Using the cover of the wind and snow, he silently sidestepped the Asura’s area, gliding ghost-like toward the Snow Beast’s aura.
Once he was utterly out of the Asura’s detection range, he sped up slightly, tracking the cold aura relentlessly.
Soon after Qin Tian left, the Asura abruptly halted, seemingly sensing sothing, and swiftly flew in a direction, but much slower than Qin Tian.
Qin Tian dashed forward, quickly reaching an area where the ice mountains sprawled.
The ice mountains here were taller than those seen along the way, the ice surfaces smooth as mirrors, reflecting Mingwang Planet’s pale sky light.
The Snow Beast’s aura here beca exceptionally weak, nearly wholly masked by the mountain’s chill. Yet, under Qin Tian’s keen perception, it remained traceable.
His gaze swept across the highest ice mountain, clearly sensing the Snow Beast’s aura disappearing around this vicinity.
Without hesitation, silver light enveloped Qin Tian, and his figure vanished instantly.
The next second, he used void flicker to enter the ice mountain, landing in a pitch-black underground ice cave, maximizing his concealnt technique.
Then, the Snow Beast’s aura suddenly turned intense, imbued with an indescribable nobility, like the sovereign of the icy realm.
With light steps, Qin Tian moved closer following the aura, sidestepping several massive ice columns. What appeared ahead made his eyes widen in surprise.
In the ice cave’s center, lay a phoenix entirely made of ice crystals—its feathers crystal-clear, each luminous with a faint blue glow, the tail feathers long and exquisite, like the purest ice crystal sculpture.
However, the Ice Crystal Phoenix was in a dire state: its wings were riddled with web-like cracks, its once radiant ice crystal feathers dulled, surrounded by a dark bloodthirsty aura—that aura, typical of the Asura’s power, corroding its body like maggots clinging to bones.
The Ice Crystal Phoenix had its eyes tightly shut, frantically absorbing surrounding ice power to heal its wounds.
Yet as the ice power entered its body, it was tainted by the bloodthirsty aura, failing to clear it and instead deepening the cracks on its wings, even causing its body to tremble slightly.
Qin Tian understood—the Asura Power, one of the Nine Great Holy Bloods, contained trendously corrosive and murderous will, impossible for ordinary ice power to purify.
