"Six-gods! This dication is tested and trusted," she declared. "Remind to never abstain from alcohol!"
I looked at her. Then at the gourd in her hand. For a brief mont, curiosity crept in — what it actually did, how the alcohol actually worked, what kind of concoction could shift soone’s state so completely.

With a scowl, she shifted the gourd away from . "The first ti was a mistake. I’m not sharing."
I frowned.
"What? No." I shook my head. "I don’t want your alcohol."

"Ah... right..." Nisha suddenly muttered.
She exhaled again, opening and closing her hand as if flexing her grip strength.
For a mont, I felt a spike of unease. I wondered what she intended to grip. Her history didn’t exactly inspire confidence.
"Wh... what?" I hesitated.
Her gaze stayed fixed on her hand, her expression oddly, almost cutely confused. "It’s strange to put into words... but I feel stronger. It’s quite little — very dismissible — but I’ve been a summoner for twenty years now. I’ve stayed D-rank that entire ti. I know my limits. I know them well."
She paused, brow furrowing.
"So this slight increase... it’s very strange—"

Right. I’d completely forgotten about that too.
I walked up to one of the crew mbers who’d just stepped out of the cabin and asked about Po’s whereabouts.
