Now reading: Chapter 731 High School of The Dead: Biological Weapons, The from I Stream DC on Marvel, a Fantasy novel by MrAizen.

Rogue – Why?! Why is Nesis here?! It makes no sense, it’s not a natural mutation!

MJ – No, from the beginning we suspected Lucifer not only introduced different zombie viruses, but also so villain...

Nikky – If Nesis is here, does that an Umbrella exists in this world?

Rias – You an that zombie is artificial?

Eve – Sorry to interrupt, but could you explain?

MJ – Sorry, Nesis it’s a biological weapon created by Umbrella. These are so of the most iconic villains in Resident Evil—or Biohazard, however you want to call it.

Erza – Wait, didn’t you say this world was the one from High... sothing?

Gwen – Well, apparently... that guy didn’t just use zombies from other worlds, but villains too...

Rogue – It’s absurd. Every biological weapon those bastards create has apocalypse-level power. Every virus, every single one... they don’t realize they could wipe out the world. That’s why personally, I dislike them.

Mayuri – Oh ho, that sounds interesting. Could you tell more about these biological weapons... specifically this creature?

PersyJ – Leave it to , I played all the gas too. Alright.

Umbrella...

When people ntion an evil organization in a zombie apocalypse, that na can never be missing. They are responsible for the world’s destruction.

This massive organization has global reach, with multiple governnts and countries that—consciously or unconsciously—fall under its will.

Within the organization, there’s no shortage of ill-intentioned people who diligently try to corrupt the natural order with their aberrations, mutations, and of course, viruses.

Their motives vary: from seeking immortality, to creating biological weapons, to those who pursue "evolution" by defiling creation itself. And the result stands right before Allen.

Nesis...

A human mutated through the T-Virus into this thing—a giant monstrosity with overwhelming strength and defense, but at the cost of its humanity. Even a zombie is more human than this creature.

A weapon created to follow orders. Sothing that was once human but now walks as a monster.

....

Because his access to the Chat was restricted, Allen had no access to that knowledge. So he could only learn about Nesis while facing it.

"W.A.L.K.E.R..."

Nesis’s fist tried to smash Allen, but Allen tilted his head aside, dodging, and counter-attacked with a punch of his own. With two types of chiras absorbed, Allen’s strength should have been triple—yet Nesis didn’t even feel that hit.

"A resistance similar to the Tank..."

Nesis roared and kicked at Allen, but Allen withdrew.

"Basic combat capability... then—"

The tallic gleam of Ivory & Ebony appeared.

"Can you handle this, sir?"

The first trigger unleashed a burst of bullets. Nesis received the first shots across its body; they drew only a few drops of blood.

"Low damage... but it exists..."

As long as there was damage, shooting wasn’t useless—so Allen continued. Even if a bee sting isn’t deadly, hundreds or thousands of them are.

Nesis covered its face while resisting the bullets, then grabbed a car and threw it at Allen. Allen dodged it and began to run while firing.

Nesis charged after him. Its steps seed slow and heavy, but due to its size, it was actually fast. Allen crossed the parking lot at high speed, but Nesis was right behind him, brushing aside every vehicle as if they were trash.

"W.A.L.K.E.R."

Nesis didn’t scream, yet its deep voice was clearly audible. This monster was a machine of flesh—one programd for a single purpose: to seek, capture, or destroy Allen Walker.

It wouldn’t stop. It wouldn’t rest. It wouldn’t give up. Even if it had to chase him to the ends of the earth.

"Tsk" Allen aid at Ivory and Ebony again and fired over and over.

Another rain of bullets struck Nesis, forcing it to cover its face. Allen took the opportunity to gain distance, grabbed the grenades he had left, and hurled them at the creature, which couldn’t dodge them.

The explosion shook the windows of the vehicles and triggered several alarms.

....

Wade – Wait, since when do pistols have infinite ammo?

Amanda – I thought I was the only one who noticed.

Lucy – Hm? Is that weird?

Raven – They’re non-magical weapons. They need to reload...

Barbara – It’s really strange...

Rick – Co on, you can’t be that dumb. It’s obvious he’s pulling bullets straight from his inventory into the gun chamber. *Burp*

Nanao – I see. If he does that, he eliminates the need to reload, and as long as he has bullets, he can fire constantly.

Hestia – I don’t get it. Why didn’t he do that earlier?

The Emperor – He couldn’t...

The inventory allows Allen to summon items wherever he wants, but they appear in specific spots. So if Allen wants bullets to appear inside Ivory and Ebony, he has to calculate the exact location where the bullets should materialize. That’s not easy when you’re moving—and even less when being chased by Nesis.

Only in his enhanced Beast Mode can Allen do sothing like that.

....

anwhile

Inside the shop area, the dolls were spending ti together. They were forbidden from eting Allen or even leaving their "shops" while he was there—unless he had unlocked theirs. But once he left, they were free to move anywhere as long as they didn’t leave the building.

"Hey, what does that an?!" Rebecca slamd the coffee table. "Does that an the infinite ammo upgrade is useless now?!"

"Why are you so worked up?" Esdeath asked while playing chess with Wednesday.

"It’s nothing..." Rebecca looked away suspiciously.

"I know why," Jalter said while eating chips on the sofa. "To use the infinite ammunition from Rebecca’s store, Allen would have to equip himself with cute nekomimi (cat ears), Puff hahaha, you’re crazy!"

"Kihihi, Rebecca, you’re begging for punishnt," Kurumi mocked while floating and reading a book.

"I hate your laugh. But whatever—none of that matters anymore..." Rebecca sighed.

"I wouldn’t say that," Bocchi said, putting down her guitar and removing her headphones. "Isn’t Allen only supposed to be able to do that in beast mode?"

Realizing that, Rebecca smirked triumphantly. The other girls exchanged looks, knowing Rebecca was digging her own grave, but none of them warned her. She was free to do as she pleased.

Of course, it wasn’t just a joke—it was also her way of expressing frustration at being confined.

"By the way, I suppose our shops won’t be necessary anymore, right?" Makima said, stroking her chin as she observed the current state of Allen’s fight against Nesis. Even if it looked like Allen was only running away, the fact that he could face a Tier 4 zombie alone made many of the shop items feel unnecessary.

And the world seed close to ending, so none of them understood why the existence of—

"No... it can’t be..."

Albedo fell to her knees, turning pale. She was in charge of the Special Clothing Shop, offering different outfits with bonus effects. "I had imagined taking Allen-sama’s asurents to tailor his clothes with devotion. I could have studied every centiter of his body..."

"Liar!" Harley panicked too. "What about my workshop?! I haven’t even strapped weapons onto any of daddy’s vehicles yet!"

Many girls sighed. In the end, Allen wasn’t a video ga character—he could perfectly fight zombies without all the equipnt they could offer. So it seed the world would end without them ever learning what this place could truly provide.

"You girls don’t know...?"

Artoria’s voice made them settle down. When they turned to look at the goddess, she was calmly drinking tea with 2B.

"What is it?" Jalter growled.

Artoria didn’t answer with words. Instead, the wall beside her changed—transforming into a massive progress map.

The mont they saw it, the girls’ eyes widened...

"Wait, what does that an?!"

On the map, there were locations marked all over the world, but they didn’t have place nas — instead, they showed sothing else.

– High School of The Dead: 90%

– The Walking Death: 0%

– Resident Evil - Biohazard: 0%

– The Last of Us: 0%

– *****

"Hold on, what is that supposed to an?" Wednesday frowned. "Those aren’t locations, they’re worlds. Why are they marked inside this world?"

Artoria took a mont to think before replying. "From what I understand, Lucifer mixed these worlds together to create a zombie world or sothing like that. Once Allen completes the storyline of one apocalypse, he’ll be able to start another one sowhere else in the world. I don’t know how it works though, because stories that take place years after the start of the apocalypse shouldn’t coexist with ones that start at the beginning... of course, we probably won’t start the next zombie apocalypse right away."

Hearing Artoria’s explanation, the girls fell silent. That explained why so many different types of zombies existed here — that bastard Lucifer had mixed all the zombie worlds together.

"Although there’s one thing that worries ... but I’ll keep it to myself until I hear Allen’s opinion. Most likely, he’ll leave this world once the first zombie apocalypse is complete. After all, it’s not pleasant to live in a place like this..."

...

Allen ducked down as a vehicle flew over his head. Fighting Nesis was irritating — not because of his strength, but because the bastard was a walking damage sponge. Allen had fired over a hundred rounds, used several grenades, and even smashed him with his hamr multiple tis, yet the guy barely reacted.

It was a miserable kind of battle. Allen had to land hundreds of lethal blows, but Nesis only needed to hit him a couple of tis and it would be ga over.

"W.A.L.K.E.R."

"Well, it’s just a matter of holding out long enough to—"

RAAAHHHHH

Allen turned toward the distance. Another cargo helicopter appeared, dropping a crate from which a savage roar exploded.

Dozens of creatures erged — humanoid beasts with feral features.

"Okay..." Allen turned around and ran shalessly. "Oh hell no, I’m not fighting a Tier 4 zombie AND a pack of werewolf n!"

"Allen!"

Anemone appeared at full speed riding the motorcycle. She extended her hand, Allen grabbed it, and together they fled the area. Behind them, a pack of wolf-n gave chase. If Allen had his mories or access to the Chat, he would’ve known these monsters were Lycans from Resident Evil: Village.

"I’m so sick of this world and its creatures..." Allen growled.

From his point of view, he had only wanted to help a group of teenagers find their families in a zombie apocalypse — yet sohow he’d ended up dealing with mutant abominations, biological weapons, futuristic drones, and who knew what else.

"I’d like a trip to the sea... or to relax in a pool..."

"Sounds nice~" Anemone laughed.

Hayabusa sped up, leaving the Lycans behind, as well as Nesis and Wesker, who had been observing Allen from the start.

This man was in a place called the hive, which was located underground in Shibuya.

"It seems Allen Walker’s adaptability rate is even higher than mine... a genetic treasure. Sha the danger he represents makes it impossible to let him live..."

Wesker stood up from his chair.

"Hey, did you recover any samples of his blood?!" Alexia Ashford shoved an operator aside and started scanning the battlefield with the drones.

"Don’t bother. Nesis didn’t manage to wound him," Wesker said expressionlessly.

"Damn it!" Alexia slamd the keyboard. "Is this seriously the best they could create in Raccoon City?!"

"..."

Wesker didn’t answer, which only made Alexia angrier.

"I need him..." Alexia muttered with a dangerous, obsessive look.

She was improving the T-Virus — not to help anyone, not even as a weapon, but with the primary goal of achieving supre personal evolution and ruling the world like a queen or goddess.

Of course, Alexia wasn’t stupid. She didn’t tell anyone in Umbrella her true objective, knowing they would eliminate her if she ever beca a threat to them.

So she created a basic version of the T-Veronica Virus, which she handed over to Umbrella — the sa one that had ended up inside Allen’s container. This ensured that the real Veronica Virus and her true purpose remained hidden from the organization.

However, Veronica was still imperfect. Achieving perfect symbiosis seed very difficult. She had planned to cryogenically freeze herself for fifteen years, letting the Veronica Virus mature inside her body, but now that plan seed unnecessary.

She had finally found a human capable of assimilating the virus without any mutation — soone who evolved progressively with all the benefits and none of the drawbacks, aside from occasional loss of temper.

’I need his DNA...’ Alexia bit her nails until they bled. Getting Allen’s blood seed difficult if even Nesis failed to draw a single drop.

Maybe Wesker could do it, but taking samples right in front of him was too risky.

’What other way can I get his DNA?’ Alexia watched the drone screens and then smiled. ’Where are you heading now?~’

She could practically feel her ascension to godhood getting closer.

...

Once they reached the rest of the group, Allen felt a weight lift off his shoulders. This mysterious organization was extrely dangerous. His original plan to seek help at the elentary school now seed risky — not only for them, but for anyone sheltering there. Allen couldn’t delay anymore... he needed a proper shelter.

He had seen several shelters along the way, but they were so expensive he didn’t even bother checking them.

’System, do you have any recomndations?’

[If you’re looking for a large place to keep many people safe, you can choose from the following:

– Mikazuki Hotel: 4000 Hearts.

– Nishi Prison: 5000 Hearts.

– Abandoned Military Base: 6000 Hearts.]

’It’s so expensive it makes want to curse... but is it completely safe?’

[No threat can enter. The area has monitored security, aning people with harmful intentions are detected instantly. It has water and electricity guaranteed for a decade, and anyone who enters receives a spiritual mark preventing them from betraying the host.]

’That sounds good... that sounds very good.’

"Sothing wrong?" Anemone asked, noticing Allen deep in thought.

"Nothing, don’t worry, smoky sister," Allen shook his head playfully, but the woman didn’t believe him.

"You know... I think I can tell when you lie. It’s strange... but strangely comforting..."

"Why?" Allen asked, confused.

Anemone smiled. "Because it lets trust you completely."

"I see." A calr smile spread on his face.

"Don’t worry, you don’t have to face those things alone," Anemone said, winking. "Just give a stronger weapon and you’ll see what I’m capable of."

"That’s comforting, but sister, look forward while driving. I don’t want to die after escaping that thing." Allen gave a mocking smile.

"Tsk, brat."

...

The group didn’t go straight to the elentary school where people were evacuating. They searched for shelter and found it in a newly built apartnt complex that was still empty.

They blocked the stairs and the elevator, then settled in to rest.

That night, Allen looked at the starry sky through the window as he gently stroked Saeko’s hair. She slept with her head on his lap.

"Hm~" Saeko, who was wearing a revealing nightgown, had tried to seduce him, but she was so exhausted that she fell asleep instantly. So Allen let her rest on his lap and stayed with her on the apartnt sofa.

Allen had the feeling he was reaching this world’s turning point, aning he might be able to leave soon. However, unlike other worlds where he knew his won would be safe, this world worried him. What would happen to them once he was gone?

’Even if it’s temporary, before I leave I need to secure a safe place for them. If necessary... I could even take them out of the country...’

The day ended with Allen deciding on his next steps.
