Zephyria was silent when Lucifer landed in the main courtyard.
He did not stop to address the cheering mortal soldiers who had gathered to watch the colossal Crystalline White Dragon descend from the ash storm.
He vaulted off Isolde’s massive neck and left Celeste to manage the returning Void-Breaker Dragoons.
Lucifer strode directly into the central keep. He bypassed the grand hall and headed deep underground. He took the spiraling stone stairs two at a ti to reach the Aether-Forge.
The subterranean cavern was sweltering. The hum of the Void-Core Reactor was dangerously erratic and pitched up and down like a dying heartbeat.
Vexia and Thrain stood near the master control console. They frantically monitored the rapidly depleting refined mana crystals feeding the city’s massive planetary shield.
"The shield is holding against the toxic ash, Warlord!" Thrain reported loudly and wiped a thick sar of soot from his braided beard.
"But we are burning through our physical reserves. The corrosive Abyssal magic outside is chewing through the do. The crystals will crack in less than an hour at this burn rate."
Lucifer walked up to the raised dais.
He did not speak. He opened his Dinsional Vault and pulled out the Prismatic Singularity Crystal.
The Mythic power source imdiately bathed the dark forge in a blinding pure silver and violet light! It did not radiate heat; it radiated absolute flawless magical density.
Vexia gasped. The Sanguine Princess’s red bat wings fluttered nervously as she felt the overwhelming purity of the magic.
"You condensed a Level 65 Abyssal core into a pure singularity. The energy density is completely inverted. It is flawless."
"Install it," Lucifer commanded and handed the heavy fist-sized crystal to Thrain.
The Dwarf King carefully took the crystal with a pair of heavy iron tongs.
He stepped up to the massive humming sphere of the Void-Core Reactor. He slotted the Prismatic Singularity directly into the primary intake valve.
The reaction was instantaneous.
The erratic struggling hum of the engine smoothed out into a deep powerful earth-shaking rumble. The blue and purple light of the reactor flared brilliantly.
It was completely stabilized by the infinite self-sustaining loop of the Prismatic Crystal.
The crimson veins of the Sanguine Grid in the walls pulsed with a renewed vibrant rhythm.

[Status: Infinite Yield Confird.]
[Planetary Shield Integrity: 100%. Locked.]
"The grid is perfect," Vexia announced and checked the Sanguine monitors. A relieved predatory smile touched her pale lips.
"The feedback loop is entirely closed. The shield is at maximum capacity. The city will not fall, Lucifer. We own the sky."
Lucifer nodded. He turned and walked back toward the tal stairs.
He erged monts later onto the high balcony of the central keep. Elara, Lyra, and Sarah were waiting for him.
The sky outside the iridescent pearl-like do was still a swirling toxic gray ss of Abyssal ash and smoke.
"The reactor is stabilized," Lucifer stated smoothly and rested his heavy iron gauntlets on the stone railing. "Zephyria is permanent. We can hold this altitude indefinitely."
Sarah gripped her Scepter of Cosmic Alignnt. The Star-Touched Oracle frowned with her starlight eyes narrowing as she looked up at the very top of the planetary shield.
"Lucifer," Sarah whispered with her voice tightening with sudden alarm. "The ash is moving."
Lucifer looked up.
The thick gray toxic clouds blanketing the stratosphere outside the do were not swirling naturally. They were parting.
A massive perfect circle was clearing directly above the floating city. It pushed the corrosive soot away with imnse physical pressure.
It was not the bruised-purple fire of another Abyssal Rift.
A blinding oppressive absolute golden light pierced through the gray ash!
[System Warning: High-Density Celestial Breach Detected!]
[Location: Upper Stratosphere.]
[Status: Divine Manifestation.]
The clouds were violently shoved aside.
A massive fleet descended from the golden light. They did not look like the beautiful peaceful winged humans depicted in the stained-glass windows of the Cathedral.
They were Biblically accurate angels.
Colossal spinning wheels of pure burning golden fire dominated the sky. Thousands of unblinking glowing white eyes studded the flaming rims of the concentric rings.
Massive shifting geotric shapes of solid gold and hard-light hovered alongside them.
Floating chariots forged of solid sunlight drifted between the flaming wheels and were pulled by multi-headed beasts of pure blinding radiance.
Millions of six-winged Seraphim hovered in perfect rigid military formations around the larger constructs. They did not carry harps or shields.
They held longswords made of highly concentrated white-hot plasma!
It was a terrifying utterly alien armada! The sheer crushing weight of their collective holy magic pushed against Zephyria’s planetary shield and caused the iridescent do to hiss softly.
"The Heavens," Elara breathed and took a step backward.
The Twilight Sovereign’s iridescent armor shifted uneasily. She recognized the formations. She recognized the rciless chanical precision of the Celestial Hegemony. Her dark matter core pushed back against the oppressive divine order radiating from the fleet.
Lyra stood completely frozen.
The Dawn Saintess stared up at the entities she had worshipped for her entire life. She had prayed to these beings.
She had begged them to save the human capital when the Abyss tore the sky open.
They had ignored her. They had let the world burn to ash.
Now, they had finally arrived. But they did not look rciful. They looked like an execution squad!
From the center of the golden fleet, a single towering figure descended slowly toward the top of Zephyria’s shield.
He was fifty feet tall. He was composed entirely of blinding burning white plasma and solid gold armor. He did not have a human face.
Where a head should be, there was only a massive blazing sunburst that radiated the heat of a localized star.
[System Warning: Avatar Manifestation!]
[Entity: Avatar of Solaris Pri (God of Light)]
[Level: 85 - Divine Sovereign]
The Avatar hovered just outside the iridescent do of the floating city. The sheer heat radiating from his massive body caused the outer edge of the planetary shield to warp slightly as the magic aggressively fought the thermal intrusion!
"Mortal," Solaris Pri’s voice echoed.
It did not vibrate through the air. It struck Lucifer’s mind directly and carried the absolute unquestionable authority of a creator speaking to a flawed tool. It was a voice designed to force humans to their knees.
Lucifer stood perfectly straight on the balcony. He did not kneel. The Warlord aura radiating from his Level 50 Archmage core effortlessly absorbed the psychological pressure.
"You have survived the purge," Solaris Pri declared. His faceless sunburst head tracked Lucifer’s dark armor.
"The terrestrial plane is consud. The Abyssal contract is fulfilled. The earth is forfeit."
The God of Light raised a massive burning hand. He pointed a colossal finger down at the floating black-stone mountain.
"You hoard divine property," Solaris Pri stated coldly. "You harbor a corrupted fallen tool. You occupy a Precursor engine. And you hold the Crown of the First King within your vaults."
The Avatar did not ask. He dictated the law of the universe!
"Lower the shield," Solaris Pri commanded. "Surrender the city to the Celestial Hegemony. We require this fortress as a staging ground for the coming war against the deep Abyss.
You and your mortal cattle will be permitted a painless deletion. Your existence is no longer required."
Down in the massive courtyards of Zephyria, the thirteen million mortal soldiers trembled.
They had survived the demon lords. They had survived the toxic ash. Now, they were staring up at an endless army of burning eyes and plasma swords, being told they were going to be exterminated by the angels of heaven.
The fear was entirely different from the Shadow Madness; it was a profound crushing despair.
Lucifer stood on the balcony. He did not blink.
He looked at the blinding God of Light.
"You watched the world burn, Solaris," Lucifer said softly. His voice did not tremble. He channeled his Void Arcanist mana and amplified his words perfectly so they carried through the iridescent do and echoed across the entire golden fleet.
The spinning wheels of fire paused. The Seraphim tightened their grips on their plasma swords.
"You sat behind your golden gates while the Abyss ate your followers," Lucifer continued smoothly and his tone dripped with absolute freezing contempt. "You let the capital lt. You let your own Cathedral turn to slag. You didn’t co to save humanity."
Lucifer rested his iron gauntlet on the hilt of his ruby-red longsword. The Heart of Ruin pulsed violently on his hip and was completely unfazed by the divine light.
"You don’t want a staging ground," Lucifer accused and his void-swirling eyes locked onto the sunburst face of the Avatar. "You want a lifeboat. Because you are cowards."
The burning plasma of Solaris Pri’s face flared violently! The heat spiked and turned the air outside the shield white-hot.
"You speak blasphemy to a God, insect," the Avatar rumbled. The sheer fury in the voice shook the black stone of the balcony.
"I speak to a trespasser," Lucifer corrected smoothly.
He unhooked the Blade of Ruin. The ruby-red light of the True Damage enchantnt flooded the dark stone around him. He did not draw the sword yet, but he held the scabbard ready.
"Zephyria belongs to Obsidian," Lucifer declared coldly. "Get off my sky."
