Knowing that there are soldiers still alive after this massacre is a good thing.
However, for Erend, that's not entirely a good thing.
Erend glanced at the soldier next to him. He still looks quite young.

Erend breathed a secret sigh of relief.
It's a relief to hear that Liam didn't see everything in detail.
"Then?" Erend asked.
"I think I heard sothing too. Like an explosion from underwater."
Liam took a deep breath.
"To be honest, I don't see it too clearly because I had to survive with running low on ammo."
Erend looked at Liam. Once again he breathed a secret sigh of relief.

"Just think of the most plausible possibilities. What if this really was a terrorist attack or attack from another country?"
Liam paused as if considering Erend's words.
"You're right. I haven't heard from that fantasy world since the war with them ended," says Liam.
"Do you know which country might do that? Or what terrorist group might have that kind of technology?" Erend asked.

"Oh, is that so? I don't know much about those things," Erend said.
"Hmm, yeah. The possibility that Radria did that is quite high. However, we can't ignore the others."
Erend stared at Liam silently. This guy seems pretty smart.
If he continued to be near him, his powers might be discovered.
Seconds later Jas returned from calling for help. It turned out that the radio signal was working again after the dinsional leak was closed.
Jas said that he had asked for help from the military to pick them up.
Now, they just needed to wait.
Erend waited with a feeling of uneasiness.

Major Lennard shook her head as she glanced at the corpses.
"This one's still alive, Ma'am!" Said one of the dics who examined one of the soldiers who had been infected.
Major Lennard ca toward the officer.
"Are you sure?" Major Lennard asked.
"Yes!"
"Here is still alive, Ma'am!" Said another dic.
After that, several exclamations saying that the soldiers were still alive were heard.
Major Lennard imdiately contacted headquarters to request transport to take them.
After that, she walked over to Erend, Liam, and Jas who were being treated by dics.
"What is going on here?" asked the Major.
"We don't know," Erend replied. "When we got here, the ship was deserted. Suddenly they ca from so kind of... Tear in spaceti and they ambush us."
A deep frown ford on the Major's forehead. "What are you talking about?"
"Did Sgt. Brook and Cpt. Boartusk make it to base safely, ma'am?"
Erend didn't answer Major Lennard's question. Instead, he asked his own question.
"Yeah. They're safe. So is Major Geralt," Major Lennard replied.
rend breathed a sigh of relief.
"We'd better get back to base now. You can explain everything there."
After that Erend, Liam, and Jas as three only survivors of this terrible incident were guided up to the helicopter.
Their helicopter flew and leaves the ship where a horrific incident that will go down in the secret history of Ascaria took place.
