The secrets of the core in this hidden village are only known to those in Spirit Race. The humans coming over to complete their trials didn't know what was just happening under their feet. A dark reality is hidden in this village run by the so-called Spirit Race.
anwhile, upon the arrival of Ye Xiajie and the others in the Village, the scene of the festival was played before their eyes. The sun had long been replaced with a red moon. In the Village in front of them, flower-shaped lanterns are hanging on each stall and house. Varying colors are making it colorful and lively. Most fairies that saw the arrivals of the players were joyously welcoming them.
"Oh~ newcors! Welco to the Village. you've arrived at the right ti. We are having a harvest festival!"
Few fairy humanoids surround the players. There are so who tried to approach Ye Xiajie and tried to touch him or land on his shoulders.
"Hi, there! Handso~ care to join us for a dance~"
"What happened to this little beauty here?"
"Oh my~ both are amazingly handso~"
The fairies were getting along well with the other players but most of them wanted to approach Ye Xiajie and his group but for so reason whenever they've reached a certain close distance to any of them. The fairies were burned to ashes by so black flas. Especially true for the ones that tried to get closer to the sleeping Hei Anjing and Ye Xiajie.
"Kyaaa!!! Help! It burns !! No!!!"
"Save . Save , please!!"
At the sight of these fairies burning into ashes, Ye Xiajie's eyes remain unmoved and dull. As if the sudden collective deaths of the fairies had nothing to do with him. This scene made both players and people of the spirit race shudder in undeniable fear and terror. How could such an extrely handso man be soone so cruel and apathetic?
His next words made them shudder in the chill, "It's too noisy. There are so many bugs around. What would you do if my wife woke up?" said Ye Xiajie.
Lan She spoke, "Please calm down, Sir Abyss. If you killed them all there would be nothing more here to entertain Lord Hei? Won't he beco bored by then?"
The situation where his wife is all bored and has nothing to do would make his Jing'er sad and that can't happen. He held back his anger and the dangerous aura that surrounded him before had faded.
Ye Xiajie looked at his wife's peaceful sleeping face and gently caressed it. His eyes could no longer move away as long as he could watch his Jing'er for all eternity. Deep inside his heart, he knew how much he owed this little one, even if he couldn't rember anything of their full past, just a few ones of what happened in the past few worlds are enough to prove.

Ye Xiajie glanced at his warden and ordered, "Find a place to rest. We are going to continue once my wife wakes up."
Chu Mo wordlessly agreed with his lord and held his lover's hands as they looked for an inn to stay in.
"You can also do what you want to do. This village is the only safe zone until all the keys have been gathered. Except for other players, the NPC wouldn't be able to harm you." said Ye Xiajie as he found a bench under a tree full of lanterns. He pulled a blanket from his space storage and covered his wife with it.
"Why do you... Nevermind. We will look around for clues and co back with food." said Han Ya.
"Ahno~ please don't worry too much. I can see a bit of your and Sir Hei's status. It must be because of the difference in levels that the information I can see is too little whenever I check on your status. Though the contents are minimal. It says that he is really only asleep. He needs a few more hours before waking up." said An Yuan with a smile.
Ye Xiajie looked at the protagonist couple without any change in his deadpan face. His expression remains cold but there is no dangerous aura coming from him. Must be because they showed no hostility towards his wife.
Ye Xiajie said, "Thank you. If you could find a few sweets or desserts, do buy so more for my wife. I will repay you afterward."
"No. No. There is no need to pay back. We will be using the group fund for it." said An Yuan.
Ye Xiajie raised his right hand before Han Ya and suddenly a black crow, the sa as the one who killed the Wind Spirit King, Echo, appeared in his hands.
"Bring it with you. It would protect you both once," said Ye Xiajie.
The crow flew towards Han Ya's hand yet he let the crow perch on An Yuan's shoulder instead. Between him and An Yuan, the latter needs the protection of the crow more.
Han Ya held his beloved's hand and said to Ye Xiajie who had already returned his gaze to his wife.
"We will be back soon," said Han Ya.
He didn't wait for a reply as he knew that the man would just ignore him unless he was the one initiating speaking with them. Holding the hands of An Yuan, they entered the village but none of the fairies dares to approach them thanks to the crow Ye Xiajie left for them
It didn't take a while for Chu Mo and Lan She to find an inn. After hearing from System Yue that Han Ya and An Yuan left to gather information and food, Chu Mo and Lan She took the place of Ye Xiajie in waiting for the two. anwhile, Ye Xiajie went to the said inn and rented a suite with three-room, an attached bathroom for each bedroom, a kitchen, and dual dining and living room. It cost more than a million gold coins to rent but for a creator of this world, Ye Xiajie would never lack money.
Taking over the largest bedroom, he joined his wife and took a nap beside him. System Yue and System Yang were asked to support the rest and left the sides of their lords. They've given them the privacy they wanted. Zhi Yue and Zhi Yang took on their human form and enjoyed the festival in the village. They didn't forget to put the others in surveillance just in case they would need their help.
Seating at the bench near the entrance of the village. Lan She pulled out a book he borrowed in the inn. He was riding quietly under the tree waiting for Chu Mo who ran off to buy so snacks for the two of them.
The lights from the lanterns were bright enough to allow him to read without conflict. He even ignores the eyes of both humans and inhuman on him. He knew that their group caught too much attention when Lord God Ye almost lost his temper with the crowd trying to surround them.
Just the strength of instantly killing a group of spirit races without lifting a finger allowed their small group to have fa within the village. He would even sotis hear the others walking in front of him whispering a few words about them.
"That player... Isn't he with that Dragonoid from before?"
"Hih!!! Right, that mortal even treated our beings from the spirit race as bugs. Grr~ It's making angry just thinking about it."
"I heard lots of people reported to the Spirit Nobles. These arrogant humans would be getting punished soon~"
"Shss~ watch your mouth. What if he hears?"
"Hmp! What could he do to us even if we were heard by him!"
Lan She responded to that question. With a professional smile on his face, he said to the nearby pair of fairies not that far from him.
"Indeed. How about getting your wings cut as punishnt?" said Lan She.
"Hmp! Do it if you can!?" the fairy dared.
Activating his Valkyrie Bloodline once again, he created a small blade made of light. With a single movent of his wrist, the light blades flew instantly cutting off the pair of fairy wings behind that nosy spirit race.
Once the wings were cut the fairy with a loose mouth fell face-first on the ground. She even accidentally ate sothing dirty when she fell. Holding her cut wings in anger, the fairy yells and threatens Lan She.
"You mother fucking slave! How dare you cut this princess' wings! I'm gonna skin you alive. Bath you in rcury and make you feel deader than dead!!" scread the little fat fairy that called herself a princess.
Lan She was still smiling though it was fake, he looked at the said fairy princess without any ripples on his emotions.
"Then this wingless fairy princess. Why do you call us players as slaves?" asked Lan She.
"Your highness the princess!" called the other fairy whom the said princess is talking to just now. Just based on her reaction, she could wait to block the spoiled little princess's mouth.
Raged Fairy Princess pointed at Lan She. Since she lost her wings, she turned into her humanoid form and grew in size. From a palm-sized fairy to a little in a pink princess gown. Her ears were slightly pointed like elves but the trademark of fairies which are their wings are no longer on her back as Lan She rcilessly cut it off for her.
On the other hand, Lan She is in his Valkyrie Form. There's a huge pair of white feathered wings on his back and golden halo above his head. His overall self is covered with light elents and holiness making those spirit race who adores the light elents swoon in Lan She's presence.
"Stupid Slave! All mortals are nothing but toys for us Spirit Race. If you liked to get your keys, those who failed to leave our village would all end up as our trophies. You would either beco a slave or a sacrifice. Even if you try to hide afterward as long as you are caught you would be nothing but just those two options!" retorted the Fairy Princess.
The voice of this pampered spirit princess wasn't soft. Almost everyone in the hidden village whether it was the players and NPCs heard what the fairy princess had said. The Spirit Race acted like they heard sothing surprising and a confused look appeared on their face. They were acting like what the fairy princess had said was sothing they never heard before.
anwhile, all players look at the Spirit Race around them. Seeing their disbelief and confusion, so players believe that there is sothing wrong with that Fairy Princess while the smart ones felt that this hidden village of the fairy race was hiding sothing huge as a secret and looked vigilantly towards the spirit race.
The thoughts of the fairies at the current situation, 'That stupid fat princess of the Fie Spirit King!! Why is wrong with her making the prey learn about the secret of the village? How can we catch them off guard if you made them vigilant towards our race? Utterly brainless!!!'
Seeing so players believing that stupid loudmouth Fairy Princess and making the players on guard towards their race made them want to kill that idiot. The servants of the said princess tried to salvage the situation and made their princess faint. They need to go ho as soon as possible to report to the Fairy King about the absurd thing their princess had done.
"What are you...!!?" the Fairy Princess's words were cut halfway while the other fairy who was with her had caught her before he fell to the ground.
"Princess, what happened to you? Is your illness acting again!? This is not good. We need to go back to the palace soon." She tried to cover up that whatever the princess had said just now is due to her illness and it wasn't real.
Lan She who was silently observing the fairy in front of him remains calm as if he hadn't heard what the fairy princess had said. He did not react at all. The fairy that was together with the princess felt relief seeing this reaction. Unknown to her, a holographic screen that only players could have appeared in front of Lan She.
The screen appeared right after the Fairy Princess had spoken things about humans being slaves and such.

As for why nothing like this appeared when Hei Anjing found the clues in Hell in the last ga was because he didn't care about notifications and left all those for System Yang to handle.
