Fu Sinian felt that he wasn’t used to her sudden departure.

Fu Sinian fell silent and looked down at the puter.
When Shi Qian saw that he was busy again, she stopped disturbing him and sat quietly on the sofa. She couldn’t help but think about Arthur.
What was Arthur doing? He had sent his mother, whom he had painstakingly saved from Bliss, to China. Now, he even saved Song Tianhua. Wasn’t he afraid that they would take their anger out on his mother when they heard about this?
He was certain that they would not do such a thing to vent their anger on the innocent, so he was so fearless! It was simply too infuriating!
Fu Sinian looked up in Shi Qian’s direction from time to time, feeling that Shi Qian was a little quiet today.
It was so quiet that he was not used to it.
He was no longer in the mood to work. He closed his puter.
Shi Qian suddenly spoke less. Was it because of Arthur? Had he spoken too harshly?
Fu Sinian was shocked.
Was he actually doubting himself? He thought he had not said anything overboard.
Shi Qian didn’t want to speak. Wasn’t that what he wanted most? To save his ear from her chattering.
Fu Sinian sat there, waiting for Shi Qian to realize that he had already finished his work. It was getting late, and it was time to rest.
Shi Qian actually leaned back on the sofa and pulled the small blanket over her body.
She was going to sleep on the sofa today?
Fu Sinian became even more uneasy!
She had been insisting on sleeping on the bed for the past few days! No matter how unwilling he was, she had to sleep on the bed!
Fu Sinian got out of bed and walked toward Shi Qian.
Shi Qian was about to fall asleep when she felt Fu Sinian walking toward her. She slowly opened her eyes and looked at him.
“You’re sleeping on the sofa tonight?”
“Yes, you must be very happy that I’m sleeping on the sofa, right?” Shi Qian thought about Fu Sinian’s repulsive expression every night when she slept hard on the bed.

Fu Sinian looked unhappy.

“Aren’t you going to take a shower before going to bed?”

He went back to bed, closed his eyes, too, and prepared to sleep.

In the end, Fu Sinian got out of bed again and picked Shi Qian up with the blanket.
Shi Qian woke up and looked at Fu Sinian in surprise.
“Sinian, you… recovered your memory?”
“Tomorrow morning, if Mom es early and sees you sleeping on the sofa, she’ll nag again.” Fu Sinian found an excuse.
A hint of disappointment flashed across Shi Qian’s face, but she didn’t struggle and leaned into Fu Sinian’s arms.
Fu Sinian placed Shi Qian on the bed and lay back down.
However, he still felt that something was wrong!
