would be permanent and he would never be able to be reborn at all.
