The mother and daughter were busy trying to absolve themselves of bla, completely unaware that Adrian Quincy knew nothing about their history with Logan Linden. But listening to their excuses, any normal person could tell their denials only made them look more guilty.

Adrian Quincy then spoke. "Take them back as well."

"Yes, sir! I’ll call a few more of the guys over!" Aiden Howkins said excitedly, quickly pulling out his phone to call for backup.

When Mrs. Lowell and lanie Sinclair heard they were also going to be arrested, they panicked. They crawled over on their knees to beg for rcy. "Young Master Quincy, this really has nothing to do with us! We don’t know anything, please don’t arrest us!"

"Young Master Quincy, please spare us! We don’t know anything..."

Just as the mother-daughter duo were about to grab his leg, Adrian Quincy took a step back, pulling Claire Sinclair along with him.

Claire Sinclair looked down at the groveling mother and daughter, a thrill of sweet revenge surging through her.

’When I was being assaulted, they, fellow won, chose to stand by and do nothing. Now they can have a taste of what it’s like to be helplessly ignored. It feels suffocating, doesn’t it?’

’Heh... Serves them right.’

Seeing Adrian Quincy remain silent, Mrs. Lowell imdiately turned to Claire. "Claire, hurry and tell Young Master Quincy that we really had nothing to do with this! It was your dad who hit you, and it was your dad who kidnapped you! We weren’t involved at all!"

lanie Sinclair, however, didn’t say a word. She just knelt there. ’Begging Claire Sinclair for rcy? She could never bring herself to do that.’

Claire Sinclair stood there, unmoved, her voice flat and devoid of emotion. "The one arresting you is Mr. Quincy, not . It’s useless talking to ."

Mrs. Lowell said urgently, "You’re so familiar with Young Master Quincy! If you’re just willing to put in a good word for us, he’ll definitely go easy on us!"

Claire Sinclair said, finding it funny, "Who told you I’m so familiar with Mr. Quincy?"

Mrs. Lowell subconsciously glanced at Aiden Howkins. "Didn’t he... didn’t he call you Young Madam..."

’Wait, Young Madam???’

It was only then that Mrs. Lowell registered the weight of those two words, and her face instantly went pale.

’That man called Claire "Young Madam"... Does that an Claire is married to Young Master Quincy?’

’Impossible...’

lanie Sinclair realized it too. Her face went deathly pale as she blurted out, "That’s impossible..."

Claire Sinclair felt no sense of superiority because of her new status. She said coldly, "It doesn’t matter what my relationship is with Mr. Quincy. Since you’ve broken the law, not even the President has the authority to pardon you, let alone Mr. Quincy. Stop wasting your breath. No one here is going to save you."

At her words, the mother and daughter had the exact sa reaction: the color drained from their faces in an instant.

Not wanting to say another word, Claire Sinclair turned and walked out.

Adrian Quincy rested a hand on her shoulder, the gesture elegant and possessive, like that of a husband.

When Mrs. Lowell and her daughter saw this, any lingering doubt in their hearts was completely erased.

’Claire Sinclair really managed to snag Young Master Quincy...’

’This legendary Young Master Quincy was devastatingly handso, with a height to match his looks and an air of charisma. His natural aristocratic aura was enough to make anyone bow in submission.’

After Claire Sinclair and Adrian Quincy left, the only ones remaining in the room were Aiden Howkins and Peter Sinclair’s family of three.

At so point, Peter Sinclair had fainted. Mrs. Lowell and her daughter were still kneeling on the floor.

"Mom, did Claire... did she really marry Young Master Quincy?"

"How would I know..."

As she spoke, the mother and daughter both turned to look at Aiden Howkins in unison.

Aiden Howkins’s lips curled into a smirk. "You’re reaping what you sowed."
