Qin Tian faced Kain’s resentful gaze, his expression calm, without the slightest ripple.
Now he was the butcher, and Kain was the at; the other’s hatred was re futile resistance to him.
Had Dongfang Haoyue not instructed to keep Kain, Kain’s Spiritual Energy would have been absorbed by Jie La by now, then his mories extracted through "Soul Devourer," finally transford into a Golden Level Talent Light Sphere, leaving not a trace behind.
"Qin Tian, then I leave him to you." Dongfang Haoyue spoke.
"Alright." Qin Tian nodded.
"A Yu." Dongfang Haoyue turned to Zhuge Yu, giving a signal with his eyes.
Zhuge Yu stepped forward, his fingertips emitting a faint Golden Light, Spiritual Energy quickly sketching complex patterns in the air. These patterns interwove, gradually forming a small mystical array, the runes on the array glowed with a faint light, exuding a mystical aura.
"Bind Zero Lock."
He said softly, forcefully pressing the array in the air downward, accurately landing it on Kain’s abdon.
The array, like a living thing, instantly penetrated Kain’s skin, transforming into Golden Energy and burrowing into his body.
Kain felt a sharp pain from his Dantian, and imdiately after, the remaining shred of Spiritual Energy within him was completely immobilized, unable to be summoned.
He wanted to raise his arm in resistance but found it heavy like lead, only able to watch helplessly as the array took effect inside him with no room for struggle.
After sealing the Dantian, Zhuge Yu didn’t stop his actions. He retrieved from his Space Ring the array plate previously used for dragon vein detection, pouring Spiritual Energy into it.
The runes on the array plate lit up, a chilling aura slowly emitting.
"Water Spirit Path—Ice Seal." Zhuge Yu softly chanted the spell, his fingertip pointing, and a faint blue light shot from the array plate, landing accurately on Kain.
"Crack, crack, crack—"
Clear freezing sounds echoed, thick layers of ice rapidily ford on Kain’s surface within visible monts. From feet to the top, in a second, he was entirely frozen into an ice sculpture.
The thick, crystal-clear ice layer completely enveloped Kain’s figure, making it impossible to see who was sealed inside from the outside.
Zhuge Yu put away the array plate and stepped back with a satisfied smile, saying, "Done."

Qin Tian couldn’t help but feel amazed. Besides himself as the exception, almost all Spiritualists could only master one or two Elental Abilities. Dongfang Haoyue looked at Qin Tian with sincerity, now that they captured the Tier Seven Nine Stars assassin, he could pry open this person’s mouth to find the mastermind while using him to bait further leads.

"I don’t understand how deeply you and Ming Yue are entangled in this whirlpool, nor why you must endure these assassination and conspiracies, but regardless..."
He paused briefly, and solemnly said, "Protect Ming Yue well."
Upon hearing this, Dongfang Haoyue nodded firmly.
"Rest assured, even if it ans my death, I won’t let Ming Yue suffer any harm."
Seeing the determination in Dongfang Haoyue’s eyes, Qin Tian also had mixed feelings.
The troubles Dongfang Haoyue and Ming Yue face are more challenging than he imagined, even sending a Tier Seven Nine Stars expert to assassinate them.
With his current ability, this is all he can manage.
