In the Clothing Factory conference room, Chen Mo sat at the head of the table, looking at mbers from various departnts of the Clothing Factory seated around him.

“I’ve called everyone here today to announce so important matters.”

“The first thing is that the company has established Mingyue Group, and from now on, Mingri Group will serve as the parent company for all my companies.”

Clap clap clap!

As soon as he finished speaking, enthusiastic applause erupted in the conference room.

Seeing this, Chen Mo raised his hand to signal for silence, and the room quieted down again.

“After Mingri Group is established, I will reassign so employees from the Clothing Factory to work at the headquarters of the company.”

“This involves personnel changes and changes in positions.”

“First, the finance departnt will all move to the group headquarters, so the HR departnt should issue recruitnt notices as soon as possible to fill these positions. The location of the group headquarters has not yet been determined, so it will take so ti to move there.”

“This period will just right for training and transitioning the newly recruited staff.”

“Next, for the Procurent Departnt, Li Shen has been transferred to the new company, and Cai Jing will take over as the head of the Procurent Departnt. However, as the Clothing Factory grows, the procurent needs may increase, so we will need to add two new procurent staff.”

“Then there’s the canteen issue. I will establish a company canteen at the group headquarters, so Wang Maonian, I will take you along to be the canteen’s general manager.”

“Wang Maonian, during this ti, you need to select soone to take over your current position. Once the canteen at the headquarters is established, you will need to handle the kitchen operations.”

At this point, Chen Mo turned to Wang Maonian, who was sitting at a distance.

“Okay, President Chen.”

Wang Maonian nodded quickly, feeling so joy in his heart. After being reassigned, he wouldn’t have to lead the runs every day anymore.

A few days ago, Li Shen and Wu Yu were transferred to the new company, and he was left as the only runner for the Clothing Factory.

With this new assignnt to the canteen, he should be able to cancel the running activities.

After arranging the recruitnt matters, Chen Mo continued to speak.

“Next are the position changes. Since I will be stationed at the group headquarters, we need to select a person in charge for the Clothing Factory.”

“I already have a candidate for this position, and that is Jiang Cheng, the head of the production departnt. After I leave, Jiang Cheng will be the general manager of the Clothing Factory.”

“Let’s give him a round of applause!”

Clap clap clap...

A round of applause broke out, and everyone turned to look at Jiang Cheng.

Hearing the enthusiastic applause, Jiang Cheng instinctively stood up nervously and turned to Chen Mo.

“President... I can’t do it.”

He truly did not expect President Chen to assign such an important position to him; it was a whole company!

He had already felt it was surreal to climb from an ordinary grassroots employee to a departnt head.

Now, being directly appointed as the manager of the Clothing Factory was sothing he wouldn’t have dared to even dream of.

“How can a man say he can’t do it? I have high hopes for you, so just go ahead and do it with confidence,” Chen Mo said, feeling increasingly assured by Jiang Cheng’s expression.

This kind of honest person surely wouldn’t create any trouble for him.

With Jiang Cheng at the helm, the Clothing Factory would be stable.

Jiang Cheng listened to President Chen’s words and showed a bitter smile.

“President Chen, I haven’t even been to school for a few years. I don’t know how to manage a company. I feel a bit overwheld. President Chen, is there any chance we can choose soone else?”

“Can’t you learn? You can grow while working. Look at Wei Yan, who didn’t know anything at first but is doing quite well at Cangxue now. Then there are Li Shen and Wu Yu, who also didn’t understand short videos, but look at them now; they’re busy with short video projects.”

“So, not knowing how to manage is not a problem; you can gradually gain experience on the job.”

“This is settled; you need to have confidence in yourself.”

Chen Mo concluded the matter decisively.

“But President Chen...”

Jiang Cheng tried to speak again but was cut off by President Chen.

“There are no ‘buts.’ You can do it, I believe in you.”

Chen Mo flashed Jiang Cheng an encouraging smile and then scanned the other people in the conference room.

“That concludes today’s eting. Please complete the tasks I’ve assigned as soon as possible.”

“Dismissed.”

With that, he walked out of the conference room.

Back in the office, Chen Mo leaned back in his chair and focused on the System Panel.

It was already early January.

In the past few days, Tianlong’s inco had skyrocketed once again, and thanks to the skin system, this inco was significantly higher than last month.

It’s only the beginning of the month, and the System Funds had already grown to 19 million.

This was primarily from the monthly and weekly cards.

There were still three weeks’ worth of weekly card revenues ahead, along with daily card revenues.

Based on the current inco curve of Tianlong, the expected total inco from the three weeks of weekly cards plus over twenty days of daily cards would be around 14 million.

So, he needed to spend 33 million this month.

This month included the Boring short videos and an increase in personnel.

According to Shen Rou’s estimates, the wages for employees, taxes, procurent, and living expenses would require a budget of 5.3 million.

This 5.3 million wasn’t a concern; he could simply distribute the salaries before the end-of-month settlent, and the procurent and other matters could also be addressed before settlent.

Subtracting this 5.3 million, he still needed to spend 25 million.

The five Coffee Shops, including renovations, coffee machine purchases, and rent, could consu about 10 million.

He had previously calculated that leasing the five-story office building would cost around 7 million for a two-year lease.

So, that left him with 8 million left to spend.

Once the office was rented, it would need so renovations, as the layout provided by the landlord might not et their requirents.

Therefore, a renovation company would need to modify the office layout.

Renovating the layout would certainly cost less than a full renovation, but even partitioning a 5,000 square ter office could incur significant expenses.

However, the exact amount would need Wang Yang to budget.

Moreover, each workstation in the five-story office, including desks, chairs, and computers, would require a substantial amount of money.

As for the canteen, once the office location was confird, they could also select a nearby canteen, with rent and renovations being considerable expenses.

Adding all these expenses together would easily consu the remaining 8 million, if not more.

Confirming that his made plans would sufficiently use up Tianlong’s earnings, Chen Mo felt a bit relieved.

What he needed to do next was to spend the money step by step according to plan.

Even if so unexpected situations arose, he had many alternative plans to expend the funds.

This ti, converting 15 million of the System Funds was practically a sure bet.

Chen Mo smiled confidently.
