Wang Maonian heard the inquiry from the newcors and looked at their chests, noticing they didn’t have company ID badges. He sighed.

“Sorry, this is not a restaurant. This is the employee cafeteria of Changfeng Clothing.”

He wasn’t sure how many tis today people had mistaken this place for a newly opened restaurant.

It seed he needed to report this situation to the boss and find a solution, or else he would be explaining it all day long.

“An employee cafeteria? Are you kidding? Which company’s cafeteria has such good food?”

“Oh! I get it now. This employee cafeteria must be charging for als, right?”

One of Lu Zhenguo’s colleagues said, realizing the situation.

Wang Maonian looked displeased when he heard this.

“Please, both of you, the al ti is about to begin, and I have work to do. Please leave the cafeteria.”

“Sorry, we made a mistake.”

Lu Zhenguo said with an apologetic expression, then pulled his colleague and left.

While walking, they glanced around the cafeteria’s layout, and he couldn’t help but admire it. The boss of this company was generous indeed—building such a lavish employee cafeteria must have cost quite a lot.

Just as they were halfway out, they saw soone walking into the cafeteria.

Looking at the uniforms and ID badges, it was clear these people were employees of Changfeng Clothing.

Soon, these people walked to the food counter, took several dishes, and sat down without any signs of paying.

Clearly, these als weren’t chargeable as his colleague had assud.

This was all free!

Lu Zhenguo sighed and continued walking towards the exit, impressed by the company’s generous treatnt.

But just a few steps later, he saw a familiar figure walking toward the cafeteria entrance.

Jiang Cheng?

Why was he here?

But after seeing Jiang Cheng’s work uniform, he understood.

Jiang Cheng was clearly an employee of this company.

“Old Lu, what are you doing here?” Jiang Cheng asked in surprise.

Lu Zhenguo, feeling a bit awkward, quickly explained, “Oh, I was just looking around.”

“I see,” Jiang Cheng said, then added, “This is the employee cafeteria. I can’t host you here, but if we have ti, I’ll treat you to a al.”

“Alright!” Lu Zhenguo nodded and left the cafeteria.

As he walked away, he thought back to the last ti he spoke with Jiang Cheng, when Jiang ntioned the benefits of weekends and insurance. He didn’t take them seriously back then. But now, seeing the luxurious cafeteria, he was starting to believe it.

He should really find out more about it. If there really was a factory offering such benefits, he needed to seize the opportunity.

......

“Yao Yao, keep the money for yourself. Your dad and I have t a good boss. We can now make almost twenty thousand a month, so buy whatever you want. Don’t worry about saving money. Get yourself a couple of new outfits. Don’t worry about us at ho; your dad and I are doing great.”

“By the way, I told you to co back last ti, but you didn’t.”

In the living room, Dong Hong was talking on the phone, her tone carrying a bit of reproach.

“Mom, I have a lot of coursework lately, and I need to review on the weekends. I don’t have ti to co back.”

“You and Dad are working hard, so don’t send money. I have enough from my scholarship. Little sister is at the age where she’s growing, so buy her so good food.”

“I have to go now, talk later!”

In Shui City, at the door of a house, Yang Yaoyao hung up the phone.

She knew exactly what was going on at ho. As for the boss paying her parents twenty thousand, she didn’t believe it at first. But after seeing the luxurious employee cafeteria, she started to believe it.

Maybe she should go and find out more. If such benefits existed, she had to grab the opportunity.

Looking at the bank transfer record on her phone, Yang Yaoyao sighed, put the phone away, and lightly knocked on the door in front of her.

Soon, the door opened, and a middle-aged woman ca out. Seeing Yang Yaoyao, she warmly welcod her inside.

“Yaoyao, co in quickly! Thank you so much. Lili’s simulation exam score went up by more than 40 points compared to before.”

......

The next day during lunch break, outside the garnt factory.

A group of factory workers gathered around a brand-new large bus, admiring it.

“Wow, where did this big bus co from?”

“I just saw manager Li get off the bus. Could it be that the boss bought it?”

“Let’s ask manager Li when he cos out.”

The workers whispered as they gathered around the bus.

Before long, Li Shen erged from the building, accompanied by a stranger.

“Looks like everyone’s here!”

Li Shen looked at the group of workers surrounding the bus.

“Perfect, I’ll announce it here.”

“This bus you’re all looking at, yes, it was bought by Boss Chen.”

“And its purpose is...”

Li Shen paused dramatically.

The workers, anxious, urged him to continue.

“What’s the purpose? Co on, tell us!”

“Yeah, we’ve been waiting here for half a day.”

Li Shen smiled and spoke.

“It’s to serve as your shuttle bus. Now you won’t have any complaints about transportation, right?”

“Boss Chen put a lot of money into it. This bus cost over a million.”

“So all of you need to work hard. Even though I’ve been transferred to another departnt, if I hear about anyone slacking off during working hours, none of you will get away with it.”

His tone turned serious.

“Don’t worry, manager Li. Boss Chen treats us so well. If I catch anyone slacking off during work, I won’t let them off.”

“Yeah, Boss Chen has adjusted the work hours for us, and if anyone slacks off now, they’re just being ungrateful.”

“From now on, we’ll all keep an eye on each other. No one is allowed to slack off during working hours.”

The employees all agreed with fiery passion.

Li Shen looked at the employees working together and nodded in satisfaction.

He thought to himself, Boss Chen must want to see this kind of unity.

With such a strong foundation, even if new employees are brought in, they will be influenced by this atmosphere and blend into the team.

Such a company surely has a bright future.

......

Inside the office, Chen Mo was eating the al that Shen Rou had brought back from the cafeteria. Suddenly, he heard loud cheers from outside, like a declaration of unity. His hand froze mid-air as he was about to pick up so food, and the taste of his al suddenly lost its appeal.

Li Shen, that sly one!
