It is quite naive to think that the god of lies would simply squander such a large advantage as having an army at his disposal and launching it into New York without a trick up his sleeve.
As demonstrated the first ti Loki invaded Earth, he is more skilled than many think. Obviously, he is a god with a thousand years and many centuries of studying magic.

With one, a mortal can beco a god; with all six, you can reshape the universe at your will.
Loki possesses the Mind Stone in his scepter and the Space Stone in the Tesseract. However, although many have been able to use one Infinity Stone, no one has been able to wield more than one.
Loki knew that the man who gave him the Mind Stone was gathering them all. Loki had no intention of playing along with the man, but for now, Loki's priority was Midgard and Asgard.
"Let's... proceed with the plan." declared Loki in a deep voice.
"Are you sure?, they'll be prepared" Despite being under control, Clint Barton retains his cautious personality.
Loki didn't respond and went to where Dr. Selvig was... There's a reason Loki chose New York to begin the invasion, and it's the portal-generating machine that Shield created. Selvig, who is also under Loki's control, was completing it.
Loki entered the laboratory escorted by Hawkeye. Inside, many scientists were working on the Tesseract. It looked like a normal Shield facility except that everyone had a different gleam in their eyes, a sign of Loki's control.
Loki walked around the machine with interest and without saying a word. His eyes glowed with a green hue as if he were in a trance. After a few minutes, Loki smiled.
"Yeah, we have a new plan..."

Allen started arguing with the viewers, but so beca persistent, so he ended up banning all of them: so for a few minutes, others for several days, and only a few permanently for being excessively rude.
The system's ban is no joke; they can change their ID, country, world, or even reincarnate, but it's useless if the system permanently bans them: they won't be able to comnt again in the Chat no matter what they do.
Allen sat on his couch while Nokotan stared at him intently.

Allen saw McDragon's pathetic attempt to preserve his dignity, but after thinking for a mont, Allen didn't dismiss that possibility. I an, every world is unique, and McDragon's world might have had its own origin in Adam and Eve.
'Perhaps I should visit his world...' thought Allen, while a shiver ran down Issei's spine; he had a feeling sothing bad was going to happen, but he didn't know what.

Allen had monts of tranquility with Nokotan and a Bocchi who watched enviously as the reindeer girl was treated, then embarrassed herself because that treatnt was like that of a pet.
The day ended normally, but the next day, in many parts of New York, a security drill was taking place to facilitate the evacuation of the city faster. However, it was disguised as an ergency drill.
Unfortunately, there were several setbacks and the most important one was the absurd amount of people in New York.
New York was one of the world's economic centers, with a population of over eight million in the city and nineteen million in the entire state combined, making it one of the most populous cities.
This led to a serious conclusion: an ergency evacuation would be impossible in a short ti.

"You'll have twenty million dead if we don't prepare!" Fury shouted, annoyed because his superiors didn't seem to take the situation seriously.
"Fury, do you realize the economic impact of sothing like this on the economy?!"
The amount of trouble Fury had dealing with these people can't be asured. However, that's the world: Shield may be independent, but there are still interests at play. Freezing New York wouldn't just affect the United States; the economic impact would be global.
Fury's bosses were looking at economic losses. Fury was frustrated because they didn't understand the seriousness of the situation, it was a large-scale invasion, not just one or two aliens coming to Earth.
In the end, there was no way to reach a consensus, so Fury contacted Allen.

Allen - I have a problem too. I thought about buying Shika Senbei (deer cookies) for my reindeer, but she started going crazy like a cat with catnip and is trying to eat them all at once.

Allen gave Beast Boy a strange look; he really didn't recognize him.
What he didn't know was that Beast Boy's trauma was even greater, to the point of erasing Allen's face from his mory and being unable to recognize him.
He didn't lose his mory, he hated Mr. Walker but he just couldn't rember Allen's face, so, he couldn't relate Allen to that monster.
