“Your idea is wrong. As the saying goes, you should make a na for yourself early. It’s urgent to build up the Coffee Shop’s reputation.”

“That’s why we need to open a branch of the Coffee Shop as soon as possible.”

“As for the location and other requirents for the branch, I’ve already written them down on this paper. You can take a look.”

Chen Mo said, taking a piece of paper from his pocket and handing it to Su Dan.

He had prepared this paper before coming.

Seeing President Chen’s firm attitude, Su Dan didn’t say much more and took the paper.

She opened it and looked over it.

After a while, she slowly placed the paper back on the desk.

“President Chen, choosing a location near Starbucks might not be a good idea.”

One of the main reasons the current Coffee Shop had so few custors was because Starbucks, located nearby, had taken away a lot of potential custors.

If we’re opening a branch, we should definitely avoid being near Starbucks!

“You’re not seeing it from the right perspective. You should know that Starbucks selects its locations after thorough research by professionals. Their locations, both in terms of foot traffic and the number of people who drink coffee, are the best.”

“So as long as we open near them, we don’t need to worry about the foot traffic problem. It saves us the ti of conducting our own research.”

Chen Mo spoke slowly, as he had already prepared these argunts for situations like this.

“But with this approach, it will be hard for our Coffee Shop to compete with those two coffee shops!”

Su Dan beca anxious. If we continue to open near Starbucks, the result might end up just like this Coffee Shop—empty and struggling.

“Teacher Su, that’s the wrong way of thinking. You’re subconsciously assuming that our Coffee Shop is inferior to Starbucks.”

“That’s a defeatist ntality, and it’s a major taboo in business. The market is a battlefield—if you show fear from the start, how can you compete?”

“Is South Harmony Coffee inferior to Starbucks? Not at all! We’re just as good, whether in taste or in the store environnt.”

“So what is there to worry about? It’s perfectly normal for a new store to have few custors at the start. Sooner or later, the custor base will grow bit by bit.”

“We must choose a location near Starbucks. That’s non-negotiable.”

Chen Mo lightly tapped the table, his tone firm.

This current Coffee Shop was a proven success story, and it was natural to follow the sa pattern.

“I understand, President Chen.”

Su Dan nodded helplessly. Since President Chen had said so, what else could she do?

Moreover, she had probably guessed President Chen’s intentions and ambition—he wanted to compete with Starbucks and create a coffee brand that could surpass it.

If they won, all of Starbucks’ custors would switch to South Harmony Coffee.

This was an incredibly risky gamble.

If they won, South Harmony Coffee would beco the largest dostic coffee brand.

If they lost, it would be like drawing water with a basket—everything would be lost.

She couldn’t help but admire President Chen’s boldness. If this was the case, she would do everything she could to attract more custors to the Coffee Shop.

Thinking about how South Harmony Coffee could potentially beco the top dostic brand and even open up foreign markets, Su Dan couldn’t help but feel a sense of longing.

She had to think of a way to bring in more custors for the Coffee Shop.

“President Chen, your coffee.”

At this mont, a staff mber walked over, holding a cup of coffee.

“Thanks.”

Chen Mo took the coffee, took a small sip, and looked up at Su Dan and Song Xia.

“Alright, that’s all for now. The rest of the matters, you two can handle. I may have to step out for a few days, and during this ti, my assistant Shen Rou will be in charge. If anything cos up, you can discuss it with her.”

In the past few days, he had already selected a location to investigate the elderly living alone, and once the Coffee Shop matters were settled, he would head out.

Su Dan and Song Xia exchanged a look and shook their heads.

Seeing that the two had no further questions, Chen Mo quietly continued enjoying his coffee.

He had ordered the most expensive coffee beans for this coffee. As the owner, he didn’t have to pay for it, so he might as well enjoy a cup and consu a bit more cost.

Truth be told, the taste of these high-quality coffee beans was truly exceptional.

After a while, he finished his coffee and got up to leave.

But as he reached the door, he suddenly rembered sothing and turned to look at Song Xia and Su Dan, who were following behind him.

“By the way, once the store location is chosen, you can ask Wang Yang for the contact details for the renovation, or have Assistant Shen help you get in touch with him.”

“Okay, President Chen.”

Song Xia nodded in response.

Pet Park, Pang Tao and Xu Zhengming were sitting on an open patch of land, having lunch from their thermos boxes.

For the past couple of days, they had been supervising the construction at Pet Park, so they had been preparing extra food in the morning, putting it in thermos containers, and bringing it here to save ti rather than going back for lunch.

“Xu Ge, we didn’t go to congratulate South Harmony Coffee Shop on its opening. Do you think President Chen will be upset?”

Pang Tao took a bite of food, his expression showing so concern.

He had only recently learned that President Chen’s Coffee Shop had opened, but by the ti he found out, it was already too late.

Xu Zhengming thought for a mont and then replied.

“President Chen is not unreasonable. Besides, no one inford us about the opening of the Coffee Shop, so he should understand.”

“Also, we can find so ti in the next couple of days to go and congratulate him.”

“Sounds good.”

Pang Tao nodded.

He had been to President Chen’s company and knew from Li Shen that President Chen was very kind to his employees.

It seed unlikely that President Chen would hold a grudge about not congratulating him.

Soon, the two finished their lunch and made their way to a patch of open land in Pet Park.

There, a team of workers was already waiting.

The foreman saw the two of them approaching and hurried over to greet them.

“Hello, may I ask, how do you plan to build on this piece of land?”

“I have the design blueprint here, you can take a look.”

Pang Tao handed over the pre-designed blueprint.

He then pointed toward the open space ahead, briefly gesturing.

“My design is for a runway stage, sothing like a model runway. The initial position should be larger, and overall it should resemble a T-shape. As for the dinsions I’ve designed, if there’s anything unreasonable, feel free to give your suggestions.”

Since it’s a pet fashion show, it’s best to have the pets walk and display themselves on the stage just like models.
