Wang Yang glanced at his phone and saw an unfamiliar number.

He looked up at Qi Bu, then answered the call.

“Hello?”

“……..”

“Alright, tomorrow? Got it.”

Wang Yang hung up, then sat there in a daze.

“What is it? Did sothing happen?”

Qi Bu noticed Wang Yang’s expression and asked with concern.

Wang Yang snapped out of it and looked at Qi Bu.

“Brother Qi, we got an order.”

“An order? What do you an?”

Qi Bu didn’t quite catch on at first, but then it hit him. His face lit up with surprise as he looked at Wang Yang.

“Is it from President Chen?”

In his mind, the only one who would call Wang Yang directly to offer him an order was President Chen.

“Yes, President Chen just set up a gaming club. They have a seven-story office building that needs renovating.”

Wang Yang took a deep breath. Just monts ago, Supervisor Qi Bu had said that if they didn’t maintain their relationship with President Chen, future orders might go to soone else.

He had to admit, that made sense.

But he hadn’t expected that before he even had the chance to reach out, an order would already co in from President Chen.

A seven-story office building?

Qi Bu froze at the words. While office renovations didn’t bring in as much profit as residential projects, the sheer size of a seven-story building ant the total profit was still nothing to scoff at.

Thinking of that, he quickly turned to Wang Yang.

“When are you going to take asurents?”

“Tomorrow,” Wang Yang replied.

“Alright, I’ll drive you there tomorrow. I’ll also bring soone to help you.”

Qi Bu nodded. Since Chen Jun had already been sent to Beijing, it was up to him to take care of Wang Yang now.

He had no complaints about that.

He understood very well—if he served Wang Yang well, there would be no shortage of orders in the future.

“Brother Qi, no need to trouble yourself. I can just take a cab tomorrow.”

Wang Yang waved his hand.

“No way. I’ll drive you. And a seven-story building? asuring it all by yourself would take forever. I’ll bring two more people to help.”

Qi Bu patted Wang Yang on the shoulder and spoke earnestly.

Seeing this, Wang Yang didn’t insist further.

But in his heart, he was thinking about sothing. Qi Bu had made a good point.

President Chen had helped him so much. He really should show so appreciation.

He rembered last ti, when he gave President Chen a red envelope, the man had seed quite pleased.

So next ti he visited, he’d bring another red envelope.

Wang Yang made a ntal note. He had already received many orders from President Chen, and the commission alone had earned him a lot.

It was only right to give sothing back.

Linshui City.

Teacher-training university, girls’ dormitory.

Yang Yaoyao and Liu Weiwei were packing their luggage.

“Bring a little more. We’ll be out for a whole week,” Liu Weiwei said as she packed.

“Mhm. I checked the weather. It’s pretty warm in Nanjing City right now, so we don’t need to bring heavy clothes. As for the flyers, we can just print them at a shop in Nanjing. No need to bring them from here.”

Yang Yaoyao placed a thick stack of flyers on the desk. These were leftovers from their recent promotional runs at various schools in Linshui City.

“How’s it going? Almost done packing?”

Liu Weiwei zipped up her suitcase and looked at Yang Yaoyao, who was still organizing her things.

“Almost!”

Yang Yaoyao placed a phone stand into her suitcase and zipped it up as well.

The two of them lifted their suitcases at the sa ti.

“Let’s go. I did the math—if we want to raise our streaming pay to the third tier, we’ll need to hit five cities.”

“We’ve taken seven days off this ti. If all goes smoothly, we should be able to cover two cities.”

“If that works out, we’ll just need to take one more slightly longer break, and we can finish all five. Then our streaming pay will jump to 300 yuan per hour.”

Liu Weiwei pulled her suitcase along, her face glowing with excitent.

Three hundred yuan an hour. If she stread for just four hours a day, that was 1,200 yuan.

That ant her monthly streaming inco would be…

It was a number she hadn’t even dared to dream of before.

“Mhm. I already booked the hotel, and I’ve mapped out the schools in the city. Once we get there, we can get started right away.”

Yang Yaoyao nodded.

Ever since they started printing flyers and promoting outside school gates, their streaming pay had quickly risen to the second tier—200 yuan per hour.

But above that was still the third tier: 300 yuan per hour.

But in order to raise their Live Streaming inco to the third tier, the number of people they needed to recruit suddenly skyrocketed. They had already promoted it at every school in Linshui City, so if they wanted to keep using this thod to attract more users, they’d have to start promoting at schools in other cities.

So over the past few days, they’d been planning for this. Now everything was more or less ready, and they had already gotten permission for ti off from school.

Today was the day they were setting out.

“By the way, in a few months it’ll be ti for our internships. Do you think we should just go with this Live Streaming job? I already looked into it—Live Streaming Platform can provide us with internship certificates.”

“And if we choose Live Streaming for our internship, we’ll have more ti to promote it. Once we’ve covered enough cities, we might even be able to raise our Live Streaming pay to the fourth tier—400 yuan an hour.”

As Liu Weiwei pulled her suitcase along, she spoke to Yang Yaoyao beside her.

Four hundred yuan an hour.

If they stread four hours a day, that was 1,600 yuan a day. That added up to nearly 50,000 yuan a month!

Fifty thousand a month.

For an internship, there was no other job that could possibly pay that much.

Just as Yang Yaoyao was about to respond, her phone suddenly rang.

She pulled it out and saw that it was her mother calling.

She quickly answered.

“Mom, what’s up?”

“I rember you ntioned your school’s internship period is coming up. If you haven’t found a good placent, you can co back to Jiangcheng and work at the company your dad and I run. The benefits and pay are both quite good.”

Dong Hong’s voice ca through the phone.

Hearing that, Yang Yaoyao’s eyes flickered. She had visited her parents’ workplace before.

The pay and benefits were decent, but at the end of the day, it was just a small clothing factory. And she was attending a Teacher-training university—going to work at a clothing factory didn’t really match her field.

Besides, she had the Live Streaming thing going on now, so she wasn’t even considering it.

After thinking for a mont, she replied directly.

“Mom, I’ve already chosen my internship placent, so I won’t be going back to Jiangcheng.”

They were already seeing returns from their Boring Short Video Live Streaming, and as their promotions continued, the inco from Live Streaming would only keep growing.

With such a promising Live Streaming Platform in hand, why would she go back to work at the company her mother ntioned in Jiangcheng?
